The tour generally was good the driver was great the food and entertainment was very good BUT This experience in a 4 wheel drive vehicle which seats 5 comfortably and 2 in a rear jump seat is great if you are in the front seat for sand dunes. However if you are unlucky to be in the rear jump seats you do NOT see anything and cannot hear the driver explaining anything On our tour there was a couple in their late 70’s another lady who had a bad hip none of them could be in the jump seats, so my wife and I were stuck in the back, I am 183cm tall and had my knees against my chest for the duration it was uncomfortable to say the least.!! Definitely check before you go if there are more than 4 passengers someone is going to miss out and it is not value for your money

We did this tour (Best of Arabia Package – 2 day ) in 2006 via Emirates and we enjoyed it so much we decided to do it again whilst in Dubai in Nov 2023. Unfortunately, we booked this tour through House of Travel [HOT] in Lower Hutt and the tour was not what was on the itinerary nor what we did in 2006. After complaining to HOT we were informed basically it wasn’t their problem and to complain to Emirates. Emirates could not do anything as the tour was booked through HOT. We had other problems with HOT The half Day Dubai Tour, Marina Royal Dinner Cruise and Desert buffet dinner were brilliant, exactly as I remembered it. However, we completely missed the dune bashing, which we were looking forward to the most. We went somewhere completely different to that of the itinerary. Drove just over 1 hour to a business offering quad bikes rides (Sahara adventure I think it was called) and photographs with a falcon at extra cost. Since this activity was unbeknown to us and the other couple on the tour, neither groups paid the extra money to participate. We had to wait there for approx. half an hour for the driver to attend a prayer session. We then drove some distance to watch men force two camels having sex. This was extremely uncomfortable and added nothing to our experience. This took at least another half an hour of waiting before we went to the traditional dinner at Carvanserai Desert. Obviously, to get there we did drive through the dunes but that was it. After the buffet dinner, we travelled to the EPPCO | 57 | petrol station on Al Ain Dubai Rd for the driver to pump up the car tires. We all stayed in the car and joked with two other German Tourist as we could not understand why it took half an hour for the driver to pump up the tyers. Just make sure before you book

Nice tour. Very beautiful town by night. The tour takes about two hours and you can see the most of the main attraction points in town amazingly illuminated by night.

Mr Stephan Rakesh Dsouza was a very good person cum guide cum drive. He picked us on time n took to Abu Dhabi very swiftly n guided very well as per itenary n dropped us back home in the evening

Ali, was the driver and tour guide for the whole day. He is living g in UAE for the last 10 years and has very detailed knowledge of UAE tourist places particularly Dubai and Abu Dabhi. He arrived in time at our hotel. He is well dressed and talks in a very respectful way and tone. He drove us on highway in a very safe manner. Ali, responded to questions that were interest for this tour. He kept o guiding us on the way to Anu Dhabi by highlighting key places of interest for visitors. In Abu Dhabi he remained with us and proved information for each site. He proved water to passengers and moved from one location to the other on the wishes of the passengers and yet meet time of the day tour. He has a lots passion for his job that he performances with patience, respect and safety. His vehicle was new and clean and operated it with safety. Ali did an excellent job today with five golden 🌟 stars. He kept me and my family comfortable on this tour. I would recommend him as one of the best driver and guide for a tour in UAE.

Dubai is a very impressive airport . However having traveled into it a few time s the landing/immigration/entry is painfully slow and takes anything up to 2 hours before you can exit. It looks the business but sadly the processes are not geared to the volumes of people they have landing. There are always bottle necks. Takes the shine off a fantastic airport unfortunately. Leaving is absolutely fine and efficient.

