- W6562CQjosephp0 contributionsGreat Machu Picchu trip with Fly Cusco Peru Travel Agency and Inti Punku Machu Pichhu HotelWe were 3 senior couples and we enjoyed the wonderful service provided by Fly Cusco Peru Travel Agency. We had a great guide, Victor, in Cusco who dropped us off later at the Ollantaytambo Train station for the Vistadome train to Aguas Galientes. We were received by Rayza who took to the nearby Inti Punku Machu Pichhu Hotel and left early morning to Machu Picchu. One of the ladies in the group fell sick in the morning of the Machu Picchu visit and the couple had to stay back. Rayza followed up with them to see if they needed help. When the lady recovered a couple of hours later, Rayza went all out to ensure that this couple did not miss the Machu Picchu trip. She arranged a later trip and ensured that this couple also got to experience Machu Picchu. Words cannot express our gratitude for this act of hers beyond the call of duty. A special mention must be made of the staff at Inti Punku Hotel, especially, the Front Desk Associate, Flor Condori. She went out of the way to ensure that the sick lady was made comfortable and accommodated a delayed check out to ensure the couple had minimum discomfort while recovering from the upset tummy. We strongly recommend Fly Cusco Peru Travel Agency and Inti Punku Hotel for your trip to Machu Picchu.Written 30 September 2024

- sarabM6472AB0 contributionsEnjoyed this tour as a family of four with 2 kidsThis was one of our best experiences in Peru. Our first day’s tour guide, Efrain was very knowledgeable, friendly, and nice. Visiting Chinchero, Moray, Maras salt mines and Ollantaytambo was amazing. The buffet lunch on the first day was also very delicious. We travelled with two kids and the time spent at each spot was just perfect for us to learn things and for the kids to stay engaged. Our hotel at Aguas Calientes was very decent and clean with good breakfast. Staff were also very nice. Our second day’s tour guide, Jordi was also great. She made sure we get a really good tour of the MachuPicchu and gave us great insights about the city and the Inka history. Kids enjoyed the train rides back and forth . Seats were comfortable and as a family we were able to play cards and board games. The views were amazing and the entertainment in the train was also great. If you are travelling with kids and want to get a good tour of amazing things to see in Peru I strongly recommend this one. Everything was very well organized and you get the best for your time and money.Written 20 August 2024
- 738jianw0 contributionsWonderful 2-Day TourMy wife, my son and I took this 2-day tour on July 9 and July 10. It was a great experience. The trip was well organized and seamlessly done by Fly Cusco. We went to all the promised sites. We had Efrain and Edwin as our guides. They are wonderful people, knowledgeable and easygoing. Very patient with our excessive photographing... 5 stars to both and Fly Cusco!Written 16 July 2024
- D5391NDmattj0 contributionsHighly Recommend!I am beyond satisfied with the service and quality of our tour with Fly Cusco. Our guide Victor was outstanding. He was so knowledgeable and even took some amazing photos for us! Our driver Martin was equally great. You are in great hands with Fly Cusco.Written 19 June 2024
- N9196DHjoshs0 contributionsAbsolutely wonderful, better than expected. This tour was fantastic. We had a wonderful time and were not worried about anything due to the experience and comfort that our guide provided. Efrain was amazing and was so flexible and supportive of everyone in our group. Then comes the views, the sites, the people. The views were amazing. Efrain gave us the best spots for photos and new how to watch the changes in cloud coverage to make sure we got great views and experiences. We had a once in a lifetime experience both days of this trip! A must see place, and a must use tour company.Written 18 June 2024
- ervand20230 contributionsNicely bundled two-day trip with all logistics handled, but priceyAs advertised, this is a two-day trip to see an Alpaca farm, two historic Inca sites, views of the Sacred Valley, a stop at a local jewelry shop to explain local craftsmanship, and a very nice lunch along the way, all with a friendly and helpful guide. Then, you are left at the train station (with tickets of course) to go to Agua Calientes (Machu Picchu) where an agent takes you to your hotel, and the guide meets you in the morning to take you on the bus to Machu Picchu for the guided tour, then a train ride back (guide, train, bus, MP tickets all included). This includes the ground transportation to and from Cusco (a two-hour trip if no stops). You have some extra time in Agua Calientes after the Machu Picchu tour and the evening before after arriving on the train. Agua Calientes is a tourist town, full of bars, restaurants, and craft/souvenir shops, amusing with narrow streets lined with shops all begging for your attention, but not an historic site. Machu Piccha speaks for itself. Entering Agua Calientes on the train is scenic. Here, I am just reviewing the bundled tour. The logistics, guide, and transport were all good. The big advantage here is getting this all bundled so you don't miss a logistical detail. The minor negatives: only one lunch is included for food (the breakfast is just the hotel included breakfast). The hotel was close to the train station, clean, modern, but just average overall. The price is significant relative to other options. You have to want to see the other sights in the Sacred Valley and enjoy a night in Agua Calientes. There are two guides and a driver to tip. A bigger negative: a full-sized bag on the train costs $100 in luggage fees and this is not made clear in the ad. So, you need to pay the extra $100 or find somewhere to store your bag in Cusco and travel with only a roller bag or backpack. The tour company might hold your bag for you.Written 9 June 2024
