- NIcky N0 contributionsA fantastic tour, a must do to see the sights of the city.Fantastic! We wanted to discover Singapore so booked the tour from light to night, I liked the idea of seeing the city as the day turns to evening. We met our guide Holden who was really friendly band helpful setting up the bikes. Helmets included. We headed off to visit the different districts including Little India, Arab Street, European area and Chinatown. We travelled on shared pavements and roads in a small group. Holden was mindful of our safety using his “magic hand”to sometimes stop traffic to help us cross roads. We also stopped at a local shop to taste some food. The itinerary is well put together and we covered around 15k over the 3 hours. We ended up at the Marina as the sun was setting. Watching the buildings light up and the sky change was special. All in all it was a brilliant tour and I would highly recommend it. Holden was the perfect guide. Thank youWritten 27 February 2025

- Kimandneal0 contributionsSG food and bike tourWhat a fabulous tour! our guide Han was so informative and knowledgeable and made the trip really enjoyable. The first 2 hours were spent eating 😁 we tried a lot of different food from various regions of Singapore. Katong was such a colourful area and it was great getting out of the city and seeing some beautiful architecture. If you have a spare day and want something really fun and enjoyable try this food and bike tour and enjoy the sights of the real Singapore. PS don’t eat breakfastWritten 21 February 2025
- theperpetualsaturday0 contributionsBest way to see Singapore by night - a planner's dream!Singapore Light to Night Bike Tour was such a great way to learn about Singapore and take in the beautiful views and night-lights! Holden took us through Kampong Glam, Little India, Chinatown, Orchard Road, Marina Bay, and more. We stopped at key buildings, like the Mosque, the Peranakan Museums, neighbourhood markets, National University of Singapore (WC break!) and more. We even stopped for a samosa! He explained the history of Singapore and how it shaped the modern and future city planning, land use, settlements of Singapore. He made sure we were safe on the bikes and understood how to ride safely in Singapore (power of the hand stops cars!). I asked him a lot of city-planning and cycling questions and he answered them and recommended I visit the Singapore City Gallery to learn more about Singapore city planning. Thanks, Holden! It was a fun tour, I learned a lot and the next time in Singapore, I'll take another tour.Written 17 February 2025
- Anthony M0 contributionsA fabulous bike tour of Singapore with a great guide. An excellent bike tour taking in all main sights of Singapore. Our local guide Holden, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The bikes are folding type with little wheels- comfy and very easy to steer in busy areas. You don’t need to be a pro cyclist to ride these! In 3 hours we covered more of the city than you could reasonably expect to do on foot in 2 days! Best of all was experiencing the city dynamic change from light to night during the tour. Many opportunities for photos. This tour was fabulous and great value. Highly recommended.Written 10 February 2025
- jills6730 contributionsSingapore bike tourMy husband and I had a great time on the ‘Light to Night’ tour. Our guide, Holden, took us to all the ‘must see’ places also gave up tips on where to visit independently. As recommended we went to Lau Pa Sat after the tour to enjoy some street food such as satay chicken, squid and king prawn on skewers. I highly recommend the bike tour for those trying to fit a lot in, particularly if you only have a few days in Singapore. The bike ride certainly gives you a flavour of everything Singapore has to offer.Written 9 February 2025

The only tip for potential travellers is to be reminded that the price quoted is USD not SGD.
I thought the tour was outstanding and quite the best way to see this fabulously modern but historic city.
Fred, our guide, was genial, knowledgeable and exhibited all the right characteristics to attract the members of the tour.
I would give him full marks!!
Not only did we see all the sights that define the history of Singapore through to the present day but we also had the thrill of rising part way around the F1 course.
I highly recommend this tour (especially if you snare Fred as your guide) as a means of understanding why this bright, lively, sophisticated city holds such affection for people from all around the globe!

