About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- jilllY8508NW0 contributionsA good day outA very interesting day it would have got 5 stars if he hadn’t been 45 minutes late. Interesting visits and good company.I can’t think of anything else to sayWritten 17 March 2025
- nmisabela0 contributionsBest guide AmjadThe tour was great, we were so lucky to get our guide Amjad Ali Khan he was fantastic catered to all our needs re time and stops, really knowledgeable of the area and we had great chats along the way. Very, very interesting! After our drop off we accidentally left something in car which Amjad kindly arranged for us to retrieve. Great service and very professional, thank you, can’t wait to be backWritten 12 March 2025
- d00dl30 contributionsMore of a ride not tourOur driver was courteous and pleasant, and a good driver. I should have paid more attention to some of the reviews detailing there was very little information shared about Abu Dhabi and the mosque. It was more of getting a ride from one place to another. If you’re familiar with the areas that you’re visiting and don’t need a tour, this was a good price for the amount of time that was spent with us. If you need or want descriptions of the areas that you’re visiting, this may not be the tour for you. Although the people at the “art museum” were very kind, I didn’t appreciate being taken into a sales pitch to purchase items.Written 12 March 2025
- sharonbE2367YC0 contributionsGreat time with AbdulWe highly recommend. Our driver Abdul Wahab was amazing. Kind and knowledgeable. It was a very easy trip and Abdul allowed us to manage our time for a perfect day trip ! Five stars!Written 8 March 2025
- Y6236DIkevint0 contributionsA few areas need to be improved “art museum” is a waste of timeOverall it is an OK trip. However, I would not recommend this tour as there are a few things can be improved. First of all, the 1st visit to the so-called “art museum” is a completely waste of valuable time to visit Abu Dhabi. Nobody wants to spend half an hour if not more listening to the carpet sales pitch, especially the authenticity of these “art works” is highly doubtful. Secondly, the guide didn’t give any instruction on the itinerary unless we asked where was the next destination. We weren’t given much option on where to go even though it was a private tour. I understand there may be some language barrier but not making any effort to explain to the customers is just not cool. Lastly, we were drop off at 6:30pm at Fararri World to spend the last 2 hours of the tour there but it was closed at 6pm! so we had to wander around the close by mall which was also a waste of time. I wish as a tour guide should have known better what the destination schedule is. We are very disappointed at this trip but also nothing seriously wrong happened so a 2-3 stars is fair.Written 6 March 2025
- 489reecef0 contributionsA nice day outOur driver Zeeshan was very nice. The kayaking was the best part of this trip. The mountains and water were beautiful and kayaking was very fun and peaceful. The Heritage Village wasn’t a tour, we walked around the village for 15 minutes, but all the shops were closed and there was no one around. Perhaps Ramadan played a part in that. The Museum was quite interesting, with history and facts about the area. Overall a nice day out.Written 6 March 2025
- Victoria A0 contributionsWonderful private day trip, outstanding tour guide/driver.Our driver was amazing, fun, kind, knowledgable, accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The trip was fantastic, we only landed at 4am the previous morning so we were tired by 4pm. The driver was very respectful of this and suggested napping in the vehicle while he drove us back to the hotel. Wonderful trip, highly recommend.Written 23 February 2025
- BlairWaite0 contributionsDisappointing, but still worth it.This rating is highly based on what we happen to enjoy in a tour. So YMMV, depending on your likes/dislikes. Firstly, the frustrating. The company had us in a different hotel than we had booked. When I was told this by the driver the night before by IM, we corrected it. However, they changed the driver last minute, and the new driver went to the wrong hotel. Then complained when we finally got in touch. Very unprofessional, and not a great start. Based on other reviews, we were expecting a knowledgeable driver with lots of interesting information. Instead, as soon as we got in the car, he played videos on his car tablet about the sites we would see. One after another, with no interaction. The driver was pleasant enough, but did not want to engage in discussion unless we asked him questions. His English was adequate, but not great. At every stop, he would run on ahead and had us follow until we got to the "meeting point", usually in a mall, then he'd leave us without a lot of direction. The highlight of the trip was our first stop. Although the mosque was unbelievable and worth the trip alone, our drop off was strange. We were left in the middle of a store in the underground mall, and told we had an hour and a half to explore. We had to find our way to the mosque, almost missing the window of our tickets. We had to find our way back to the store to meet our driver at the end. However, the mosque was truly wonderful. Most of the other stops seemed to be opportunities to shop for (or be sold) things. We had a strange stop that wasn't listed on the itinerary at an"Islamic Museum", which was really a trap to sell "gold carpets" or something. The museum part was interesting for about 15 minutes, but the sales pitch had us flying out the door. We don't appreciate that the company must be getting a commission for taking us there. We even asked to adjust the itinerary before this to skip the site, and were told we could not change the itinerary, different than other reviewers. Ferrari world was cool, but again dropped off in a mall, and not much to see because tickets weren't included, so could just really go to the Ferrari store (or a hundred other mall stores) Heritage Village might be very interesting to many, but we prefer to be in a real old town than in an artificially created area. Again, there were stores selling goods. The date market was something we wished we skipped. Again, seemed that the company had an agreement with a few of the stores, and thus the reason we were brought there. The "Palace" was the former palace of the King, but is now a Mandarin Hotel, and reminded us of... well... a Hotel. Not worth the visit... maybe a picture as we drove by would have been enough. Finally, the mall for lunch was full of American fast food restaurants, FWIW. I will say, the price of the trip was very reasonable for the drive from Dubai and the access to the mosque alone. So overall, we are happy we went. And from some of the reviews, it seemed that there are some very strong guides that offered lots of extra information. Our guide was very nice and kind, but not as engaging.Written 23 February 2025

