This is by far the best guided tour of Egypt. We have been all over the world and we can’t stop talking about this vacation. The guides are the best part. Having a personal photographer is wonderful. All the shopping stops weee lovely as well. First class vacation all the way!

Me and my family went to Egypt in July of 202r this year and it was such an amazing experience and it wouldn’t have been amazing without our wonderful tour guide who goes by Super Moe !! He’s such an amazing guy, he showed me and my family so much of Luxor Egypt , he took us to a lot of the historical areas including valley of the kings and took us to museums as well and was very well spoken and kind and when we went to these historical cites , he taught us so much about them and gave us so much information , he is very educated! What really caught my eye is that he asked if we wanted to go anywhere like stores, shopping etc without anything in return because that just how nice he is as a person, he took us to our stores and told us to take our time, he never rushed us or anything of that matter he was so nice the whole time. I definitely recommend Super Moe as ur tour guide he is amazing !!

My friends and I had a great experience during our vacation in Egypt. Our guide Super Mo was very knowledgeable and fun to be around. We felt safe and well taken care of. The food was great as well. We enjoyed visiting the pyramids, the value of the kings, the river, Nile, etc. If we come back, I will definitely get Mo to take us around

Brilliant holiday with Egypt Best vacations. Although I have travelled to Egypt before, it was the first time for my 3 female friends. We were met at the airport by our guide Ahmed who ensured we transferred to our cruise boat. Cruise was fantastic, amazing food and company. Ahmed was a fantastic guide who was so knowledgeable and ensured my friends had the full Egyptian experience. Whilst the majority of the cruise guests visited Abu Simbel we asked Ahmed to arrange a tour of St Simeon’s Monastery, the driver and boat crew were exceptionally helpful and we had so much fun singing along. We visited the papyrus, alabaster and perfume shops all hassle free and very reasonably priced. Ahmed certainly ensured we had a holiday to remember and we were sorry to say goodbye at the airport. My friends have all said they will return to Egypt to explore more and will travel with Egypt Best Vacations.

We have booked multiple tours with this company and will rate them individually: - Luxor West Bank tour with balloon Pro's: the driver was on time and drove well, the balloon was nice. Con's: Our tourguide Mohammed "SuperMo" tried and succeeded to scam us at the alabaster shop. You can recognize him in the photo. We thought we could trust our tourguide, but unfortunately that was not the case. He constantly kept pushing us to give tips and go to 'authentic' shops which had crazy prices (65 euros for a poor quality figere), while we already overpaid for the tour itself. - Daytrip to Aswan Another day with our tourguide "SuperMo". It felt horrible to be dependent of someone you can't trust. There was a lot of tension on both sides. As a woman I had to sit alone with him for 6 hours in a small room in the train to Aswan and back. While my brothers were in a different room. It didn't feel good. We didn't let him scam us that day because we learned from the day before, but that didn't stop him from trying. Again offering to shop and lunch for 25 euros per person. Crazy prices in Egypt. - Transfer from Luxor to Cairo This was probably the worst experience in Egypt. We had two drivers: an older man and a younger one. The younger one drove crazy, it really wasn't safe. While the older man was a better driver, they both couldn't read nor were familiar in Cairo, so we got lost and wasted about 2 hours aimlessly driving around because they kept missing the right turns, until my brother took over and showed them the way to our hotel. The younger driver even drove against traffic on a HIGHWAY. We all could have died, fortunately that didn't happen. - Transfer from Cairo to Alexandria This was the only good experience. The driver was on time, relaxed and most importantly he drove safe. He deserved 5 stars and is the only reason we give this overall experience 2 starts instead of 1. We would definitely not recommend this company for any tours and even the transfers from this company aren't consistent as you have to hope that you get a good driver who drives safe.

