Great trip well organised to lake Titicaca
Lake Titicaca ( TitiKaka ) trip from Cusco to Puno The trip was well organised with taxi meeting me in Cusco Plaza at 6.15 a.m. this took me to the coach and I recent ticket via WhatsApp and communication throughput the trip. The coach journey with five stops was well paced and the scenery is epic and you are 2.7 miles at highest point with views of many mountains and Apus. A taxi met me at the coach stop in Puno and took me to my hotel in the main square, 3 star and perfect for a night stay. In the morning another taxi picked me up and took me to the port at Puno and we had a great guide who explained the trip. The floating islands are amazing and great to see families living on them and the boat ride to Taquile island is spectacular with views to Bolivia, lunch was delicious 😋 and we returned after a long day to port Puno and I explored Puno until 9 pm when I was picked up again by pre-arranged taxi and shown how to get my coach ticket sorted out for the night coach, the coach was very hot and bumpy, not a good night sleep. overall 5 star for the trip to Lake TitiKaKa. Thank You Kev ( EnglishMystic )

      Excellent excursion
The bus is extremely comfortable and our guide was amazing and knowledgeable! We stopped several times on the long drive to Puno. Once in Puno, our hotel wasn't equipped for people with mobility issues but we survived. The island tours were wonderful and the ride back to Cusco ( overnight) was very comfortable.

Great experience visiting the beautiful lake and floating islands.
Was a wonderful experience visiting the Floating islands and meeting the locals in Uros. Also enjoyed Taquille island. We were picked at on time by our guide from our hotel and we were taken to our boat. The lake itself is quite beautiful and the floating islands are stunning. The trip included lunch on one of the islands. The lunch was good. They had options for vegetarians as well. We were dropped back to our hotel in time for dinner by evening.

Very good but be aware it’s made of different parts
Overall this trip really worked. The bus down to Puno stopped at interesting places, the hotel in puno has a great location and I loved the lake tour - so interesting. The overnight bus back was surprisingly comfortable. All transport connections between activities were smooth with someone waiting to help me and make me feel looked after. Overall I would just have liked more information in advance. As this is not one single tour but rather a stitching together of other tours, I didn’t always know what was happening next and at what time. Once I figured out the contact number was a WhatsApp only number though they were very helpful and responsive to my questions. This tour great if you’re laid back and as it genuinely did all work very well. To be improved I think it would have been great to receive a more detailed itinerary with locations and detailed information on timings how logistics would work in advance. Overall though very good!

Te view was amazing. The coordination of the tour can improve. The second day after being on the tour from 7:00 am, it ends at 4:00 pm there is not place to take a shower.. The return bus leaves at 10:00 .

The best tour planner and guides
I was very satisfied with my experience with Americo and my guides in Machu Pichu. He plan every details about my trip. When I arrive to Aguascalientes he had someone waiting for me. Americo took the time to call me to tell me that during the time I had plan my trip there were no entries to Machu Pichu. He was clear of giving me the choice to still risk if I wanted to go and try to see if I get an entry but that I might had to wait in long lines and a few days. I was happy to know I could even get to Aguascalientes. He took care of every detail to make it happen and he and his team did. So I got an entry. I was very welcome upon my arrival and was taken care by the people at the hotel he booked.

      Do not trust them! Unreliable!
I booked this trip a month in advance. I filled out all the information necessary for the trip. I got out of bed at 3 AM to be ready for a 6 AM pick up. I was outside in the cold weeding at 5:30 AM. They never showed up. I jump through hoops to try to find what was going on and found out that they had no idea where I was. They sent me an email the night before, but I was on vacation and in bed sleeping, so I had no idea that they sent me an email. They claimed they didn’t know where I was. My hotel information and my cell phone number were both on the reservation. I confirmed this with Viator! I would never use this organization, they almost destroyed my vacation with their lack of professionalism! Do not use them, they will leave you standing in the cold!

