About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- sheenaj4050 contributionsEnjoy the very very topOur driver arrived and gave us a wonderful trip to the tower. He dropped us off at the Mall of Dubai and then we walked through the mall, following signs, until we reached the tower entrance (about 20 min). We were greeted with complimentary juice, coffee, and pastries that were served to us (some people just went over and grabbed … a no no) We purposely went 90 minutes before sunset To the 147 floor and we were not disappointed with the view before, during and after the sunset. Also, the top floor was quieter and less populated than floors 125 and 124. 147 floor also had complimentary cappuccino, coffee, juice, water and a pastry plate with dates. We then went down to the 125 and 124 floor which was much louder with children and population. Still lovely views but harder to get to the windows to see the view. I am very glad that we spent a long time on the top floor and were filled up with the view. This is also a good time to compliment our driver on being on time for pickup at our hotel and for being kind and gracious. I have four stars as I’m wondering if this price was worth it to see the view. Either way I guess I would have gone, but it was pricey. I was frustrated with the Expedia explanation of the event. On the Expedia site it says I had to email the company. I received no reply so I called the company who had no listing of my tour and no help as to who else I should call. I hung up feeling anxious and clicked on the “contact the company” button only to find my ticket and instructions for pick up. 15 min later my hotel was calling me to tell me a driver had arrived. So that communication about having to email the company and the phone number provided needs to be changed. Also on one page it says no snacks supplied and another it states just dates are offered. I think this event needs to be reviewed for correct information so it’s not so confusing. The event itself was wonderful and recommended.Written 10 November 2024
- mahmoudaT2633CZ0 contributionsunforgettable memoryLast Friday, I had the pleasure of visiting the Burj Khalifa with my family, and it was truly a proud moment to share this incredible experience with them. From the breathtaking views on Level 148, where we could see the world from above, to the flawless organization, everything exceeded my expectations. What made the experience even more memorable was the exceptional hospitality, especially thanks to Cassandra. Her kindness, helpfulness, and politeness left a lasting impression. I'm grateful for this unforgettable memory and the outstanding service that made it all possible.Written 7 November 2024
- Departure493982159540 contributionsAwful Tour Operator, Awful ServiceI don't recommend this company at all the tour operator was very rude, and as i remember her name was Elena, and also the tour guide her name Elena, and both of them they don't know how to deal with customer, very rude, not smiling, expensive prices, there are another apps which can give you the same tours with 40% of their prices, and some of the tours you can do it for free like for example they will take 70 usd to see Burj Khalifa and the fountain and you can see them for free even :-D, who are working in this company need to learn how to smile for customer, how to offer even to customer, and not to be rude and show your bad face and ruin our mood. i really don't recommend such company, don't waste your money and time and go with another company who has professional workers who know how to deal with customersWritten 6 November 2024
- Bakers460 contributionsWow amazing experience, highly recommendWe have recently returned from Dubai and our sons wanted to go up the Burj Khalifa. I managed to book the lounge with skip the line so we were allowed to visit floors 152,153 and 154. You arrive at reception and check in then you get taken into a private lounge with drinks and nibbles whilst being told how the tour will work and what floors we are allowed on. We followed the tour guide round as he told us the history of the Burj, then depending on what colour sticker you have depends on what floor level you are allowed to go on. We went straight to the 154th floor, it felt like seconds in the lift but was scary watching the number of the floors past by so quickly. There we walked out into this lovely lounge area where we were greeted by friendly staff with a selection of canapes, an assortment of fresh bakes and desserts, tea, coffee and soft drinks were all available free of charge and we had a glass of bubbly included on our ticket too which made it even more special. We had a table by the window and the views took your breathe away. The fountains look tiny from us there and perfect setting to watch the sunset. We made our way down floor by floor that we were allowed to visit and then reached the floor of the general public. This was alot busier as you can imagine, there were lots of stalls selling items too which was good idea. Would highly recommend experienceWritten 10 August 2024
- 229aydana0 contributionsI regret choosing youA very irresponsible tour agency. They were supposed to pick me up from the hotel 3 hours before my flight, but the driver arrived 2 hours before. I contacted the hotline, they said it would be 25 minutes late but it was 1 hour late and I was not warned in advance. They even picked up the passengers who were going to the plane with us at 10 o'clock, but they should have picked them up at 9 o'clock. I asked the driver why he was late. He said it wasn't my fault but the agency's fault. I would definitely not choose it again!Written 27 May 2024