- terrypX2962PP0 contributionsCulture Abu Dhabi City Sightseeing Full Day TourThis was a very long, full day tour that saw us spending too much time in one location, the Grand Mosque of Abu Dhabi, and not enough time in other locations. The mosque is beautiful, but our tour guide took far too many pictures for us and others on the group tour, resulting in a much longer than expected morning and a fast lunch. The tour also included stops at the UAE museum and the Ferrari museum. These were disappointing stops as we were given 15 minutes at each location to look around outside, but literally no time to go inside any of the hot spots. One couple decided to buy tickets and enter the UAE museum, despite being told not to by the tour guide, which caused some unpleasantness when the guide decided we would leave the couple behind. A vote by the passengers forced the bus to return and pick up the couple. But again, it just added to the day. We would not recommend packing in so many stops into one trip, just to see the outside of buildings and effectively nothing of cultural or historical significance, with the exception of the mosque.Written 15 February 2025

Good value for money, our guide Husnain was helpful and almost on time, it was some delay at pickup due to an accident on the way.
Amazing visit to the Emirates Palace Hotel and the Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi, where the inside guide was superbly informative and knowledgeable with good English.
On the negativ side I have to mention the very long hours spent in the van and the numerous stops without any importance. We also felt rushed both at lunch and other places.
The Corniche itself we only drive along by car.
I suggest to skip the last stop with carpets and other antiquitys, and give more time to lunch.
Instead of Ferrari World I would include the Warner Brothers place beside.
I would use a microphone system inside the van because those sitting in the back, we had hard time to hear what the guide explained.
Keep in mind that the tour starts at 9-9.30 and ends at 20.-20.30 on the evening!!

We went on a tour from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, our driver and tour guide was Amjad, he was on time (actually I was running a few minutes behind) but thankfully Amjad was patient and accommodating.
We spent an hour or so picking up other passengers in the morning peak traffic so private tours would be a good option if you don’t want to waste time,
Amjad is a brilliant conversationalist. He explained a lot about the history and culture of the Emirates, the royal families, the hotels and buildings, the islands and the culture especially in Abu Dhabi.
We started off at the Grand Mosque, it was lovely but crowded as expected. I needed to get the right attire and Amjad made sure that I got the correct abaya and head covering to respect the mosque rules, he even spoke to the people in the store to correctly place the outfit on me, that was very unique and kind of him and in general the people in the store, they all clearly have respect dignity and concern for others.
Next stop was the Emirates palace hotel, as we passed by all the actual palaces on Al Bateen street, we also got a good understanding of how the ruling of the Emirates government works by Amjad, very well educated responses to all my questions, there’s good views of the iconic landmarks and some good photo opportunities.
Next we stopped at the emirates heritage sight, not much to see there only a bit of shopping , handmade crafts by the locals always good to support them.
Visited the dates market, learnt a lot about the farming and importing of dates and various health benefits, many people were buying dates to hand out in charity during the month of Ramadan, it’s refreshing to see how people of the Emirates take care of one another.
We stopped for lunch at Marina mall, had so many options to choose from especially since we fast on Thursdays and we only eat vegetarian food, Amjad ensured that we were catered for, found us a table and made us comfortable- we appreciated his hospitality.
We then went to Yas island and saw the famous Ferrari world and took a few photos, also a great place to get some Abu Dhabi specific souvenirs.
Thank you Amjad for making our trip to Abu Dhabi a memorable and unforgettable one. You are a unique and wonderful human being.