- P6922KSangelag0 contributionsThe best tour!We did the 5 day tour. On day 1 we went to Chinchero, Moray, the salt mines then Ollantaytambo. Then we were dropped off at the train station to board for Aguas Calientes. On the second day we arrived early to Machu Picchu and were able to get some amazing pictures. The entire trip was a success. Both of our tour guides, Efrain and Edwin, made sure we got plenty of pictures and the best spots. I would strongly recommend Fly Cusco. Jhordy went above and beyond with helping us. Without his help our trip wouldn’t have been the same. Thank you so muchWritten 7 June 2024
- janamC6741UK0 contributionsGreat experience! We can't say enough about how amazing our experience was in this tour. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Their passion and expertise truly enhanced our experience, making each moment memorable. Recommended!Written 19 May 2024
- U5158DOmiap0 contributionsBest Tour Guide Ever!We had an absolute blast with our guide Jorge Rogas! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to get us where we needed to be on time which was a feat with our group! Jorge really made our trip the best it could be and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort!Written 12 May 2024
- SubbuA0 contributionsThank you Jhordy, Ifrahim and Carlos for an amazing experience in Sacred Valley and Machu PichuJhordy from Fly Cusco helped us book the tour. He was very professional, responsive and caring to work with. He helped us join the 2-day tour from our hotel in Urubamba valley rather than trekking back to Cusco early in the morning. We were picked up from Urubamba Valley in a nice transport (nominal cost) and he also took care of our luggage as well. The tour itself was great. Small group and we had a great tour guide in Ifrahim for the first day. On hindsight, I should also booked my Cusco airport pickup with Jhordy. Carlos Alberto Sifuentes Sullcaccori was our guide at Machu Pichu and he was a great guide! We are a family of 4 with 2 tweens. He met up with us at our hotel the night before our tour of MachuPichu and gave great advice to tackle altitude sickness. He got the hotel way before time….(early morning 5.30am!) and had all the information ready. We had a great tour of Machupichu, he was well mannered and patient in explaining and answering all our questions. He even hiked with 2 of us to Huayana Pichu…again very patiently as we took many pictures along the way. We highly recommend him if you are looking for a private guide. Thank you Carlos!Written 9 May 2024
- VincentV606130 contributionsAbove and Beyond - The Magic of Machu Pichu and Sacred Valley. We had an excellent experience witnessing the magic of Machu Pichu and more. Our guide, Orlando, went ABOVE and BEYOND making sure that all of us are very comfortable. He made sure we are informed of the itinerary and the details of the tour. He is very knowledgable about the history of Peru; and he integrated and shared his own insights with regards to current Peruvian everyday life. He volunteers to take our photos, and sometimes even carry our bags / drinks. We were also lucky to have a great small tour group which made the experience even better. This is a shoutout to James, Enza, Nikita, Michel, and Manu! We were a great group bonded together in laughter for 48 hours. My partner and I figured, that it could take 1 person in a tour group to ruin the whole experience! This tour is definitely a must. If you have a chance, do request for Orlando to be your Machu Pichu / Sacred Valley guide. Kudos !Written 1 April 2024
- Dougel1230 contributionsExcellent ExperienceHad a wonderful day touring the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. I was initially skeptical about the price. However, our guide and driver picked us up on time. They took time to care for my daughter when she was feeling car sick. They allocated the amount of time we wanted at each location and made sure we had every detail to complete our trip successfully. The moment you leave Cusco you realize all of the coordination required to make this trip stress free. It was worth every dollar. Highly recommend!Written 31 March 2024
- 658allisony0 contributionsThanks for a great trip!We had such an amazing tour with Efrain on day 1 going through the Sacred Valley, as well with Alex at Machu Picchu on day 2! Both Efrain and Alex were very knowledgeable, and had very valuable personal anecdotes to share that gave more insight and really added to the tour. The tour itself had all of the things that we were looking to do on this trip, so that was really fantastic. We felt well taken care of and enjoyed our time! We got so lucky with the weather in March, it was actually almost too good-- the sun was shining so brightly and the view of Machu Picchu and Wayna Picchu was excellent!Written 23 March 2024
- philiplE418RH0 contributionsPlease choose this agencyWe can as a couple only recommend this travel agency. Our guides were very polite, and provided us with information throughout the day. We always knew what to do, which bus and train to take. The guides knowledge about the Incas, was sufficient, and they could answer all our questions. Experience was 10/10Written 23 March 2024
