Words just fail to express my gratitude to Nelson. He organized everything for us and made us feel safe and happy in Kenya. The price was also very good, considering the trip and location. He is so helpful and good person. We chatted through WhatsApp. His team (Joe and James) is nice, they went everywhere to ensure the best possible sightings. We even saw lions eating a zebra at the Nakuru lake. Very nice people! They were always on time and we had great communication when we were on the road. We already miss them, our dream came true... an amazing trip we would reccoment to anyone!

It was a great safari with Terminaltours! We had wonderful time and memories. James has been an amazing driver and very well prepared tour guide. He made his best to make sure we could enjoy the game drives and the accommodations in Tsavo East, Tsavo West, Nakuru Lake , Naivasha, and Masai Mara. Thanks to his efforts, we had chance to see all wild animals. He made his best so our dreams became true- we had a chance to see 4 chitahs at one place. It was my first safari, I went solo and these two days in Amboseli were perfect. It was well organised, the driver was very great and have all the interesting facts about the animals and park. The camp was perfect for a night and the tour is really beautiful!! Fully recommend

We have visited many places with terminal tours kenya, Hellsgate, Lake Naivasha and Sagana.We've just had the most wonderful 2 days 1 night at Savage Wilderness, Sagana. We tried many activities including ziplining, white water rafting and climbing for the first time and the guide were fantastic . We spent the night at camp and the camping facilities are excellent, with a beautiful view of the river and enjoyed the bornfire.Everything was taken care of very nicely ,no problems at all ,vehicle was excellent

We did our safari with them and was an incredible experience. We selected the Kenya and Tanzania tour. In Kenya, James was our guide and driver and was excellent. Very nice men, very polite and friendly. We highly recommend him. Then they took us to the border and other agency from Tanzania took us to the rest of the trip. It was all very organized and there were not any problem during all the tour.

Nelson and his company were recommended to us by friends who travel a lot. And for a good reason! A couple of hours after my first email, we received a friendly, personal answer by Nelson with first suggestions for the trip. He was very flexible and responsive, so after just a few more mails we already had our tailor-made safari plan with all necessary details. On the first day of our trip we were picked up from our hotel in Nairobi on time and introduced to our guide and driver Ben. After a short briefing by Nelson himself we departed for Maasai Mara and had seven wonderful days with a variety of wildlife parks, animals and landscapes. We also visited the lakes Nakuru and Naivasha as well as Amboseli where we also had the chance to take a glance at Kilimandscharo mountain. Amazing experience! As for our guide - Ben was just the best guy who made our trip pleasant, funny and secure. He was very careful and always ready to drive us to the best spots to see all the animals we wished for. We had good luck multiplied with the knowledge and experience of Ben that enabled us to not only enjoy fantastic game drives (we saw more than „just“ the big five) but also learn a lot about the local people, culture and current developments in Kenya! The program was very well organized, a good combination of game drives, trips between the different locations and pleasure activities. Huge thanks to Ben and Nelson! We promise to return soon!

To begin with Nelson was very prompt to discuss about the trip details and gave all the information very precisely. Ben was our driver/ guide and I can't thank him enough for a wonderful trip of the lifetime. He has a lot of knowledge about animals, their habits and parks, we got some great sightings..did I mention we got to experience migration too? Oh and he knows quiet a bit about birds too. He has a great patience and communicating with him was very easy. Simba was our cook in the trip and he made lovely vegetarian meals. All the packed lunches were really yummy too. Entire team of the terminal tours is amazing! I would definitely plan a trip with them again sometimes soon. Thanks again for the trip of the lifetime!

My mom and I did a 5 day safari with terminal tours- Masai Mara, Naivasha and Nakuru. Everything went off without a hitch. Nelson from the company was very helpful and communicative, all the accommodations were good, and our driver John was excellent and knew a lot about all the places. He was committed to us getting the best experience. 10/10 would recommend!

