This is a great experience and a very well-spent evening. On top of that, the food being served is absolutely delicious (there is a big variety of meat with some exotic options available). Also, I need to praise the company (Cruzeiro Safaris) for going the extra mile for me. They had problems contacting me because I booked via an OTA but they did not give up and eventually, we got in touch - great job guys!

We hadn’t eaten and had no plans for our first night in Nairobi- This ticked all boxes. We were picked up by a driver called Sam who put us at ease ,he picked us up from the hotel and messaged his number plate so we knew what car. Such a lovely guy with lots of information about Nairobi as we drove to the place. The food -wow it just keeps coming go hungry guys it’s worth it (meat lovers galore.) The dancing is fantastic and the atmosphere was lovely.Thank you

I first realized I had made a mistake and booked in the afternoon instead of the morning. Customer service was great and changed the booking on very short notice. We were picked up at the hotel by a very friendly and experienced driver/guide who knew every corner of the park and explained about the different animals. His driving skills was definitely impressive, some of the roads there are not for beginners. I would absolutely recommend Cruzeiro Safaris. Thank you for an amazing experience! Now we all have to contribute to taking care of our planet so we can keep these beautiful animals for the generations to come 🥹

This is a small park that offers the wonderful experience of feeding gentle beautiful and endangered giraffes. Great place to pop into to learn about the giraffes and the people who are passionate about saving them. Great first photo oops too!

Arrived in Nairobi at about 5.00pm on a Friday. Our driver picked us up on time and even though there was alot of Friday evening traffic he got us there by 7.15. We were impressed by the BBQ racks and had a good table near the show. The meat, accompanying sauces and extras were tasty and enough to feed a very hungry person. Desert serves were tasty and modest. Live music was pleasant. The cat dances were energetic and while not quite traditional african dancing it had energy, drums and a flavour of Africa.

It was an interesting experience. Having had a terrible experience with another company to the national park makes me appreciate this company even more. The giraffes looked healthy and we still had personal moments even though it was peak period for visiting (A Sunday afternoon). I recommend visiting the Giraffe center and also booking this company. Thought it’s a bit pricey just to feed giraffes for some minutes but it was a real memorable experience.

A truly wonderful experience being so close to the giraffes. My 3-year old son loved it especially the experience of feeding them. Transportation was very comfortable and we had no issues going in. The place isn't very big so it's very quick to go round feed the animals and go in the souvenir shop, however going in in the afternoon doesn't allow a lot of time to sit down and enjoy the place. Also, the cafeteria was very limited in options at that time where we would have loved to have a snack.

The Giraffe center was an amazing experience, the animals beautiful and well taking care of; the staff very welcoming and knowledgeable in every topic about the history of the facility and the animals. My only issue was my tour/driver to the Center; we felt a bit rush and he made us feel like he didn’t want it to be there. I even asked him how long have he been doing the job. Maybe the company should invest in training the staff on customer service.

I went with my wife for safari and really had a good time. Our guide (francis) was polite, knowledgeable, patient and clearly experienced. His presence and demeanor enhanced our trip. Overall a good Christian man too. We saw a lot of animals including: pumba, impaala and antelope. We are also very lucky as we saw elephants too. The restaurant was amazing. The soup was so good, the main was very well cooked and presented, not to oily or spicy. The service was 10ten also.

This is an outstanding experience in Nairobi. I cannot say enough positive about it! Then African dancing was extraordinary. The dinner made us feels like we were at a ceremonial feast with such an incredible variety of meats—be brave ands try them all, including crocodile and camel! The service was outstanding too. Certainly a cultural highlight of our trip to a Kenya.

The driver/guide (Edwin) was very informative and friendly, but the tour was not what was advertised

I was very happy with the services provided by Cruzeiro Safari. I had ordered 4 return trips between my apartment and the airport and also the SGR station and everything went very well. They offer a reliable, secure and very flexible service. The staff is very kind. Thanks to them for the good service rendered. To be recommended.

Edwin picked us up at our hotel and took us to the show at the Safari Park Hotel. Dinner was a lot of different cuts of meat served to us. Tried some different types of meat such as crocodile and camel. The service was excellent and the cook came out and asked how our meal was. The show was very energetic and the routines were great. Edwin was waiting for us at the end and drove us back to the hotel. An enjoyable evening in Nairobi.