- 665tigrans0 contributionsVoyage Tour Dubai very unresponsivevery unresponsive, they take the money right away, and after a day you cancel, they say that it is impossible to return the money (At least 50%) . agent Elena works very unprofessionally and it feels like they don’t care about the client. Do not work with them under any circumstances!!!Written 12 March 2024
- Satya C0 contributionsViews from the towerIt's a nice location with minimum directions to reach the tower entry point. Very crowded and less ventilation in the queue. Felt suffocated on the 125th floor as it was a low ceiling. Views are nice in 2 directions .Written 30 December 2023
- mjshah20 contributionsDefinitely worth it !We worked with Natalia at voyage tours- and she helped us set up all our sightseeing needs in Dubai. Even during the Christmas new year period where it’s so busy she was able to accommodate two families for total 8 people with private and customized tours in a very reasonable budget. I don’t think I would have been able to do these things on our own given the busy time of the year.Written 29 December 2023

Then the lift stop again at level 82 then revert to level 125 for 2 times in a row. Everyone in the lift got panicked including myself.Written 13 June 2023
- sebastianandria790 contributionsAmazing ExperienceIt was an outstanding experience at the world’s tallest building Burj Khalifa. The visit to the 124th floor on top was mesmerizing. What a view of Dubai City you get from this top floor. Dubai's infra & glass building shines everywhere. Most photogenic spot, with tons of photos clicked by everyone. We booked the trip for 10 am, helped us to reach the top floor w/o any queue waiting. In the same Dubai Mall, Aquarium& underwater zoo was a nice experience as well. Our kid enjoyed this a lot at this Aquarium. Tons of fishes, even penguins are there to pay & visit. Overall I will highly recommend visiting Burj Khalifa top floor view is a must. For kids, the Aquarium visit is the best you can give them as a gift.Written 8 June 2023

Good fun evening. Our driver was lovely and had a good sense of humour. He was an experienced driver and we had fun on the sand dunes. The entertainment at the camp was great except the fire dancer gets very close to you and he splashed turps all over us. The food was a bit disappointing. It’s advertised as middle eastern cuisine but they served us cold fries and nuggets for the entree. Like it was actually stone cold. You need to be careful of scammers at the camp, as soon as you arrive the locals are trying to sell you souvenirs highly priced. One guy allowed our family of 4 to hold a Falcon bird which was wonderful but then after we held the bird he told us to pay him $20 dirham each!! That pissed a lot of people off.
The only things we enjoyed was our 4WD experience and the belly dancer.

We were the first to be picked up around 3pm, did two other hotel pick ups and then made the hour drive to the desert to meet the other cars. Desert safari is always done in a convoy of more than 10 cars. We then drove into the protected area of desert used for the safari. We had around 20-25 minutes of dune bashing and then headed to the camp. There is a great buffet dinner with options for vegetarians as well. There are two performances and then you leave by around 8:30pm.

This place is a total scam…beware. Most absurdly priced dinner of my entire life. All dinner we were harassed by vendors trying to sell is hookahs smoking and cheap art. We told them we were not interested but they wouldn’t leave us alone. The dinner was mediocre and the entertainment was a total joke. This is simply an overpriced dinner that sketchy concierges and tour companies send tourists to for the kickbacks. Avoid this place at all costs!

Did loads of online research and wanted to do trip but unsure about some websites with hundreds & hundreds of people. Waited until arrived at Sofitel the Palm and sought advice from resident Alpha Rep in lobby. Specifically asked how many other people would be travelling and told 10 cars of 6, no more. On that basis booked and paid £60 a head.
When got to desert we waited for other cars to join us, waiting 30 minutes plus. Not happy when 23 other cars arrived. Apparently we were fortunate as Alpha often have 40-50 cars in convoy, beware.
For those that don't know the convoy then snakes it's way through the desert. It was good fun for the most part but with so many cars in front you really only see a rear bumper and brake lights. We had middle row and really felt for two in the rear/ boot seats, exceptionally bumpy. Our driver was great, very safe and sensible, he was definitely one of the pluses.
The camp was ok, sort of what you expect. Three camels do a 1 minute ride for the multitude of guests. Food edible but not good, didn't have high expectations for this part of the trip so it was fine.
Six hour trip breaks down to 1 hour 15 minutes to travel to desert, 30 minutes waiting for others to arrive, hour riding over dunes with 3 stops and two hours in camp before return trip.
We enjoyed experience despite numbers of people but could've paid a lot less for the same and would have if we hadn't been misled.

We did the 45 min camel ride to the falconry show and then a 2 min car drive to the bedwin tent. This is as authentic as it gets and our 7 year old loved it. The food was great too. It was an hours drive from our hotel (Atlantis) we were picked up at 3pm got back to the hotel about 10pm

The driver was very good, the buffet ordinary, and the show not really interesting. This activity is more for groups than for individuals. Bad quality/price ratio