It was my first safari experience ever so I was excited before starting this journey. I joined a 4-day group safari tour to masai mara (3 days) and lake nakuru (1 day) with Terminal Tours Kenya.  I was picked up from my hotel in the morning and headed to masai mara with no delay. We had our lunch on the way before reaching our camp late afternoon. Then we had a short game drive first day. Second day was a full day game drive starting at sunrise. We saw all big 5 animals besides visiting tanzania border and masai river to see crocs and hippos. Third day, we visited a masai village nearby our camp to learn about their culture. Upon that, we headed to lake naivasha and took a boat trip to see amazing wildlife there before arriving nakuru. Fourth day included a morning game drive in lake nakuru park to see both black and white rhinos and flamingos as well as other wildlife beafore going back to nairobi. I was dropped off at my hote in nairobi without any hassle.  Nelson was always quick to respond all e-mails and whatsapp messages before and during whole journey. Our driver Joshpat was an excellent driver and easygoing guy. He is so polite and stops wherever you want to stop to take pictures as long as it is on the road. He drives safe not only in the park but also between nairobi and park. After this satisfying trip with Nelson and his company, I also booked a private tour to kibera with him which was fantastic as well. His team is familiar with the area and they were helpful during our visit. Overall it was a wonderful experience and recommend terminal tours for anyone who is interested in a safari in kenya. Nelson and his team is ready to help you.

Our trip was planned extremely last minute and it wouldn't have been possible if not for prompt responses by Terminal Tours. Nelson took care of all our requests so efficiently. We received exactly what was promised to us. Our guide/ Driver John was an absolute delight. We highly recommend john. And our chef Rama was simply amazing at serengeti. We were made feel super comfortable. We were on a budget trip so all our arrangements were made keeping our budget in mind by Nelson. Highly recommend Nelson and team for your trip to Kenya. And trust me you will never regret your decision on going to Masai Mara and Serengeti!!!

Had a fantastic day trekking Mount Longonot with James who was an excellent guide. The trek is quite challenging and James made sure I was happy with the pace. He was very good at spotting animals such as giraffes and zebras in the distance as well as explaining about some of the plants we saw and how they are used by the Maasai tribe. The price includes water, park fees and lunch being great value for money. This trek is ideal training for those wanting to do Mount Kenya or Kilimanjaro. All in all. a perfect day out for those looking for adventure.

Nelson organized a very nice tour for us. We had a few glitches (at the Giraffe manor, misunderstanding about some accommodations and the guide, some miscommunication with the Tanzanian guide about our meals), but all in all we had a wonderful Safari tour and liked our guide Ben, very much!!! I would recommend Terminal Tours to my friends and will advise them to get everything in writing, to avoid miscommunications.

Nelson of Terminal Tours Safari organized 2 trips for us, we're a family with 3 teenage daughters. We selected a 4 day trip in Kenya, later a 5 day trip in Tanzania. And we loved it! It was easy to communicate with Nelson and his team. He responded quickly via mail or whatsapp. The trip schedule was clear and the price was reasonable. Our first tour was a camping trip in Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru. We have seen incredible numbers of animals. Truly amazing. The camp facilities were good and close to the park entrance. John was our driver/guide. A joyable guide with lots of knowledge. He answered all of our questions about the wildlife and about living in Kenya. Great guy! The second camping trip started from Arusha in Tanzania. Guide/driver Med and cook Rama took very good care of us for 5 days. We have visited Tarangire NP, Lake Manyara, Serengeti NP and the Ngorongoro crater. Very impressive and we collected memories for life! Camping within the Serengeti truly is amazing. We can highly recommend Terminal Tours and the guides, drivers and cook we experienced. Keep up the good work!

I highly recommended Terminal Tours. They were organized and patient. Debbie planned a customized trip just right for us starting from the airport pick up till the drop off. Our tour guide Johnny was exceptional. He was flexible and friendly. He knew all parks insideout along with all the animal hideouts. It was always a winning game ride with him.
