It was a very pleasant experience, everything was very well organized, they made us feel very good from the beginning of the tour, Andréw provided us with excellent service, in Aswan, we did not feel very comfortable and clean, the cruise very comfortable, the excellent rooms, and the staff very very friendly, the attention 10/10, we recommend it very much, the outings to the temples, they were with clean and modern cars, the guides were very friendly, especially Ahmed Yossry, a guide in Luxor, super friendly, very attentive and explained a lot about the history of each temple. This is a 100% recommended plan.

Most parts of the experience were very good. But a couple of glaring low points left an average feeling behind. Pros: The ship and facilities there were very good. Except for Abu Simbel where the ride was shared with a couple of others, every other tour was private. That was a great bonus. Vehicles and guides were excellent. Especially Ahmed who was our guide in Luxor. Everybody was patient with my parents who had mobility issues and ensured we had an un rushed experience. Cons: 1. It was quite challenging to get in touch with the agency when we needed assistance. We had to message on WhatsApp or Viator and wait an indefinite time for a response. Calls were never picked. Even conformation of the tour took multiple follow-ups, calls and messages to Viator support. This uncertainty really pulled the experience down a few notches. 2. The balloon ride did not happen. We were told it was canceled due to weather, but noticed that balloons were indeed flying that day and others on the cruise with a different company, were on them. It was likely a booking issue on their end that they did not disclose.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Wish we had more time to spend with him. Hot air balloon, which we were eagerly waiting for was cancelled at the last minute to our disappointment.

We had a really great time with Ahmed Yossry as our tour guide. We learned a lot about ancient Egyptian history and the tour of the monuments was quite an experience! And the hot balloon was magical, with a perfect pilot! Definitely would recommend.

We enjoyed the cruise (Zeina boat, we only learned what boar we were on 12 hours prior to boarding) and the A/C room & bathroom were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The personnel on board was very friendly and took good care of us. Food was varied enough for a 3 day trip. We would have liked to sail more instead of been on dock for 1/2 of the cruise length. We feel that a lot of time is lost waiting and you get to the temples with all the crowds. Organization could be improved, as we received instructions for visits at the very last minute or sometimes too late, and always after asking first. Guides and drivers were very accommodating, kind, and flexible. though. Personally, having an expert guide with us during the visit (most of the time we didn't have any other traveler in our group, so it was very private) was the best part. You learn so much more about these wonderful places! I would like to mention especially the professionalism and expertise of Ahmed Yossery and driver Ibrahim Rashwan, from Fayrouz Egypt Travel.

We had a really great time on our nile cruise with Ahmed Yossry as our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about the sites and was very helpful and accommodating to assist us with the program even when he was not with us in person.

It's the worst trip ever in my life. Nothing is well organized and everything is last minute. When I asked for the contact of airport transfer, no one replied message and WhatsApp. When I asked for the train ticket going back to Cairo, no one replied. I will never recommend this agent for the tour in Egypt. Basically, when you booked the trip, there is no way you can contact the agent. The hot air balloon trip, we were asked to wait for the tour guide at 5:30am, however, when the tour guide met us in the hotel lobby and then he disappeared and sent me the message that he is not the tour guide for us today. And now we are left in the hotel without knowing anything. Very very terrible! Waste of your time and money.

We did the 3 Night tour along the Nile for Aswan and Luxor. Lots of early mornings. The boat was amazing - really high quality, great food, great hospitality. The company could improve with its communication. We were often told a pick up time and then got picked up at a very different time. All of our egyptologists were very knowledgeable. On the last day we had Ahmad Yossry as our Egyptologist who was incrediably knowledgable and brought Egyptian history to life. Our driver Ibrahim Rashwan also did a great job getting us everywhere and right on time.

Great Tour! Ahmed planned the 2 day in Luxor so well for me. Mohammad Reshwan is very kind and friendly. He drove me around Loxor as a friend and kept track of time. As I was travelling solo he made sure I dont get into any difficult situation, specially during the night. He even gifted me a small figurine of elephant for good luck. Ahmed Saber explained the nitigrities of the Toumbs and Temples around luxor. He helped me take some great photographs. Overall it was a value for money package with some great people to make friends. 😃

What an amazing and seamless experience making last minute late night additions, the inclusions , the on time drivers , tour guides , assistance from the agency and of course the total price . We took a five-day (4 nights) cruise Marquise with Fayrouz Egypt as part of a multi-centre trip, and I would highly recommend it. The cabins and en-suite bathrooms are reasonably spacious and kept very clean, with towel and linen changes every day. Housekeeping was to a very high standard. Thanks Hassan!!!! Food quality was also very good, with an extremely varied array of tasty treats offered at the breakfast and lunch buffets. Drinks are not included in the package, but were reasonably priced. All the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Special mention goes to Michael, our tour guide, whose knowledge of the various places we visited was nothing short of encyclopedic - he answered every question we could think of! Thanks to Michael, Oussama , Omar and Mohammed and Loly from Cairo who coordinate everything to be perfect!
