Assalamualaikum, I came to Saudi on 27/01/2025 for umra , the bus drivers behavior is terrible,they are mis behaving with us , Basma trevell is not good.

Worst experience due to worst behavior of the guy who owned this number +966 56 546 9658. Our flight is at 7:20 PM and he asked me to bring the luggage at 9:00 AM. I asked him that why do we need to go so early to the airport? He rudely said, "Book your private transport and go by yourself". Also, when I was going Makkah to Madinah, he asked me to come to the hotel lobby with the family at 7:00 AM then he left me waiting more than 1.5 hours. Basma needs to train their employees or fire these type of guys from the job.

This was meant to be a historical tour with the tour guide providing insight and history of the places we visited, especially for the kids. Unfortunately the tour guides English was lacking, he tried his best, we ended up going to places our selves, just got dropped off and picked up. If we wanted just a taxi driver we could have gotten anyone to take us, which would have been a-lot cheaper. I wouldn’t recommend them. They may want to reassess the meaning of a tour guide! Not a drop off taxi service!

Unprofessional driver, with a fu**king language and attitude. Stay away from this company. All bengali ppl and they don't have ethics😡😡😡

PATHETIC..rude people and driver. We waited 1 hour outside with our luggage and when the bus came they parked very far and when we asked him to help with luggage he started the rude behavior. Still we took our luggage and went to bus and kept two of our luggage’s and being a girl asked them to help keep one luggage over other and here they started rudely again and it turned to an argument to which the driver first started behaving badly and secondly the guy Zuhaib who initiated all badly started talking rudely and worst words. He then threw our luggage on road, closed the bus and on purpose drove it which hit our bags and was about to hit us. Today 23-11-2024 at 01:59 pm a call from driver shahbaz,of Basma Group having bus body number 0167 and bus registered number 7596-SSA picture attached ,received on my cell number that i will pick you two passengers/Hajeez from your hotel at 03:30 pm to 03:40 pm but the driver came to us at fandaq dayar altaqwa at 05:00 pm. My sister amina javaid a canadian citizen asked him for unusual delay and on this question,the said driver shouted on her and on me by uttering words that 1- if you people booked five star hotel then you people have.to go to Makkah via Taxi not through Basma if i am late then do what you can do. 2- If you dont wana go with us in shouting words,get off from Bus and talk with your agent. 3- He also uttered shoutedly that it is Saudi Arabia not Pakistan ,it is my bus,i am doing good as per company guidelines. 4- The said driver forgot that how to talk with umra zaereen and showed that Basma treated with his asset i.e. customer in bad may and misconduct done by driver is normal thing and no one can take.action against him and he proves it. 5- He degraded me and my sister in bus and showed that he is not a driver but a prime minister. 6-He stopped on each stop more than 20 minutes i.e., Approximately 35 minutes on meeqat for maghrib prayer and on one more for isha prayer. He arrived in makkah from madina in 08:00 hours at 1:00 am because BASMA group has no values for the time of its customers/umra zaereen 7-the driver bad attitude was told to agent who booked that 0167 number BUS but he continued disrespect on the way. The driver was slaughtered as he disrespect my sister and me if he was in pakistan and the second driver and others were witnessed. 8- The said driver showed BASMA COMPANY training to talk with customers and how to threat the customers. 9- THE THREAT WAS FACED TO me and my sister and tension amounts SAR 10000/- faced by us and the mental torture given to us by BASMA shirka driver is SAR 3000/- and swear headache started from madina to makkah due to his bad attitude and my big umra has been spoiled by driver shahbaz bad attitude. We want action against him.to.fire him from.job due to his misbehaviour and misconduct and abusive.shouted barking dog like behaviour with hajeez. Bus driver was arrogant and purposely delayed stay from Makkah to Jeddah for his close friends. The driver continued telling people to sit at back and reserved 6 seats until he picked them from 3 different places roaming in circles. Never opt for Basma.

Worst transport service from Makkah to Madinah Shareef. Rude behavior staff and specially driver. They shows that they give us transport free. Very very disappointed

Makkah help line (0556082035) staff is very very rude and harsh and abusive. They don't talk properly. don't guide about bus arrival...

Booked 3 GMC XL. Was advised they would be new ones however one new one, one old and one Chevrolet was sent. DO NOT USE this company

Respected Guys...! I feel Very very Pathetic, Stupid And poor services they always conduct harsh and Rubbish Behaviour with Passengers specially Drivers are very rude On 15th October the staff Having No (0547) 973427 give me the departure time 8 pm but he come to pic on 10:45 pm. And The driver said come at my location and cross the road I will not come at your Hotel. My Hotel was Diyar ul Mathar behind the Jada Khalil Hotel all the Buses was picking their passengers but the Bus Bus No 1001 Misbehave with me and said come at my location after crossing the road otherwise I will leave you. So I cross the road with my luggage but he was not their. He came after 30 mins and park Bus away from me and said again come at my location . I again took my luggage with family and go their He was a stupid illiterate driver he pick me and later go to the U turn and come in front of Jada Khalil Hotel. Which was my actual picking point. So Matter is this kindly Hire your staff with Honesty and train them how to deal with Passengers. I really disappoint from Basma Services. Train you drivers they need to learn how to speak with Haji Drivers words ( Jahil ka bacha) we asked him to stop and couple of time we tried rto remind him at beere kuwa near badar.

Buses are in excellent condition. staff is Cooperative. I travelled twice from makkah to madinah and vice versa. Smooth journey Alhamdulillah.