Overall, this was a great tour. The sights were fantastic, and our driver, Inam, was absolutely great. My wife and I would highly recommend taking this tour. Please see below for additional details. I reached out to the tour company several times in the week leading up to our tour to confirm our pickup location and time at our hotel. After four attempts they finally responded that they would arrive to our hotel to pick us up between 9:00-9:30 am. Having recently completed a desert tour with another company, we anticipated them showing up early which they did. We were already in the lobby and ready to roll when they arrived at 8:40, so we headed out. We arrived at the next hotel about 10 minutes later and waited for the next couple. We waited and waited and waited some more. Finally, 50 minutes after arrived they finally showed up. Evidently, this mid-20s couple from Philly stayed out late the night before and partied. They got to bed very late and they woke up late. Our driver had the front desk call them several times, and she finally picked up on the fourth try and told him she didn't care if others were waiting for her; she would be ready at 9:30 because it was her time. We finally retrieved them and headed to the next hotel where the final couple was ready to go. The drive to Abu Dhabi was quick and only took about an hour. Our guide pointed out some points of interest along the way, and we arrived to the Grand Mosque first around 11:00 am. We had 90 minutes to tour and take photos which was plenty of time. Reading other reviews we noted that lunch was late in the afternoon, so we grabbed a snack at the food court in anticipation. 15 minutes after our scheduled departure time, inconsiderate couple shows up ready to roll. Stop two was the Miraj Center for Islamic Arts which was billed by our driver as a museum. It kind of was but not really. This is a jewelry shop and rug shop. My best guess is that this is included because the tour companies receive a kickback. Honestly, this was extremely off-putting and it the sole reason this review is for four stars rather than five. I'm not here to have a salesperson give me a hard sell on jewelry or rugs. They were nice, but I couldn't even take photos of the stuff in the "museum". Just do as I did and turn your back to them and look around at other things as soon as they start mentioning money. It worked. After this stop, our driver asked if people wanted lunch or to go to stop three which was the Palace Hotel. Hearing no one, we went to the Palace Hotel. As we were pulling in, inconsiderate lady started complaining about being hungry. Evidently, she had wanted to eat first. She probably should've spoken up. This stop was absolutely gorgeous and we had about 20 minutes to take photos inside and out. Stop four was the Marina Mall for lunch. We had an hour to grab lunch at this older mall. Inconsiderate couple was 10 minutes late here. We then proceeded to stop five with was the Heritage Village. We had 35 minutes to explore the small shops, beach area, animals, and museum on site. Great prices on souvenirs here! Stop six was at a small viewing area on the other side of a private marina where we could see the Palace Hotel and the Royal Palace. Both are magnificent. Note: I asked our driver about doing this on the way, and I suggest you do the same. I think they'll more than likely stop if you ask rather than just drive by. Stop seven was the date and fruit/vegetable market where we had 20 minutes to explore the few shops. It was interesting but this wouldn't have been missed had it not been there. Stop eight was at Ferrari World. This is part of a large mall, and we had 30 minutes to take a look around. There wasn't time for any rides, but you could see a Ferrari and take photos with it. There were also some souvenir shops for last minute items, and it was a good place to grab a snack for the drive back. Inconsiderate couple arrived ten minutes late... All-in-all, this was a great tour, and I'd recommend it. Normally, they would've dropped us off between 5:00-6:00, but inconsiderate couple pushed that to between 6:45-7:30 (my wife and I were the last at 7:30). Our driver was a saint for how he dealt with this inconsiderate women and her poor husband. Please don't be like these people if you take this or any tour.

We have used viator a few times now and usually have a great experience. However, this was a little disappointing. The driver never introduced himself. Didn't explain the plan for the day and gave very little explanation of anything. In fact, he spent most of the time on his mobile phone (whilst driving). We visited Ferrari World, well we visited the Ferrari World entrance! What a waste of time and energy to see just one car and not have time to go in. Then we went to the Mosque. Very commercialised now but very organised with great fscilites. Awe inspiring too. Great for pictures. After the mosque visit he asked about where we wanted lunch (1.10pm). We thought we were going to get lunch. But no. We had a stop at the Heritage Village. Then we had a stop at the "Islamic Art Centre" where we were being bullied into buying carpets. After we said no we were pushed to go upstairs for the jewellery. As a group of 5 we were uncomfortable and decided to leave. Our driver was openly not happy. Then we had a photo stop. By this time it was 2.45pm. I asked about lunch and he said "soon". I had to say "no, I need it now please" (I am diabetic and was starting to feel ill). He was not happy again! He finally took us to the mall for lunch and just left us with no real explanation of where to go... We then stopped at a date market which, to be honest, could have been missed out. There was no drive through the Emirates Palace. The only view was from some distance away. Our driver was really not great and I think that spoilt our experience. The trip is good for seeing the mosque but it felt like everything else was just thrown in without real consideration.

I was pleased with fastness of service when I arrived at the passport and immigration service counter. It was also friendly and courteous. And after I collected my luggage and before I reached the exit I love the Welcome poster.

I have been many airports well i gotta say duty frees face to face services gate staff etc was enough even for an irresponsible person.. Good food and drinks what to say..

we were taken in a SUV , we were 6 persons from different places in Dubai. In Ferrari world we stopped only for photograhs. Then date market , Sheikh zayed masque and Qasar al watan . I did not have the tkt to qasar al watan , do not know why though all others had so I bought it from there only. The guide was good and it was a great trip . Please take a scarf with you when visiting the mosque , there they provide burqa otherwise. It is better and more convenient to carry a scarf or dupatta to cover your head.

Great guide Abu Dhabi is one og the beat Place in middel east i ever been in. The guide was well spolen, knew Evert thing about Abu Dhabi. Hej followed Up in request.
