So grateful for the express pass. My partner got ill but it meant i could go do the rides i really wanted to do. The Mummy's return was amazing and the transformer one was fun! One of the best rides ever! The Jurassic park felt like you were actually in the movie at times. The rollar coasters are lots of fun for those who love rollercoasters!!! very handy the Sofitel hotel provided transfer to near universal.

Leaving for the Zoo early was a good plan. The weather was cooler and not as busy. The downside is that the eateries were closed, apart from the breakfast buffer which was an optional extra. That was around $47SGD pp. The River Wonders attraction, which you need to buy separate tickets for, was great. I got to see three of my bucket list mammals, the Giant Panda, a Capybara and a Manatee. The Panda was awesome, they looked so happy, just laid back and munching on bamboo, the Capybara was at the show that you have to pre-book for, the booking option opens two hours prior to each show starting. The Manatees, we're as happy as, just cruising around their habitat. The Singapore Zoo was also a great attraction, it's a huge so plan for the warm weather as you explore. Again, the early morning start means the animals are active and you get to see them all, I'm guessing as the day processes and it gets warmer, the animals may start hiding from the heat. The Singapore Zoo takes great care of their animals, their wellbeing is certainly a priority. The eateries do get full and indoor and there is seating outdoors under cover with fans, it's all part of the experience. All in all the Singapore Zoo and River Wonders experience was so worth it. The Giant Pandas and Capybara were the highlights and star of the show for sure! The Headout ticketing process was good, but we needed to get online to use their chat bot to confirm the tickets, with one request and as promised the tickets were delivered in 30 minutes. The ticketing could be a smoother process and by a little more quicker. The tickets you get from Headout are not the actual Zoo tickets, you still need to convert them to Zoo tickets with the Zoo staff. Getting to the Zoo via MRT to Khabit MRT stop, head to Way out A and head towards the bus stops, there should be a sign where the Zoo bus pickup and drop off is. Beware that you will need to pay for the bus ride to the Zoo, it's not a free bus shuttle. The free shuttle sign you see is only when you are transferring between zoo parks. Would recommend the Singapore Zoo and River Wonders with a hooper pass ticket if available, this ensures you can hope between zoos for different shows if you wanted to get the full experience. That means a lot of walking or maybe use the trams that traverse the Zoo at different stops. Have fun!

It’s been really easy, fast and reliable. Good quality van, friendly driver and great communication. At first I was afraid that he would be there at the correct time, since in the confirmation the pickup time was two hours earlier than our arrival time. But one day prior to arrival they sent a WhatsApp and I could confirm the correct time. Perfect!

Not your average zoo! These animals are in some amazing, natural setups – saw everything from lions to orangutans. But the real highlight was the Night Safari. Riding around in the dark, spotting animals with just the sounds of the jungle around – it’s got a whole adventure feel to it. A little outta the way but totally worth the trip.

The venue is in an excellent location in Singapore, with very comfortable rooms and a very attractive lobby and internal decor. Service was also excellent from the front desk to concierge, to the executive lounge. Jenny in the executive lounge along with her other colleagues were always very welcoming and smiling.

Be v careful when you plan a visit to this place esp if u have infants, children or senior citizens 1. The long que at transformers ride was around 90minutes and u don't realise it at all until mid way. There is no staff around to guide u for emergency. Its Absolutely unorganized 2. There is no or less seating across the area or even for attractions with long distance making it worst abd painful 3. Most of the staff are rude with you esp if you belong to different community or are a tourist and not a localite. They shout at u for no reason. 4. The parade is only done on Sundays and most characters are not available on weekdays. We met the puss cat who was equally rude with us in behavior. Why even act like a character if u cnt handle your role humbly? 5. After the entire days hectic walk when we left, the train que was again huge, trains run v v slow with bad cooling and suffocates you as it's so packed. Taxi stop is v far so making it difficult. As usual no place to sit so u have to kill yourself. 6. It was so tiring that my 5yrs old slept and we had to carry her in our arms waiting in this exit que to get the express train. The escalators to climb up to board the train were not functional so we had to take huge staircase with her and our bags with other child. All in all, worst experience for huge amount with no facilities to make you comfortable as a guest. They only need your money to make business but give a damn to you or your comfort.

When you exit the Singapore cruise terminal, you will first see a taxi rank for fixed rate taxis. We rode a Prime Car Rental Taxi. The rates are exorbitant. You can pay SG$58 for a sedan style or SG$68 for a maxi van. The alternative is the metered taxi which is 3min walk away from the terminal. Please beware if you are not paying in cash, there is a surcharge. So I paid SG$64 on my debit card, way too much for my 15min trip to City Centre. I was not informed about the surcharge until after my card was processed. I have been using my debit card shopping but there is no surcharge

We took a transfer with Amy and Alan of Rui Transport Services on Christmas Eve in Singapore and we cannot speak highly enough of their Service. What a lovely pleasant couple who incorporated a mini tour in with our Transfer from Changi Airport to our City Hotel. Highly recommend.

Great tour but we got a bit lost once it got dark and we only made it to Marina Sands just before they closed it down. Our driver was on time and we still had a great time though.

Stunning light and sound show. Well worth a visit. Let down only by poor taxi situation at the end of the evening. We were left as lone female travellers with no one around waiting for taxes. Taxes came and went. Chose who to pick up based on their destination and willingness to pay extortionate rates.

This review is long overdue. We were picked up at the cruise port by this company and taken to the hotel. We were late getting off the ship and our driver patiently waited for us. He was great

Save yourself the trouble..just buy a ticket to the gardens and take cab or public transport. Apparently the driver did not believe in showering, sitting two rows away my clothes took on the scent. And can not describe the driving. Took foot off gas every 5 seconds for a stomach lurching experience.

We spent a full afternoon and evening here. The weather was really hot, but we were in the enclosed domes often enough to cool off. Really recommend it!

Traveled to Singapore for a 3 night stay before embarking on a 9 night cruise. After we arrived we had a phone call telling us that the cruise had been cancelled. We had two days in Singapore before flying back to UK. We had previously booked this trip online and now it was all that was left apart from general sightseeing. The next morning we got a call from the tour operator saying that out of 10 originally booked 8 had cancelled to he was cancelling the trip. He heard the disappointment in my voice and I told him what had happened. He said that he was sorry and so that we would not be totally disappointed he would pick us up at 16:30 from our hotel in his car himself. True to his word he arrived at the hotel and took us to the gardens, gave us our tickets and showed us where to go. He picked us up at 20:15 and took us to the boat ride and waited for us for the 45 minute journey and then returned us to the hotel at about 21:30. He was friendly and helpful and put himself out to give us something to enjoy from our trip. I would give him a 10 out of 5 if I could because it is very rare that you get treated like this. He made the 50 hour round trip worthwhile

It’s not a guided tour nor a group tour ! The tour company changed us double price than the actual ticket price ! We had to walk in our own. This shouldn’t be a tour company policy ! Don’t recommend this package. One should use online ticket or go to the Gardens by the bay ticket counter. It’s very disappointing that Trip Advisor has this type of low quality tour operators!!