Booked this trip before arriving in Singapore, as I could see it was popular. Proved to be a good decision as there were a few groups of cyclists with different tour guides ready to set out on the tour, when we arrived.
Our tour guide Fred was great. He quickly organised the group and ensured we had functioning cycles before leading our group of ten out on the tour. We visited all the key locations around the main city over the next four hours and took in the different vibes of the Chinese, Indian and Malay quarters.
Although, we progressed around the city quickly, Fred took time to ensure we stayed in our group of ten (nobody got lost) and could hear his explanations at the various stop points.
There were a couple of breaks of about 15 minutes each to get refreshments and cool down but the ride itself wasn’t arduous.
All in all, this was a good way to see the key locations around Singapore and understand a little more about them from an experienced guide. We were fortunate that Fred was super enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the places we went to.
It was worth the money and the time, particularly as we are not in Singapore for long and so this whistle stop tour was just what we needed.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Very easy to book online, generous T&Cs, and detailed instructions sent to you the day before to ensure everyone was prepared.
Our guide Han was amazing, really lovely man with heaps of knowledge. The ride is punctuated by frequent stops for photos and always a bit of a story. It almost felt like four hours was too short, but the tour is set up so you really make the most of your time. I felt safe the entire time, and the cycling itself wasn’t strenuous at all thanks to the flat layout of downtown. There is a toilet/water stop midway, so you can refill your water bottle.
If you’re here for a few days, I would recommend doing the bike tour at the beginning so you get a bit of a feel for where to revisit. The stories were also more meaningful to me because I had visited the National Museum the day before and had gotten a bit of a crash course on Singapore’s history and culture. Bring water and sunscreen - it gets HOT!

I booked this tour based on multiple reviews which said it was suitable for 'anyone who can ride a bike' and 'leisurely paced' and 'the bikes are very comfortable'...unfortunately I did not find any of this to be the actual case.
The tour set a cracking pace and there was a lot of brief stop-starting, but few actual breaks. You have to ride through crowds and cross dozens of busy roads and go through tight barriers and constantly over bumps, and even ride on the roads at one point - it was extremely hectic and way too fast and uncomfortable for me - I spent all my time trying to not fall off or hit anybody and keep up, which was actually quite stressful. By the third hour even my husband, who cycles every day, had had enough, and we withdrew from the rest of the tour. Wyman the tour guide was very nice and understanding (we got the impression this happens quite often).
The hot and humid weather will have you drenched in sweat and your butt will be sore and bruised afterward. The tour would be much better if it went for half the time, included more informative content and adjusted its route to be more leisurely, on broad avenues and cycleways and less twisty and turny and on skinny footpaths and main roads. YMMV.
I would only recommend this activity for people with a higher level of fitness who are very confident riding in tight spaces and in traffic and who have shower facilities available to them immediately afterwards.
It is a great way to see a lot of Singapore in a short amount of time, but absolutely not suitable, in my opinion, to people of low to average fitness or who may be nervous riding in crowded or tight spaces - there's a major OHS risk and you would need to consider the impact on the rest of your trip if you were to fall off and get injured, as that's certainly a very real possibility given the riding environment.
At one point a man near the rear of the group dropped his chain and despite shouting out to the person in front of us that we needed to stop and wait, the message was not passed along and everyone kept hurtling along, Luckily the man was able to fix his chain himself and catch back up with the group, but 'no man left behind' was certainly not in effect, the people at the front of the group didn't even notice, and just kept on going full steam ahead. If that had happened to me I would not have had the expertise to fix the bike myself and it was somewhat concerning that the back end of the group was not really looked out for except to be counted at stopping points, which often were quite spread out.
Also not all of the bikes had storage racks/baskets, so you might need to wear or carry your bag, which adds to the discomfort.
This seemed like a great way to see a lot in a short period of time, good value and easier/faster than walking, but seriously consider your physical capabilities, fitness, riding confidence and tolerance for heat, crowds and tight riding conditions, on real roads with real traffic and no protection if you hit anything or fall off, before booking.

