        A perfect tour
We enjoyed very much the tour through the fjords to the glaciers on the way to we saw a great waterfall and some sea wildlife my suggestion have warm clothes on even though the sun was shining it was cold on the deck take the tour to the glaciers as long as we can enjoy it because you can see how fast it melted during the last decades also take the walk to the panoramic shortcut fyi the next glacier after you are back on the boat is coming up very fast stay out on the deck if you want some pics the lunch was excellent bc we went to a huge ranch and enjoyed a very tasty lunch a perfect ending to a great day we can highly recommend this tour

        Santiago at its best!
Franco was a fantastic tour guide. Very knowledgeable and passionate about his home town Santiago! We started the day with a funicular ride to the top of Santiago then ventured further around Santiago including the fish market where we had a well earned and amazing seafood lunch. If you only have one day in Santiago this tour will provide a fantastic overview of the city, its history and famous sites. Highly recommended and don’t forget to ask for Franco!

A good day out and a great lunch
Our guide for the day, Nelly, was great. Very friendly and helpful and gave us all the information needed, and was very entertaining. 5/5 for her. The minibus was clean and well maintained. The driver was also a very nice guy and funny. The waterfalls were nice to see. Lunch was excellent and very enjoyable and a good price. The group was friendly and helpful especially the Brazilian couple who helped me a lot as a non Spanish speaker. And the trip up the volcano was also interesting although cold near the top- warm jacket and a hat advisable. I would have added another hour or so to the trip- the ski lift up the volcano (29000 CLP) was possibly the slowest in the world and the distance between points is quite a long way- this led to things being a little rushed and as a result, one guest was sick on the bus (not her fault) because the road up the volcano is very winding and immediately after lunch, also on the return journey the driver was going pretty fast and made some potentially dangerous overtaking manoeuvres- I’m a professional driver myself so I note these things. Safety and comfort should always be paramount so adding more time into the tour would have resolved this

        Very Accommodating
This tour is normally scheduled to begin at 9:00 AM. Because of the Christmas holiday and our arrival time in Santiago, the company agreed to start our tour at 1:30 PM. Our arrival was delayed by more than two hours because of airport operational issues. Franco was extremely accommodating and ensured that we received the full tour. He was enthusiastic about sharing Santiago with us and gave us lots of information and recommendations to make the most of our time in the city. We greatly appreciated his flexibility and professionalism

        Wasted vacation day
Pretty much a wasted vacation day. The bus that was supposed to pick me up at the hotel simply didn’t show up and the operator was completely unreachable. Phone numbers on the ticket and confirmation weren’t answered or didn’t even exist. By the time I could look into alternatives for the day, finding something comparable at such short notice wasn’t possible. Avoid and definitely don’t pay upfront.

Ok to see snow -but Not to Ski
Not a Ski centre - it used to be a basic and Limited ski centre, that was Cheap and fun. Nothing to challenging. Now most of the ski slopes are shut, and it only really carera for Brazilan tourists who come to look at the snow from the ski lift. When i asked for ski Poles - I was told “You have come to the wrong place”

Great tour of scenic Elqui Valley, La Serena, Vicuna and ABA distillery. Top notch well informed and organized guide.
Our full day tour started at the port of Coquimbo, Chile in a 16 passenger Mercedes Van with Turismo Cochiguaz and our tour guide Samantha, who spoke excellent English. As traffic was light she opted to take us to the Faro lighthouse before proceeding through the Elqui Valley to the outskirts of Vicuna and the ABA Pisco Distillery. A type of grape brandy, the ABA distillery founded in 1921 remains in operation by the grandson of the original founder. We had a tasting of 4 types of Pisco and an information tour. We then visited the small town of Vicuna and the lovely square. A glimpse of an authentic small town and the people who live there. Samantha kept us on track to complete our tour on time and we stopped at a viewpoint to see the varied rocks and a scenic view of the Elqui Valley, proceding back to La Serena. I highly recommend this tour company with their good communications, excellent guide and driver.

A beautiful trip and good lunch
You need a good day for this trip and we had one! It was a busy boat but there was always space on deck and the walk to the glacier was lovely. At the ranch meal they are catering on an industrial scale so it was a bit slow but the food was excellent especially the lamb. The coffee and snacks on board were a bit disappointing. Great day out even though we didn't see much wildlife.

The only way to see Aconcagua from Chile
The journey starts from the city, goes through drylands full of cacti and then up through the mountain pass. The road and bus were very good. The views at the lagoon were amazing. A picnic lunch was provided which was refreshing. The guide was helpful. The only thing that could be improved is communication. Being informed at 10pm the night before is very inconvenient.

        PEGUIN tour Puerto montt, chile
A very nice day trip to chilioe Island with easy pick up at your hotel Guide was very informative, spoke both English and Spanish. Seeing the penguins was great fun but you will see more between march and September. An extra $10 for the boats.Lunch was disappointing with the worst service, actually no service for drinks, had to go ask and then serve ourselves. I would suggest giving ample time in Ancud to go explore and eat lunch on your own Overall a very nice experience except for lunch which is extra.plan on tips for boat staff, bus driver and guide.

        Excellent trip
It was a good trip to visit the amazing Petrohué waterfalls and Osorno volcano near Puerto Varas. Our tour guide Jenny was excellent in terms of managing the entire trip. She tools us to an amazing restaurant for lunch and we all loved the scrumptious menu.

