It was a lovely tour of the Forbidden City. Our tour guide Hanna was great. She was a very good guide, very knowledgeable, her English was excellent and she was very lovely to talk to. I highly recommend her and the private tour.

Jenny was fantastic. She was so wonderful and knowledgeable and was so thoughtful and accommodating to reorder the tour itinerary when I was not feeling well and needed to leave early. My wife absolutely loved the experience and we recommend Jenny so highly! We also want to say that Leo was fantastic as well in helping us get the tour set up but also helping us buy tickets for other venues in Beijing that we’re difficult for us as foreigners to buy online. With Helen's commentary and guidance, we really enjoyed our tour of the square and the forbidden city. It was bitterly cold (-4c) and helen adjusted our tour to suit our interest and even found all the areas with sun to warm us up. She really knew her history and didn't bore us at all. We loved hearing about all the little details like the lion statues and the rooftop figurines. Definitely recommended and thank you Helen!

We took a tour of The Forbidden City with Helena and from Leo' s private tour's. It was amazing, we really didn't understand the vastness of the complex before arriving, each corner layered with history. Many of the more interesting sections are off the main pathway, don't be scared to wander of the main through road, lots of interesting discoveries to be made where most of the tourists aren't. Our guide Helena was exceptional, fantastic knowledge and also great fun. Give yourself at least 2 hours to really take it all in.

Mutianyu Great Wall is less crowded. You will save sometime is you take the cable car to the top of the Wall. Beautiful view as compare to Badaling. Would strongly recommend to visit the Summer Palace during sunset.

Helena (hanshufang), our tour guide was absolutely amazing! She was such a joy to be with and she constantly asks if you want a picture at major sites or if you want a break or water. She knows so much historical information! She was funny as well and she navigated us smoothly throughout our entire tour and gave us the most helpful hints for when she would eventually leave us at the end of the tour. She is the best tour guide ever! All 3 of us agreed.

For the third time this year we chose a private tour of The Palace Museum with Leo’s and for the second time we were lucky enough to get Helen as our guide. Previously we’ve had grownups and small kids with us, this time we had an elderly relative in a wheelchair. Once again it turned out to be a great experience. Helen advised us where the DiDi should drop us off since we couldn’t arrive by subway, and walked us to Tian’anmen. We were able to set the pace in order for the whole group to be able to complete the marathon that the Palace Museum can be, and Helen was really helpful and flexible. It turned out to be a very enjoyable day. We cut the normal timeframe somewhat, and at the end Helen fought her way thru the crowds and chaos by the bus stops between the Palace Museum and Jingshan Park in order to help us meet our DiDi. Can’t compliment Leo’s and Helen enough!

I booked my 2 days private tour of Beijing through trip advisor. This was a fantastic trip. Our guide was Ms.Ada ding, she was very good in English & took a great care in making our trip comfortable. She was guiding us throughout out trip & briefing us about history & importance of various sites which we visited. Lunch provide was excellent & more than sufficient for us. Luxury car was provided with very professional driver. Moreover, both of them were very familiar for us and taking care of each and everything. My wife too found a great company with her and both of them explore local market too with great joy and fun. Thanks Ada for making us our trip comfortable and fun-filled.

We were very pleased with our walking tour with Helen. From the timely start at our hotel and easy transport we were expertly guided. It was nice to have all aspects including tickets and translation handled for us. Helen was very knowledgable and was responsive to our needs. We finished our tour with a lovely tea sampling and she even helped us get to our next destination. I highly recommend this tour and felt it was worth every penny. I think this is certainly the best way to see these sites, a guide is a must. You won't regret it.

The only thing that could've made this tour better, would-be if it could have lasted the entire day! My lovely guide Susan was on time waiting for me in my lobby, ready and full of energy. She was so knowledgeable about everything regarding the Forbidden City, and she gladly answered my question about what I could do with the time I had left in Beijing. The Forbidden City was wildly impressive, both the history and the architecture behind it. If I would look back and decide if the tour was worth the money, or that I could just gone on my own and follow all the information signs, then no doubt that I would've picked the tour! But all the credit goes to Susan, amazing guide and pleasant to be around. Peace and Love!
