とても良い時間を過ごせました。 ガイドのアシュラフの英語は聞き取りやすく、各遺跡では詳しく歴史を解説してくれたので大変勉強になりました。 フリータイムは十分にあり、オプションやお土産屋さんも無理に行かなくて良いと言ってくださいましたが、色々と見てみたかったので、アブシンベル神殿やルクソール神殿の光と音のショー、馬車でのルクソール市内観光、気球などのオプションをツアー当日に付けました。 どれも素晴らしい体験でした。 クルーズのご飯も期待以上に美味しかったです。 エジプトの子供達などお金を要求する人たちが沢山寄ってきますがガイドさんが守ってくださり助かりました。 プライベートで柔軟なプランを組みながら安心して過ごせたのでこのツアーにして良かったです。 We had a great time. I’m from Taiwan. My sisters and I were on a nile river cruise in Egypt. We were very lucky to get to know an Egyptian tour guide named Asharf from Gate 2 Egypt Tours Local Company in Egypt. He is an excellent tour guide who fully understands the history and culture. His explanations are clear and easy to understand, patient and warm, which made us happy. My trip to Egypt was full of precious memories. I highly recommend him.

Our tour guide Ashraf was very professional, polite and had vast knowledge especially of Ancient/modern Egypt. He was friendly, always willing to answer any questions, and we shared several jokes. He was also more than willing to accommodate us..e.g change leaving times, allow more than enough time when visiting temples, lunches and drinks...All in all the trip was excellent!

The introductions of the ancient egyptian culture/history by Ashraf are the best part of this tour, which made our trip to be more fabulous. Besides, all the delicious food and the services on the cruise are heartwarming.

Our tour guide is Ashraf , from Gate 2 Egypt Tours Local Company. He is really knowledgeable and the best organiser. He knows all the details of history and each temples importance informations . He makes sure he passed these important information to us. He knows what is the best time to go each sight seeing places and temples to avoid crowing and peak time. If you want reliable and peaceful and content journey , I would strongly recommended him. Book with his company would get good prices.

We had a good time on the Nile, sailing from Luxor to Aswan. The organization around pickup and transfers all worked well and was well-coordinated by the agency Gate-2-Egypt and Ashfaq. We had a very good, caring and extremely knowledgeable guide in Mohammed El-Aswan, that explained all the inner secrets of the temples and history. We left early every day to see as much as we could and Mohammed managed to pack in even more. The main hick-up was that we had booked a different vessel to travel on that what we were eventually given. We had booked Esmeralda and were put on Mojito. And only informed once on the boat. While the staff on Mojito was friendly and all, the vessel is run down. (Naturally I cannot comment on Esmaralda)

This was a nice trip. Our guide picked us up at our hotel and gave us a quick tour of Aswan (we say Abu Simbel the day before on our own) before taking us to the boat. The rooms on the boat are a bit small but are modern. AC works great and the beds are comfortable. Food on the boat is good with plenty of variety. The staff go out of their way to make that your stay is enjoyable. Our guide arranged for drivers as needed and accompanied us to all the listed stops. He was very informative and provided a lot of insights on the areas that we visited. Only issue with this trip was that the WiFi was pretty much useless. With that said, I would highly recommend this cruise as a way to catch most of the major sites in Egypt

Excellent private tour. Our guide Ashraf was incredibly knowledgable. Each place we went to Ashraf our tour guide explained the history, art, culture and much more which i found very interesting. We we're well traveled, also flexible and well looked aftered. Myself and my friend were very happy with our tour guide - he was great and spoke excellent English. Time and money well invested. Highly recommended.

This experience is unbeatable. Having never visited Egypt before, and being obsessed with ancient Egypt since I was a child, this experience met every expectation. Here is my honest review about all the components: The Egyptilogist Our private guide and now friend: Mahmoud was incredible. He brought the thousand year old stories inscribed on the walls to life. There is no way to fully appreciate the Temples without a professionally and academically trained guide. Additionally, he ensured my wife (who is not a history nerd like me) remained engaged by providing cultural experiences and not just historical knowledge. He showed us parts of the cities that we would not have seen otherwise. The Nile Cruise - El Jamila I would like to start by saying how welcoming, accommodating, and attentive the crew was. They represent the best of the Egyptian people And serve as great ambassadors of their country. The cabin was a bit on the smaller side, and definitely looked to be a bit worn, but ultimately we were not spending much time in there. The food was plentiful and delicious. Be prepared, though, to only eat during the designated times, as there are no options for snacks or food outside of the set meal hours. The Lounge is a good size and air conditioned in case you get too hot. The rooftop deck is very large, with lounge chairs towards the bow and tables toward the stern. I am unsure if it was due to the time of year (low season), but the upstairs bar was not open, and there was no music throughout the day. The pool is on the smaller side, and the water is not heated. Be warned - there is a lot of down time during sailing hours. Be sure to bring books, cards, games, etc. Try to not plan your schedules too tightly, as the ships will frequently be delayed due to the number of ships on the Nile (your guide will help accommodate plans). In all - I would highly recommend, as you cannot beat the experience and the memories you will gain for such a fantastic price.

Our guide was Mostafa and was not shared with other tour groups so it was just the two of us when we visited sites. We cruised on the Kahila by Sabena from Aswan to Luxor. The first night the ship moored in Aswan, followed by a day of cruising and visiting Kom Ombo and Edfu before arriving in Luxor where we moored for two nights. Mostafa was an excellent guide who gave us lots of context and highlighted unique or interesting frescoes or carvings in the sights we visited. He always gave us time to explore the site ourselves as well as giving advice/warning us about touts in certain locations. The boat was on the nicer end of what we saw on the Nile. Buffets for all meals, a bar and sun deck with pool. There was ‘entertainment’ some evening which we skipped so cannot comment.

The 3-nights 4-days cruise tour from Aswan to Luxor were wonderful and successful. The tour guide helped us to get to all the attractions as stated in the tour package. Besides, the tour guide also helped us to go to some optional sites such as Abu Simbel and Alexandria as the day trip. We enjoyed the tour with peace of minds and private tour guides. The tour guides are professional and experienced in the areas. They speak English well and good at communicating with us. We enjoyed all the arrangements and felt satisfactory. Will come back for another trip in the future.

Mostafa was our guide and the entire experience was wonderful. Everything was taken care of. The only reason that i have given a little less rating is because we felt that the cruise ship could be of a better standard. Not too say that the one we were in lacked anything, in fact the crew and the good was awesome. Perhaps this was due to the fact that we booked very late in the peak season. This cruise is really good otherwise and a great experience.

After a lot of effort and concern I finally settled on Gate2Egypttours for our Nile river cruise. It was a very good decision on my part. I spoke with Ashraf on the telephone not knowing he would be our private tour guide. I couldn't have picked anyone better. Thank you Ashraf
