Jacky was a great guide. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. His English was superb which can make a big difference when touring internationally. We really enjoyed our time with him. Would definitely book him for future tours.

Jacky was very personable and easy to talk to. He had our day lined up perfect. He picked us up from Disney Hong Kong to go to cruise port. Along the way we saw big Buddha, Tai o fishing village, samples of local treats, kwan tai temple, & Starbucks at a shopping mall in Ngong Ping.

Jacky was an absolutely fabulous guide. He was very easy to understand, articulate, and highly experienced...knowledgeable in all aspects of life in Hong Kong. He completely personalized our tour to include multiple cultural and culinary highlights, and I cannot endorse him strongly enough. During a 19-day cruise when we booked multiple private tours, his was our very best.

Our family tour for 9 with two elderly members was carried out like a professional mission. As my in laws are elderly, we had to make use of a wheelchair. Jacky and team were able to navigate the crowded narrow streets of Macau, allowing all members of our family to experience the historic sites of Macau. His historic insight gave the sites the context needed for us to appreciate Macau. He was engaging to all the members and arranged a wonderful lunch for us to enjoy the local cuisine. We would highly recommend his team for any groups wanting a tour.

We are now back in Germany and I was a little ill and not online, so my feedback on Hans is only coming today. It was an exceptionally nice day in HK, we would like to thank him again. You can count yourselves very lucky with this guide, Hans made this day unforgettable! We saw a lot and also tasted a lot of delicacies. We hope that many more travelers will enjoy it.

My guide, Hans, was very knowledgeable and effectively conveyed his infectious love for Hong Kong. He customized the tour very well for my interests. I am 81 and was traveling alone. This was the second consecutive day we toured with Jacky Wong. The day before we did a walking tour of Hong Kong (see separate review). We are a family of 6 ranging in age from 18-60 years old, each with our own preferences and interests. The Lantau driving tour was the perfect follow up from our previous city tour. We visited a fishing village, magnificent temples, beautiful beaches and the giant Buddha. Jacky continued to be the tour guide extraordinaire, engaging all of us with his knowledge of every site's history and significance in the local culture. By the end of the tour, we all agreed that we could not have wished for a better guide to show us in and around Hong Kong. Jacky left us all with valuable insights and a thorough understanding of what Hong Kong, Lantau and everything in-between are all about. We could not recommend him more highly.

Lovely way to celebrate New Year! Views of the fireworks were slightly obscured as we stopped behind a very large boat but was still beautiful! Food was okay and the open bar was very good!

Jacky is a fantastic guide, provided great insight at a family friendly leisure pace. He also speaks perfect English, Don’t be fooled by other tours where it’s difficult at times to understand the guide. Highly recommended and our only regret is not booking him for all our other tours.

I changed our time to an hour later the day before our pickup with no problem! Our driver came early the day of with my name clearly visible at the port . The vehicle was very clean.