This was poorly done and honestly could easily be done all on your own and your leisure. I basically just got a ride to Abu Dhabi. Which does beat the taxi cost, but for a tour, I gained nothing from it. The first guide (we ended up needing two) was prompt and on time, but didn't provide any real info. Yes, he rattled off some facts as if he memorized them but gave no context or antidote to the facts. Outside of the random facts, we road in silence. We got to the Grand Mosque (absolutely beautiful) wete given about an hour and a half to walk around and meet back up. When we met back, we were informed that the guide's SUV (which for 6 adults plus the tour guide made for an uncomfortable trip) and we had to wait another hour + for a new ride so we ate lunch at the mosque instead of wherever we were supposed to. About 1.5 hours later, another guide with another SUV showed up. It was more of the same. He took us to a "museum," which is just a tourist money grab where they try to sell you artwork and jewelry. Then we went to Abu Dhabi Heritage Village which I guess would've been nice if we hadn't gotten there at 345 and they closed at 4. Just about all of the exhibits were closed when we got there. We were supposed to go to Emirates Palace, but that was closed due to some scheduled Government officials being there and us needing a reservation to gwt in. The company simply calling and verifying the locations on the route and their times would have saved these issues. We then went to yet another tourist trap. A market where everyone sales dates and fruit and "has the best price". Then lastly, we were given about 20 or do minutes "at Ferrari World"/the mall. While Ferrari World looks amazing, you have to pay a general admission fee to get in and actually do anything and with less than an hour to be there, what's the point? Again, this is something that could easily be done on your own and without the gimmicks. Either rent a car or just stay a few days in Abu Dhabi so you can do the things you want at your leisure.

It felt a little bit like I’d lost a day of my holiday. We were picked up on time and we’re the last 2 people to get into the car which had already collected 4 others. The car was entirely silent until we reached Abu Dhabi which is over an hour and it felt a bit awkward. When we got near Abu Dhabi, the driver began pointing things out and telling us some facts. The mosque was incredible! I am glad I did it just for this. We had from 10.30 until midday at the mosque which wasn’t a lot of time but we made it back to the meeting point. After this, it felt like we just got dropped off at several stops for photos and had time ranging from 30-45 mins. The driver never came in any of the stops with us to be a guide, we were just left as a group and picked back up. Lunch was very awkward! 6 strangers at a table at a traditional buffet restaurant which is 75 AED each, sat together in silence. The final 2 stops were a complete waste of time. We stopped at a fancy hotel (as the heritage centre was closed that day) and had 30 mins to look inside the lobby and then onto Ferrari world where you can only see the entrance and go into the mall for 30 mins. The driver was nice but to be honest (hopefully this helps someone) I would find another way to see the mosque like hire a car or do the big bus tour which goes from Dubai and is hop on hop off which I think would be a lot better, or do a tour that actually has real stops after as the rest we did were just photo ops and you will lose a full day in Dubai. I didn’t know the big bus tour went to Abu Dhabi and would have done this if I knew as we didn’t even get a beach stop on ours and the corniche looked lovely and would have much preferred free time at the beach over seeing the Ferrari world entrance etc.

The tour included interesting stops, Unfortunately the guide was actually just a driver and had no idea of the places to visit nor any idea of how the visits at each stop were conducted. It would have been cheaper to rent a car with a driver. The only serious visit was at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Center with absolutely wrong planned times, planned 2 hours of visit when it took 2 hours just to enter. The rest of the visit was a rush to the other stops with a fleeting view from the outside. The tour agency is usually efficient but this time it was unsuccessful. Absolutely not to be done with this organization. The only positive thing was the friendliness of the driver and the nice Tour companions.

