Close to the Lighthouse is also the Bonaca Restaurant. If you are reaching Verudela by public transport take the bus line 2A or 3A to Verudela.

From the minute I booked this experience online Renata was an absolute delight! Immediately so passionate about Pula and gave many recommendations which I am so grateful for.
The experience itself is made by what a wonderfully kind and passionate human she is. The location was beautiful to paint at, right on the rocks next to the water and facing the sunset. My partner and I had no experience with water colour but had a lot of fun with her direction. She had some beautiful local drinks for us just as a extra touch. We painted longer than intended because we couldn’t stop chatting which also added to the experience. So if you’re looking for an experience that gives some wonderful conversation, some local recommendations, a new skill, and a beautiful sunset to top it off I highly recommend this. You can also support her local business by purchasing a shirt with her own water colour painting on it!
I am so happy to keep our paintings as a beautiful memory and hope to cross paths with the beautiful Renata again one day.

Renata's class was so much fun, relaxing and creative! I have been wanting to paint and draw for sometime but I always made excuses, or felt like I needed to wait for art college to feel confident again since my creative teenage years. Not only did I gain confidence in myself as an artist during this class, but the painting came so naturally to me and that's thanks to Renata for giving us the freedom to express ourselves through the painting during the entire process while still guiding us with composition and proportions. I felt very supported, included and seen through Renata and the community she creates during the class. I will definitely recommend friends to take her class to get out of the mind and into full creativity and imagination!

It was a very nice morning. As a beginner, I learned a lot - I can only recommend the workshop! Renata takes the time everyone needs and is very personable. I even got myself some watercolors and really want to keep going because it was so much fun and extremely relaxing. A wonderful time out.

I would rate this experience as average just because in my opinion the art teacher needs some additional organisational and socal skills. As she is not driving, we decided to pick her up at her house, bring her to our house and then back after the class. When we brought her to our house she noticed that she didn't bring the main drawing tools, pencils. Then we had to bring her back to her house to take them so we can start with the class. We where late at the same start And also she was so annoyingly chatty during the session and after that we where late for the next activity. We warned her a few time about our lack of time but she didn't really react. The whole class was more about her then about our drawing class.

First of all my workshops are taking place on the beach not at someones else homes. My add doesn't say that I go to others homes to do the workshop. It was only my good will to accept this kind of offer. You wanted me to make the worhop at your home. If we made it at Verudela beach a pick up wouldn't have been required. There is no reason for critising someone for not having a car. My workshops are normally taking place on the beach which I reach by public bus or walking. Your friend insisted that she preferes that the workshop takes place at your home on rainy day because she wanted to use the sunny days for other actvities.
After we arranged the first date and appointment for our workshop and your friend booked me, she changed the date at least 3 times which someone else wouldnt tolerate at all and would let you book the experience again, whereas I tolerated it - mistake, will never do it again. Changing date - book again!
We were supposed to do the worksohp on Monday 12th December, and this was the booked date, then she texted me asking me if we can postpone it to Wednesday because of some other plans, then again if we can move it to Friday because in between you have organised a horse ride on Wednesday so because of your horse ride I postponed it again to Friday without any extra charge and now you are critising my organizational skill or are you the one who needs some better organizational skills?
Now my question around whom everything was? I adapted everything to your needs, I accepted to come to your place although I don't go to others homes to do my workshops, my workshops are supposed to take place outdoors on the beach and I changed with a lot of good will and patience my schedule only because you where changing the day of our appointment all time because of some other activities like horse riding. Who ever would have tolerated all this but I did and as I already said, never again!
When I entered your home, your dear friend was just sitting on the couch without any interest to greeting me whreras the other attendee was still under the shower - if this is professionality and organisation . . .
After your friend left the couch I thought she would give me her hand to say hello, but no, she just continued talking to you as I wasnt there - no manners and she is a psychologist!
I could have straight left that room but didnt, I remained and gave my best to deliver a great workshop and give some positive vibe to the whole experience. Its true I forgot my pencils and we had to go back, but not having one single pencils at home . . .and your other friend still wasnt 100% ready because as I said she was was still under the shower when I went to your place, so when we left to pick up the pencils she had at least some more time to make herself ready. Despite everything she was at least the friendliest one in the room whereas you and your freind who booked me didn't show any friendly attitude.
At the end each of you got 2 paintings which we were able to make within only 2 hours.
Despite all this we finished at 5:20pm, it took me some extra time to pack all my things that's true.
Before criticizing someone's organizational and social skills consider first your owns!

The watercolor classes with Renata were extremely enjoyable. She displays exceptional patience with all the participants and provides clear explanations of the techniques taught during her workshops. I highly recommend these classes for participation with the entire family.

My husband and I did Renattas workshop in June 2023 and we loved it! Renatta is lovely, and it was brilliant to brush up on our water painting! The location was gorgeous too...we couldn't recommend it more!

Renata makes drawing easy & fun! I had no idea I had this ability, I loved to connect to my inner child and Renata guided me super professionally during the whole process.
