We did the half day tour with Navin from Epic Tours & Transfers. He took us to the temple, local market, shopping area, garden of the Sleeping Giant and Sabeto mud pool and hot springs. No-one else was booked on the tour so we had the car and Navin all to ourselves. At the market he arranged for us to try kava and helped us navigate the stalls to find fruits we were looking for and to try fresh coconut milk. Along our journey Navin explained the history and traditions of Fiji and their daily lives. He answered our questions and was so patient with us. The stops were fantastic. The gardens were stunning - it had been raining the day we went so took our own rain ponchos but they also provide umbrellas. And the mud pool and hot springs was just so much fun, ending with a beautiful massage from the local ladies. A great day out and a fantastic driver.

The driver Junior ALI, arrived on time and was courteous and professional. The vehicle was very comfortable, with ample space for luggage and a smooth ride. The driver was pleasant which made the journey enjoyable. He was friendly and helpful, assisting with our luggage and ensuring we had everything we needed. He also provided interesting conversations about Fiji and its culture and history. This transfer service was efficient, reliable, and comfortable—everything you hope for when you're heading to catch a flight. We had Zack, he was Excellent!! We had abit off a mishap leaving our passports at the hotel and realised this once we had arrived at the airport. We had to turn around and go back to the hotel which means we were running late for our flight. Zack got us back to the hotel and to the airport on time couldn’t thank him enough absolute legend! Recommend to everyone!!

Tripadvisor let me down badly by failing to respond to multiple communications before the booking. I ended up cancelling for this reason. I later visited the Sleeping Giant Gardens and the Mud Pool and other sites with my home stay host. This was muich cheaper than Tripadvisor. I give a 5-Star rating to the magnificent sites, a 0-Star rating for Tripadvisor.

Admittedly was a bit hesitant to try Epic given the relatively few reviews. We were actually assigned to another driver to be picked up from the airport. However this was quite a blessing. Navin was probably the best driver we've had while traveling. Gave an insider's guide to Fijian culture and shared a part of his family life. Probably his best quality was his respectful engagement in discussions which made the 45 minute ride fly by. We liked him so much we requested him for a drive to the port the next day. Despite being his sole day off in a quite a while, he wanted to really help us out. Can't find that level of dedication these days. We had other drivers during our time here in Fiji, but Navin is on another level. If you're in doubt about Epic, don't be. TL;DR Epic is great despite limited reviews. Navin is the best! Pro tip: Just look for the Epic driver right after departing customs. They go there based on your arrival time, not the pickup time entered at the time of booking.

Booked return airport transfers to the Intercontinental Resort, and the service from Navin was superb. The flight was delayed, and the customs process took a little bit of time as there were other international arrivals at the same time, however, our driver was there with signage and off we went. We asked if we could stop at a supermarket en route to grab some essentials and this wasn't a problem. Our return trip was an early morning 05:30am collection, and Navin was on hand again to get us back to the airport. Our flight times changed a couple of times as well, and the team were easy to contact via email and WhatsApp. Stress-free, great value and highly recommended.

Richard was a great guide on our tour of Nadi. He showed us some beautiful spots around Nadi like the Garden of the sleeping giant, a beautiful Hindu temple, Nadi markets and the mud pools to finish it off. Highly recommend a day out of the resorts to visit some of beautiful Fiji.

Muzzammil was an amazing driver, really nice, on time, chatty, smiling and his English is really good. Felt safe for the 30 min drive from Airport to Denarau. I recommend!