Great tour. However, the stop after the Mosque at the “museum” is just a shopping mall disguised to sell products to tourists.
In the “local food” restaurant they take you upstairs to a restaurant where you only have the opportunity to get the all-you-can-eat buffet and the food is not worth it, they don't tell you that downstairs is a la carte and you can choose what to eat and how much to pay.
If the tour prioritized visiting the Louvre and had more time at the Ferrari complex it would be perfect!

Some places are not worth going. The driver was fighting with other drivers in the highway. Too less time in mosque and too much time in other things which are not worth like the Ferreri world that just gives you 30 mins to take the picture at the entrance and that’s it. We went to a “heritage village” which was a very lost of time, the only good thing about that place was the view to the beach. We went to a “museum” which is actually a shop and they try to sell you the worst handcrafts in the store. They only give you 20 mins with a “guide” that will push you to buy the carpets without having time to see the rest of the place with much more beautiful handcrafts.
The guide does not explains anything about the city or its history, it is basically a driver only. The mosque is the best attraction of the tour and they only give you 1.5 hours which 30 mins are for waiting queue to access, 40 mins inside making other queues and the rest to go back. Too less time.

Do not whatever you do book a trip with RAH
I booked through booking.com and Rah was the agents. We booked a party of two about 3 days before the trip. We heard that the booking was confirmed at 9:30 pm the night before and I spoke to a very rude man. He just said nbe ready at 9 am tomorrow and hung up. I phoned back and I wanted more details, I asked him what are we travelling in and how many are in the group going, again no answer and hung up.
The next day he turned up at 9 am in a Toyota small SUV and said he had two more pick up at different hotels. I asked how many he said 6 people in total 7 with the driver. I said this is not acceptable, the car would have been so crammed up with a 10 hour excursion day this wasn’t safe or healthy !
I asked for him to call the office and refund please. He said I will try, and then immediately said the office was closed. I said I shall call them later and walked back to my hotel with my partner very agitated and regretting that I had booked this trip without looking at the reviews. ( look back on trust pilot and the trip advisor site from previous years) loads of rip off and pretty much the same had happened) the current ones are false.
Anyway I phoned the office to find my number had been blocked! I sent countless e mails to booking.com and they said there isn’t anything they can do. Booking.com had spoken to the company directly and they lied and said i hadn’t said any of the above!!!
So we lost our money and didn’t go on this trip ! Just be careful who you book with and my advice is go through the hotel itself or private tour guide .
I’ve read that they have taken money on trust pilot and not run the trip and blocked them too..

My day in Abu Dhabi was absolutely wonderful! I would like to express my gratitude to our remarkable guide Hamid. From the beginning, his punctuality established a positive atmosphere. The tours of the mosque and different points in the city were very interesting. I am particularly grateful for the time he took to answer our questions and for ensuring that the whole group felt engaged and informed. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to experience Abu Dhabi in an authentic and engaging way. Thanks to Hamid

My son and I are very interested in this trip. We are both tall, over 2 meters. Is the van comfortable for men of our height?

Does this tour include the entry fees of Ferrari World?
I'm not really interested in going to Ferrari World if I'll have to pay for the entry fees.

Hi, I booked this trip for my father and brother. They are supposed to join this trip tomorrow, but I still haven't got any info about when they'll get picked up from the hotel. Does anyone know when and how we get this info?

Hi,
Do you have WhatsApp ? That’s how they got a hood of me after I reached out to the company
I didn’t hear anything from them.
Unfortunate I had to reach out .

The van will pick you up and drop you off at your hotel. The van fits 12 people. Women have to be covered from head to toe to enter the mosque. Men can have short sleeves, but the knees have to be covered.

Women are provided with proper dress and head covering! It’s custom to cover your head, arms and ankles in the Mosque!

How much in advance do you need to book this tour please?
Written 22 August 2023
I booked this tour for us only one day in advance. However, it was in July and might be a bit trickier over the high tourist season.

Our driver asked who wanted local food and who wanted the mall. One person went with the driver for local food and the rest of us went to the mall. My husband was craving KFC and they had it.

Hi, Could you pick us up from a hotel in Abu Dhabi and then make the tour and finish and drop us off to Dubai? It’s 5 of us and we arrive to Abu Dhabi and want to do the tour of Abu Dhabi before moving to Dubai.

In my experience they were very flexible to my pick up and drops, they do consider if you are opting for a private tour. Yet you may confirm once with the tour operator.
