There can be no better way to spend a day in Dubrovnik than island-hopping in the turquoise Adriatic Sea. And if you’re going to cruise you might as well do it in style. With our traditional wooden ships, “Kupinova” and “Gospe od Karmena”, you’ll day on the sea will start on the right foot. In fact, these spacious ships are among the largest in the region which gives you not only plenty of space to move around but also means we have room for a kitchen, dining area, on-board toilets and panoramic sun decks.
Your island-hopping tour will take in three Dubrovnik beauties. The island of Koločep, or if you want to be a real local and impress the ship’s captain call in Kalamota, is the smallest of the three island on the cruise. A completely car-free island means that the pedestrian is king. Quaint cafes and restaurants, a sandy beach and charming history will give you an insight into the real Mediterranean lifestyle, you’ll spend an hour on Koločep. Sip a coffee and watch the world float past or dive in to the Adriatic.
Šipan is the largest of the whole Elaphite group of islands and offers a magnificent trip to an island jam-packed with history. With its vineyards, olive groves and summer residences the island has a vibrant and yet laid-back feel. You’ll have 45 minutes to explore Šipan.
And finally Lopud, a firm favourite with people from Dubrovnik as a weekend getaway, and you’ll have a healthy two and a half hours to explore. This island, apart from its wonderful gardens and ancient villas, has probably the best beach in the region, ask for Šunj. Again a car-free island you can explore with your whole family without a care in the world.