        A rendez-vous with nature
It was so easy to book this Humboldt Penguin Tour with Ecoturismo agency. You can contact them by phone and they send you all the necessary info by whatsapp/email. Very reactive and useful. Did not have to pay in avdance to book the tour, which was awsome since I arrived at La Serena late at night the day before the tour and did not want to waste time. Spent a great day with Felipe Torres, our Ecoturismo guide for the day, at Choros and Damas Island, with very useful and interesting informations shared the whole day long. Since it's winter time (nesting and migration period), the fauna is seen in fewer numbers. But fortunately we had the opportunity to see a variety of fauna: sea lions, pelican, penguins, bottlenose dolphins, piqueros etc. Very nice experience I do recommend. Felipe was really nice to share with some photos he took with his Iphone:-)

We had an amazing day with our Tour Guide Pablo and Driver DJ Rodrigo. From start to finish it was very well organized Pablo sent me a group invite to WhatApp, picked us up from our hotel, and then we headed off to Valparaiso. We walked around the city where he showed us the different art/graffiti, we saw seals and pelicans and fish sold at an outdoor market. Then he made suggestions for lunch. On the whole I was very impressed by the information he provided and he was very protective of us since we were his 'babies'. He took pictures and shared them with us. Along with that, he provided valuable information on where to eat/shop in Santiago. I would highly recommend this trip. Our Driver DJ Rodrigo is an experience driver.

I recommend the tour, but our tour guide, during this Corona virus crisis, had a non-stop cough and did little to suppress the spread of his germs. He even talked in an aggressively energetic manner to the point where you could see spittle coming out of his mouth. Nice guy, so I’m not going to give his name.
Valparaiso is a gorgeous town, full of murals and hilltop views of the ocean. Lunch was at a beautiful restaurant on the water. Though lunch was not included, the overall tour cost was low.

Wonderful places and experience. Our tour guide Daniel is very knowledgeable and we enjoyed his explanation and guidance through the walking tour and restaurants. The hills, buildings and graffiti, give Valparaiso a unique combination of beauty.
It’s like a mix of Cincue Terre, San Francisco and Wynwood murals all together. Just amazing!

This tour was booked for a small group through EcoUruguay & Top Private Tours and subcontracted to Ruta Chile. It included a one-way transfer from the cruise port in San Antonio. The pick-up went well and the guide provided a lot of information on the drive to Valparaiso. We drove around the city a bit then stopped for an included tour of Pablo Neruda's house, La Sebastiana.

Then we set out on an almost 90 minute walking tour. It was a very hot and humid day and upper Valparaiso has extremely steep hills that are challenging going up and down. There had been no mention of the walking conditions when the tour was booked. It quickly became apparent that a number of elderly people in the group were having a great deal of trouble dealing with the heat and exertion. However, the guide, Michael, refused to alter the agenda and became almost belligerent when part of the group couldn't keep up. I was truly concerned and angry. Guides need to be trained to assess the group and have alternate plans for people who cannot physically keep up.

Once the whole group managed to make it back to the bus, we drove to Vina Del Mar for lunch (not included) at a good beach restaurant (La Playa) and were then dropped off at the Santiago Airport.

Lamentablemente el tour era en grupo y terminaban en el aeropuerto, por lo que teníamos un itinerario muy estricto. No teniamos mucho tu moto para dedicarle a cada item, pero aún así hicimos un buen trabajo.

I would rather have a day on my own than taking another tour with them. The van was quite old, tight and unconfortable, driver wasn’t very skilled and the tour guide probably knows next to zero about history. His comments were more on the grounds of «this is a school», like what I’d tell my friends in my neightbourhood. We thought we would have time to visit La Sebastiana, but we could only do a short stop and see it from the outside. The tour is jam packed with unnecessary things, and take us basically to tourist traps, like the horrible restaurant we had lunch at. Even though they say it’s not mandatory for us to eat there, it wasn’t so easy for us to figure out whereelse to go in the place we stoped, plus everybody was starving already, as it was 2:30pm and we hadn’t eaten since the morning...

5 out of 5 . Christian is an excelent guide as well as driver. Since the pick up he described the relevant places and history of Santiago. Later on the route he did and once we reached Valparaiso and Viña Del Mar we stopped at different places and he explained each one. Thanks Christian for the journey.

I like this tour although I wish we had more time in viña even if that meant coming back a bit later and. In fact that would
Have been great bc we wouldn’t have hit so much rush hour traffic - the guide was amazing, spoke perfect English. I wish there were more young people on the tour.

Thoroughly enjoyed our tour from Santiago to Valparaíso and Vina Del Mar. Lucky to have Willy from Chile as our guide. Informative and funny. Great driver too. Enjoyable walk through the streets and along the sea front. Didn't eat in the restaurant as preferred to walk by the sea. Great value

I had booked online on sunday to go on this full day trip on monday. They even sent me an autogenerated confirmation email saying that someone from the agency has been assigned to my booking and will get in touch with me shortly. I tried to contact them several times on phone and email. However, spending the entire Sunday evening fretting and worried, no one contacted me and i had to eventually cancel it on Monday morning and waste a full day in Santiago doing nothing. It was my last day in Santiago and i missed the chance to see vine del mar and Valparaíso because of this agency
