Pollmans arranged several aiport and hotel transfers for us, plus flights from Wilson airport to our safari camp - all prompt, well organised and with friendly staff. When one of our bags was delayed arriving from Heathrow (BA flight), they arranged to pick it up from Nairobi airport, transfer it to the smaller Wilson airport and put it on a flight to our camp. Great service, thank you!

Not recommended! It's a rip off. They promise you there a many animals but there are almost non! It's not a Safari it's just driving through an empty savannah where you can look at the trees and gras thats it. This trip also included a visit at Tsawo east but we have never been there. Will try to get my money back. Super disappointing. 0 stars. Stay away from here

This is the second time we have used Pollmans for our safari trips and this year we requested the same driver as last year as he was amazing and had such great knowledge and eyes like a hawk !! Mohammed W you were terrific again. Thank you !! We booked a private trip again as this suited us better. We did the 3 nights 4 days trip to Stave east , amboseli and Taita hills salt lick. Jeep - comfortable plenty of room. Fresh bottled water supplied for the entire trip. Open roof for viewing on drives and no complaints about anything ! Safari was amazing. We saw all we wanted to see and more. Our driver spotted a monitor lizard in a termite mound from about 10 meters away , like I said , eyes like a hawk. Mohammed always gave us loads of time to take photographs and to just take in the settings and the wildlife. There was never the feeling of being hurried away from anything. Mohammed took the time to allow us to see a female cheetah and her 5 cubs , never hurried us away or made us feel like we had to love on before we were ready. The guy is outstanding !! Accommodations were great and very conformal. We would definitely use Pollmans again and would most definitely recommend Mohammed W to Anyone taking a trip with these guys.

Fabulous two day safari, our tour guide naseem was amazing and very knowledgeable. All round a great experience. Stayed over night at, the salt lick lodges and was an awe inspiring visit

My wife and I chose to do the Kenyan odyssey tour for our honeymoon and it was one of the best weeks of our lives. Our tour guide and driver Mranja was amazing the whole trip, providing us with information about the animals, country and people of Kenya as well as a lot of laughs along the way. We took in amazing sights and always felt looked after and cared for. It truly made for a week that we will never forget. We can only recommend this tour and Mranja as a guide!

We expected to share with up to five others but we were lucky to have a private safari for just the two of us with Pollmans from Nairobi. Our driver was John who was totally dedicated to giving us an unforgettable experience. He is so knowledgable finding every animal we wanted to see. He picked us up from the Eka Hotel in Nairobi and took us to the Masai Mara Game Reserve for a few days. Then on to Lake Nakuru National Park, Lake Naivasha & finally Amboseli National Park. John took us on several game drives which were all exceptional. John is a brilliant driver even along the roads with many potholes. Finally John dropped us off at Nairobi Airport for our flight to Zanzibar. John was always on time with no rushing. He told us about Kenya, the places we visited & the parks and animals. Despite the many early starts this trip was the trip of a lifetime. We would highly recommend Pollmans who are well organised, use excellent Toyota Landcruiser vehicles and really know everything.

We did a 10 day safari this month, covering Samburu National Reserve and the magnificent Maasai Mara. Our local tour company was Pullman and the driver was Kariuki Mwangi. Kariuki was very knowledgeable, professional, and timely every single day and ensured we had superb unhurried game drives each day. He must gave a sixth sense as he always managed to find the lions and cubs that were well hidden from human eyes and under bushes or trees. Thanks Kariuki for making our trip a memorable one!

We were travelling as a family, with 2 children younger adults and older adults. We were concerned about longer drives with children, however our driver Dan was outstanding with the children and all of us. We have travelled widely in Africa, and we couldn't have had a better driver. It made a wonderful trip even better. We were travelling over Christmas when there were terrible traffic jams to the north of Nairobi. Dan was in regular contact with his office, and made changes to our journey to keep the disruption to a minimum. Dan was with us for 9 days, and we were all so sorry to say our goodbyes. Thank you SO much.

We were lucky enough to have a private safari with Pollman’s from Nairobi. Our driver was Haron who was the most knowledgable guide ever! He drove us from Amboseli to Tsavo to Taita and finally to Mombasa where we had to say goodbye. We travelled with our daughters and had the most amazing trip. Haron was able to tell us about Kenya, the places we visited & so much about the parks and animals. If you want a life affirming experience then make sure you ask for Haron as he will lift your spirits even though you got up at 5am!! We would use Pollmans again as they are well organised, use excellent vehicles and really know their stuff!!!

We had a 7 day Safari with Pollman’s visiting the Maasai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Amboseli and Tsavo West national parks. We were 4 couples celebrating our friends 60th birthday. Our guides / drivers Denis and Haron were both excellent, knowledgeable and good fun. We managed to see the Big 5 and many other animals thanks to our guides/driver’s experience. We had an amazing experience with Pollmans from the moment we were met at Nairobi airport everything ran smoothly. There was a slight mistake on our itinerary, but this was rectified immediately. We would like to give special thanks to Louie who met us at the airport and after a long day of travelling was extremely welcoming and Gladys who helped us with our transfer from hotel to Wilson airport but a very special mention goes to Mary, what a wonderful lady she is. Mary drove us from our hotel to the Sheldrick elephant orphanage and was so informative about the areas we travelled through and was the loveliest lady! Mary has a great sense of humour and by the end of the trip had become my husband’s aunty Mary! Thank you so much Mary and the rest of the team at Pollmans for ensuring our trip ran smoothly!!

Great experience! We went to 6 days safari last November. Thanks to the experienced drivers our group managed to spot all of the big 5 animals. Tsuma was a great guide - not only focused on the road (which was really challenging at times) but also with a vast knowledge of the animals and their behaviour as well as the culture of Kenya. We felt safe the whole time and managed to see such amazing views and take really good photos of the animals. Thanks Tsuma!

We've seen all of big five, the drivers ( I remember only the name of mr. Bambi but we had two drivers) were full of knowledge and always tried to help us to show us the most. It was the best safari I've been to. Aziz

An amazing experience. We booked an 8 day safari in Kenya with Pollmans whivh was unforgettable. We were picked up in Nairobi by our brilliant guide Sphyder. From there we went across multiple game reserves and national parks and were able to see her big 5. Amazing!! Our guide Sphyder was an absolute legend who was both knowledgeable about all the animals we saw, but also provided us with knowledge about Kenya as we drove through the country.
