Prem organized our tourist visas for Oman. Simple and straightforward process via WhatsApp and email. And less than 24 hours later, we have our visa.

This was truly one of the best experiences of my life! The ground staff was incredibly professional, and the hospitality was top-notch from start to finish. Watching the sunrise from the hot air balloon was absolutely breathtaking – a magical moment I’ll cherish forever. We booked my tickets with Rayna Tours, Also we got visa support from them and Mr Prem helped us a lot from initiation to closure. Great experience with them. They responded very quickly, and unlike other travel agencies who ask for money first and then talk to you, They talked to me first about all my options, took my details and confirmed with me about visa chances and options. They applied for my visa on the same day as I made the payment and the very next day I got my approved visa. Good tour and great communication. Will definitely recommend them.

It was one of the best organised safaris compared to the ones we have done before The safaris are not as commercial and we pleasantly stumbled upon Sunil Kumar ( our driver guide ) who made the experience very very memorable with his outstanding zeal to capture every moment which will remain as memory for life Thanks !!! Quite spontaneously and more by chance, we ended up in the Dubai Mall at the aquarium and booked the big ticket. The organization was a bit chaotic at first. After that, it was a very unusual experience. Being in the middle of a shopping mall in a multi-storey aquarium. The “zoo” is very lovingly designed and - if you have enough time - well worth a visit. You discover many animals that are not found elsewhere. Probably even more exciting with children. Fish feeding and a short boat trip included.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received regarding my attempts to book a visit to The Top of the Burj Khalifa on December 29, 2024. After making two separate attempts to book, both were unsuccessful due to a lack of availability, as indicated in the rejection emails I received (Booking References: AGT064372912240291 and AGT064372912240335). While I understand that availability cannot always be guaranteed, I was charged a total of 2212 AED (1106 AED per attempt), despite the bookings being rejected. Your emails stated that any charged transactions would be refunded within seven days. However, it has now been ten days, and I have not received the refund. I have made multiple attempts to contact your team via email and phone but have received no response, which is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter by disputing the charges through my American Express Platinum card. I am confident they will assist in resolving this matter efficiently. I expected a higher standard of service from a globally recognized attraction such as The Top of the Burj Khalifa. Unfortunately, this experience has left me unwilling to use or recommend your services to my friends and family. Please process my refund immediately and confirm once it has been done

We had booked through Headout. The driver for the desert safari picked us on time and it was a fair experience till the Desert Camp. Just before the desert camp we  had to switch to a different SUV because the one we were  driving in was not allowed to go up to the camp. This was not expected as we thought we were directly booking with Rayna tours. The Desert Camp itself had really good performances especially the fire act and the belly dance. The food arrangement was really bad and most of the food was over within half an hour the servers also left the stations. Since our original SUV was parked much further we had to again sit in the other SUV to go back to our original car because of this we had to quickly pack up from the Desert Camp. This process spoiled the experience.

I would expected to go in desert, dune bashing, but we were taken a short ride in so called desert, wich was in fact near the main road. It wasn’t that landscape that you expect, just desert where you look, and big dunes. Otherwise we liked very much the show that they offer there. The location was very nice, the food excelent. The best of the show was the fire show.

Ozair hussain did a great job, driver was on time and great buggy night experience driving the night trial buggy. We also had the camel ride and enjoyed the desert offroad trip.

The Abu Dhabi city tour was outstanding. A big thank you to our guide Awais of Rayna Tours. He was punctual and very informed and knowledgeable. He engaged with all of the tourists on board throughout the tour, resulting in an enjoyable and memorable tour from start to finish. Also a special mention to the Travel consultant Yacine Kadri at Voco Hotel, for booking all of our tours and packages during our stay. It was well received and much appreciated. He has excellent customer services and was very helpful. Thank you!

Good exhibitions for people who have never seen animals before but I come from Australia and I was expecting more interactive exhibits. I was done in 45 mins and thought it was a waste of time for me sorry!

The ride was very exciting and fun. Sunil Kumar was best at his craft driving at the san dunes. Pictures were perfect and the food was delicious. Can't wait to bring my family members again to this trip

The driver arrived on time for the transfers and was in constant communication with us. We enjoyed the full day at the park and he was on time for pick up. We were on the last ride and requested 10 minutes extra which he graciously granted. Thanks Ali
