Claudio and his team were top notch. Quickly answered every email prior to our tour date. Delivered on everything he said we’d see and do. His knowledge of Chile is extensive and the flow of the tour had us arriving everywhere before the big groups from the cruises. Pablo our driver and Javier our guide were waiting for us at the cruise terminal as planned and proceeded to take us on an excellent tour of Valparaiso to Santiago- the company reserved a Oceanside restaurant with a prime location table and superb dining- the tour was extensive and enriched with many interesting stops - Javier is passionate about his craft as a tour guide and kept us informed about all the sites - Hands down one of the best tours we have enjoyed- highly recommend to any and all cruisers

Our guide, Gisella, was great. Very informative and flexible as to where we wanted to go. Included a nice fish lunch and cable car rides She did however arrive at our hotel 50 minutes late. Not her fault, just bad organisation back at the office. The tour extended later in the afternoon to make up for the lost time

Our guide Giselle was dedicated to showing us life as a local. We had some special places we wanted to find (like the grave of Victor Jara) and she made sure we found it. . . .and it wasn’t easy. She was gracious, informative and funny! A wonderful time.

Visited three wineries in Casablanca, the highlight of which was definitely Bodegas RE, which compared to a nice vineyard in Napa. The other two wineries visited (Veramonte and Casas del Bosque) were fine, but pours were skimpy in comparison to what we're used to at tastings. Transportation was convenient and everybody was very friendly. Only complaint is that driver arrived 45 minutes early for our hotel pick-up and told us we were late, did not acknowledge that the mistake was on his company's end despite us having the correct pickup time clearly stated on our ticket. It was a fun day overall though that I would recommend.

We had a wonderful time with Claudio. He is a passionate, knowledgeable guide that made the experience a lot of fun. He was flexible and patient and he always made sure that we were having a lot of fun — and we did! We look forward to going back to Chile and when we do, we will surely ask Claudio to accompany us again. It was an unforgettable experience. Thank you!!!

Our guide and driver were beyond expectations,guide spoke excellent English the three wineries we attended were different from each other and would rival the wineries in Napa California as far as setting,wine quality and in house tour guides. I would highly recommend this company they could not have made this day any more enjoyable.

Great coordination between the tourguide and the wineries. Very interesting to learn about the history and the different wine production processes. The tourguide was very friendly and wise about the areas we visited and provided us with great infos.

The Viator tours was able to arrange this tour for 16 is us at very short notice. Tour guide came on time and was very pleasant and provided very good information. Tour of vinery was very well organized. It was an unique and different experience compare to other vinery tours we had. I highly recommend this tour, if you happen to be on Santiago.

We spent a very enjoyable day exploring Valparaíso and Viña Del mar with Claudio and Angelica. Claudio is extremely knowledgeable about not only the area but also Chile itself and Angelica’s great driving skills made sure that our journey was very comfortable. Recently visited Chile with my mother and her friend and booked this excursion 2 days in advance. Claudio was prompt in contacting me about our hotel pickup via WhatsApp and even arranged to pick us up at our hotel in Viña that wasn't on the standard list. The day and the tour could not have been more beautiful. He was very knowledgeable about the valley. I wish we could have gone another day as well! Everyone had a blast, would definitely recommend!