As a solo female traveller to Egypt, I was a bit anxious when I arrived at the airport in Cairo but my guide with Egypt Best Vacations, met me before security and made it a smooth experience going through security, customs and finding my suitcase. Least stress I’ve ever felt arriving in a strange country. In addition the guides knowledge about all the sites we visited, they also shared their lives, customs and food. First, the short-and-sweet version: if you want to have anything like a full Egypt experience, you're going to want to take an all-inclusive tour package. The logistics of flying within the country, booking a Nile cruise, arranging temple/tomb tours, etc, would frankly be a titanic pain for anyone to attempt for themselves. Happily, Egypt Best Vacations does a splendid job of taking care of all of the details for you, so that all you have to do is show up and enjoy yourself. They start practically from the moment you step off the plane, shepherding you to your first destination and your guide. During my trip I had two: Sam for the Nile river portions, and Sultan guided me through Cairo and environs. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable, the latter even having a degree in Egyptology which was great for a history buff like myself. I took a cruise ship down the nile, enjoying many interesting spots along the way, then back up to Cairo to see the pyramids/Sphinx/etc before returning home. This is an excellent combination, giving one a broad spectrum of experiences, and I recommend it (n.b.: the tour tagged in this review is not the same itinerary as mine, but it does cover most of the same ground). Things to know: * Be sure and bring a fair amount of cash for tips: the usual is about $20/day for guides and $10/day for drivers (unless you go on a particularly long trip like Abu Simbel, in which case $20 would be appropriate). * Security in the middle east is very strict, so expect to have your bag scanned pretty much anywhere you go (I highly recommend getting a shoulder-strap pack just big enough to carry your trip essentials in). * If any souvenirs grab your eye, talk to your guide; they know where to get good quality and a reasonable price. The merchants are extremely aggressive; just keep walking and don't make eye contact. * If you like fruit juice and come from the 'States, good news: here it's almost always fresh, not the concentrate stuff we're used to. Drink deep and enjoy. * OTOH, avoid the tap water. My guide informed me there's oil (among other things) in the water, and is not for drinking. You'll notice everyone drinks bottled water. They know what they're doing. Overall, it is an unforgettable experience. It's a very different world from what one is used to, but isn't that the point of travel? I had a most wonderful time, and can recommend the company and my guides without hesitation. If you're in the decision-making mode for a future Egypt vacation, you cannot go wrong with these people.

We went on the "14 days Egypt budget tour with Nile cruise" and it was awesome. Everything was very well organised and our two guides (Sultan and Khalaf) were so nice and knowledgeable. Essam took into account our wishes for extra tours as well as was very helpful during our trip for extra questions we had. We visited Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Aswan, Abu Simbel and Luxor and finished our trip with a relaxing few days on the Red Sea where we enjoyed scuba diving. The highlights of our trip were definitely seeing the pyramids of Giza and Abu Simbel temples. We loved this trip and all the people from Egypt best vacations we got to meet and we would 100% recommend them for anyone wanting to take a trip in Egypt.

Essam and his Egypt Best Vacations team are absolutely brilliant. Essam from the head quarters had arranged internal flights and all accommodation and ground transportation. Everything was from an handpicked itinerary and Essam managed to intelligently incorporate everything I wanted to do in the limited time available. Essam listened carefully and advised on hotel options and even accommodated a last minute flight change request. I received an unexpected birthday cake and singing on the Nile cruise and an upgrade to a pyramid view room in Cairo. Last but not least, Essam paid a surprise visit in Luxor over a cup of delicious Egyptian coffee in a traditional cafe. Our private chaperone Khalaf was a wealth of knowledge in both ancient and contemporary Egyptian history. Khalaf, is not your everyday tour guide. He speaks a couple of European languages and has a degree in Egyptology. Khalaf took care of all the day to day needs, from getting tickets for attractions to seamlessly helping through intimidating security police/military checkpoints. There was not an instant of uncertainty or hesitation in Khalaf; he seemed to know all the places we visited like the palms of his own hands. I have learned so much about Egyptian culture, history and lifestyle. There was always a clear explanation and fascinating anecdotes regardless of whether we were visiting historical sites, bustling cities, museums, artisan shops, etc. Khalaf tailored everything in our itinerary to the needs of the moment and delighted us with bespoke options and additional experiences Finally, a special mention to Sayed: which I can confidently say is one of the best drivers I have ever had in all of my worldwide travels. Sayed managed to smoothly navigate our minivan through Cairo despite the madness of it all. Sayed’s exemplary composure and calm made us feel extremely safe at all times. Sayed’s attentiveness in equipping the van with cool water, hand sanitizer tissues and wet wipes created a safe oasis of calm in the vehicle. Thank you for everything Essam, Khalaf, Sayed and all the other welcoming travel professionals we met in our time in Egypt!
