Viña del Mar And Valparaiso Day Trip from Santiago
US$ 60.00
Overview
Explore the Chilean coastal cities of Viña del Mar and Valparaiso during this 9-hour bus-based sightseeing trip from Santiago. Get a look at Viña del Mar sights like flower clock, Quinta Vergara Garden, and Playa de los Cañones beach, then explore the UNESCO World Heritage city of Valparaiso, including Sotomayor Square and the Cerro Alegre area.
What to Expect
Receive a morning pickup from your Santiago, Providencia, Las Condes, or Vitacura accommodations, after which you’ll head by bus to the coastal resort town of Viña del Mar.

Explore the beautiful seaside scenery of this popular Chilean resort area by bus, stopping at notable landmarks including the Quinta Vergara Garden, the Playa de los Cañones beach, and the city’s famous “flower clock.” Continue driving along the coast to Valparaiso, a charming and historic port city that was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2003.

During your stop in Valparaiso you’ll stop by “La Sebastiana,” a former residence of Chilean writer Pablo Neruda that today houses a museum and gardens. You’ll get a chance to see Justice Square, Sotomayor Square, and take a quick look around the Cerro Alegre area. At the end of the trip, you’ll be transferred back to your accommodations in and around Santiago.

Average Tour

We had limited time in Santiago, and contemplated a DIY trip to Valparaiso & Vina Del Mar, vs joining a tour. We opted for the Turistik Tour. First: pick up from the hotel was on time at 8am. We did end up picking up tourists...More

I’m not sure about pick up from the airport although they did have several pick up spots in Santiago (hotels and shopping centers). We used Uber to get around and had very good experiences with it. The only time we used a... More
