Outstanding day trip, highlight of the trip. Mawa is an excellent guide, very thoughtful and knowledgeable and interesting about all aspects life in Bali. We had a superb day visiting a range of beautiful places temples, a lake, local markets , rice fields and a coffee plantation. Very special and highly recommended

We had a fantatic guide and driver in Ketut who drove us around to all the cultural/visual sightseeing areas of Bali. He was friendly and punctual and was really good fun. We had a great first tour day with Wira for our first visit to Ubud. Eased us into the Ubud culture and busy traffic scene. Was nice to have a private car and driver to take care of us. Very flexible on itinerary and rolled with how we wanted to spend our time for the day.

I couldn’t be happier with our driver/tour guide, Ketut Mawa!! We hired him for several days, and he was always on time, with a big smile on his face. He communicated in excellent English, and was always available via WhatsApp. Mawa answered all of our questions and provided so much information about the Balinese culture, religion, family life, etc. He offered to take our photos at all of the locations & did a great job (and I’m a professional photographer, so that should mean something!) He was willing to go with the flow and make tour modifications, especially when I wasn’t feeling well. Bonus points for sharing some of the Balinese treats that we might not have ever tried otherwise! He was also very helpful in arranging our boat transport & hooking us up with a tour guide on Nusa Penida. Highly recommend!!

The scenery was amazing and our guide, Ketut, very informative with great English skills. Although trip to rice fields was long very enjoyable.

We had a fantastic day, first visiting the traditional morning market, then going to the temple by the lake and after that seeing the stunning rice terasses. Our great and lovely guide gave us all kinds of interesting information concerning life, culture, nature, religion and spirituality here on Bali. Good lunch near the rice terasses. A strong recommendation!!

My wife and I booked this tour because we wanted to actually understand the temples we were seeing and learn a little about Balinese culture. Our guide Mawa was amazing and explained many facets of Balinese culture and Balinese Hinduism. On our drive to the first location it was already clear Mawa was friendly and knowledgeable. We were talking about day to day life in Bali, he was very detailed and we hadn't even asked about any of the planned stops yet! I am very grateful we took this tour with him and feel like I learned many important cultural details. The coffee plantation, Ulun Danu Temple, and rice fields were all great visits (we skipped the market as we'd already seen one through another tour) and Mawa had good commentary and background for each. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough.

My Husband and I (boyfriend at the time) took this tour and had Ketut as our private tour guide back in December 2013. I never did a review back then because...life...but now have a good friend heading to Bali and HAD to look this company up and write a review and also pass this company info along to my friend. It was an experience of a lifetime. Ketut was the nicest man and treated us like his close friends all day long. We have incredible pictures and memories of that day and hold this trip and experience close to my heart. We truly LOVED Bali but this day trip was out of this world. Ketut was our driver for our holiday, he was the best driver we’ve had in Bali! Ketut is passionate and very knowledgeable about Bali he taught us the history and culture of Bali. He has amazing English skills, and was very easy to talk to and had lots of laughs with him! Make sure to get Ketut for your Bali holiday as he is the best.