The moment you bought air ticket to Singapore you should be aware Singapore is a 735 square km island. Our Downtown is small and tight, there is NO board avenues and cycleways. Everyone have to cycle on the sidewalk together with pedestrian. Wide broad path are only found in the neighborhood, not the city centre with all the main landmarks and ethnice quarters. Should we change our specifically curated bike tour route just for your sake?
Consider the tour is only 18km in 4 hours on Flat terrain, "please tell me the average speed we are riding". Does that require extreme fitness ? We have plenty of short stops for commentary too.
Singapore climate is always either hot and humid or raining. We are so close to equator. Can we change the climate for you?
Having bike locks to lock up in case of dropout doesn't mean it happen often, it just means we are prepared for these or other incidents.
Please do some basic research before travelling to another country, and probably stop pointing finger when the situation, environment, climate is uncontrollable.

We booked this tour from the airport in Cambodia - our flight was delayed so we got to the hotel very late and wondered if we had done the right thing getting up early to do this tour - absolutely we did, it was fantastic our tour guide Fred was amazing - we learnt such a lot about Singapore and got to know our way around. Fred also gave us excellent tips about site seeing and helped us to book places which was invaluable
I would highly recommend doing this tour as soon as you arrive in Singapore to get your bearings and learn about the city
There were 11 of us in the group of mixed ability and out guide was fantastic in making sure everyone was ok and he kept tne group together really well

We had a fantastic time with our tour guide Fred, who was very informative, showing us all the wonderful tourist sites as well as his take on Singapore as a local on two. I have done bike tours before in other countries, so it was a no brainer to do one in Singapore. You don't need to be an athlete to do this tour, Fred takes the easiest routes, and he did not disappoint. I highly recommend taking an easy bike ride around the city of Singapore, 4 hours goes very quickly with lots of stops and photo opportunities. Fred will even help with the best tickets into some of the tourist spots.

An amazing tour! Tourguide Derek showed us in appr. 4 hours all highlights of Singapore in a very fun and interactive way (plus: he makes loads of photos of the group which are sent afterwards!). Walking through a city is wonderful, but by cycling you’re able to see a bit more in the same time! It’s very safe and Derek made sure we were all comfortable. I can definitely recommend doing this tour on your first day, so you get a feeling of the city and can make use of all the tips and recommendations which are given :)

Fred was an awesome guide, he made our bike tour so fun for our entire family, including our three kids from 13 to 18 years old. It was raining on day of but our spirits were not dampened, we were given disposable raincoats and we toured all the destinations listed on the itinerary. This is definitely a great way to see this beautiful city, riding the bike allowed us to see all the places up close and learned about the local culture and history. Fred also bought us delicious local snacks and drinks as well. 4 hours went by in a breeze, highly recommend this tour to anyone interested. Thank you!

I highly recommend this bike tour to anyone looking for a fantastic way to see Singapore and have fun doing it. Our tour guide was Fred who was not only a great story teller, but friendly and quite knowledgeable about the history of Singapore. In addition to biking around Marina Bay, we also got to ride through Chinatown and Little India - the samosas and sugarcane juice at a South Indian food stall was just right. The surprise highlight of the tour for me was when Fred suddenly stopped his bike as we were riding past the bay and motioned for us to see a family of smooth coated otters rolling around in the sand by the water. This is a great tour for anyone who loves biking and wants to experience Singapore in about half-a-day.

Hi, love from Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 Highly recommended for those looking to immerse themselves in Singapore's culture and history in an active and enjoyable manner ! The tour's pacing and route are great. We traversed various neighborhoods, including Little India and Chinatown, with regular stops that made the journey manageable and informative.
Mr. Jeff, the manager was very helpful and communicated very professionally throughout. We toured with Mr. Holden, who made funny jokes and made the tour enjoyable. He made sure that every participant was safe....he has a great knowledge, humor, and an engaging storytelling style. Even though it rained, it wasn;t a problem.
The tour is a great introduction to Singapore in a short 4hr bike around the key spots around town. As a solo female traveler I recommend this to any solo traveler to have the best time in SG ❤️

It's a great tour, but it's at speed, crossing roads, dodging around concrete road blockers (can't remember what called) and signposts. I loved it, but would not subject a 3 month old baby to this. :)

I tracked it with my Apple Watch actually. Here is the data from it:
Total distance: 14.87kms
Avg speed: 6.0km/h
Workout time: 2hours 28 minutes
Total time: 4 hours
As some of the others have already mentioned... it's not taxing and you make a few stops. Hope this info is helpful.