This is a must do trip. Lake Titicaca with the Uros Islands and Taquile Island are breathtaking and unique. The habitants of the islands are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. The transfer from Cuzco to Puno was smooth, they took care of everything, especially Américo the travel agent he’s the best, he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was memorable. Will definitely recommend.

Do not book through this company!
Do not book through this company! It only cost 75 soles to go to the planetarium including transportation which is what the company paid to them. This is equal to less than $20. There are no extras for the extra $30 paid. The planetarium itself was awesome and I would have preferred any extra money go to them. I understand booking companies making a profit but over 2.5x the cost is ridiculous.

      amazing trip!!!
The floating islands of the Uros is a very important attraction on Lake Titicaca but even more so is the island of Taquile, a charm for the eyes and for all the senses, it is like moving to another era, breathing fresh air and enjoying those crystalline landscapes

The best tour of Sacred Valley. We visited all the places, in each one the guide told us about its history, we had a lunch in a very quiet place and with good food. The guide highlighted it because it was super vigilant that we had the best experience, helped us with oil for soroche, listened and recommended us always what to do to avoid problems on the trip. Victor certainly made the difference in this experience.
The bus has a bit to improve and put some more air in the way, otherwise impeccable.

Super recommended! Especially salt flats that not all tours have, a marvel.
I leave some pictures of the experience to believe me lol the day was also spectacular and rained very little.

Our Sacred Valley tour was fantastic! The itinerary was packed but allowed for just enough time to experience each site. I appreciated the mix of historical and cultural stops and left the tour with a better understanding of the area’s history and current life. This was all thanks to our guide, Severino, who was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastically answered questions. Highly recommend!

Booked 3 trips through the company
    1) Private tour with guide to Sacred Valley
    2) Private transfer from Cusco to Puno.
    3) Floating Island tour in Lake titicaca

Both the private trips went perfectly well. All bookings done through whatsapp and payment made in cash.
The driver arrived promptly at the time we arranged for pickup. He was knowledgeable about all sites we visited in the sacred valley and explained everything in detail and answered our questions. For the transfer to Puno as well , it was timely and smooth.

The boat trip was a group trip. We enjoyed it as well.

Best Tour ever. From the start to the end I was mesmerized by the beauty and friendliness everywhere. Tour guide was excellent in knowledge and he captivated the audience at all times. Excellent in Spanish and English. Would reccomend anyone and everyone to take this tour. It is so worth it. Long day, but the excitement overtakes the long hours. Could not stop taking videos and photos to remember every second. Unbelievable experience. Thank you, Gracias.

My friends and I had a great time on this tour taking in all the breathtaking views and learning about the ancient civilizations. Our guide, JC, is very knowledgeable and did a good job of keeping us moving along but also allowing time for pictures. It is a really long day, and lunch is included which was a nice buffet. Overall, we had a good time and were glad we took the tour.

It was a full tour. There were a lot of places we wanted to go to in the Holy Valley, but they took us all together on this tour, so we were grateful to be able to visit in a day. The guides were very friendly and explained a lot, so I was able to go around with an understanding of the history and background, which was very good. Thank you very much.

Carlos was great, he was patiently waiting for everyone and made sure everyone got on the bus. He’s a great historian and knows a lot about the places.
Shop as you go along because they only stop to expensive places.
    The food was great too.

Very packed day of places to visit & cultural things to experience, like textile & jewerly-making. Informative guide. Very nice buffet lunch. This is the way to see many places in one day if you're short on time.

We saw really amazing places, very different from what I've seen. I want to highlight the professionalism of Guide Victor. Super prepared, super friendly and with a good temperance to order the group. Without fuss and even though people of the group delayed, I managed to arrange the times so that we could see everything.
AMAZING: Moray ! Maras! Pisac! Ollantaytambo! Chinchero!. I highly recommend them, both around here and to my friends directly. I also had reservations about the buffet lunch, I ate delicious and everything I wanted. Cheers. Andres.
