I was happy to enjoy my Vacation in Egypt thank to Emo Egypt Tour, which made for me perfect service, excelent Guide Tours, Drivers. All representative have been always on time on meeting, tried to help as could, explained alot from Egyptian history. I would recommend to anyone, who want have excelent experience on Vacation in Egypt:)

I booked the trip on Friday for the Sunday tour. I got an email confirmation from EMO saying that they would pick me up at the correctly mentioned hotel at 7 am. I was outside the hotel in the street 10 minutes early, but they NEVER showed up. They did not answer the phone either. And WhatsApp directed me to a kind of chat, but it did not work. So if you want to improve the trip, start by showing up at least. I assumed they were a responsible and professional tour company, but I would not book with them again. Nor should you. There are others who you could have better luck with.

Absolutely pathetic and disappointing experience to say the least! A clear case of FALSE advertisement!! Do NOT book this tour! The only reason I wanted to go to Sharm El Sheikh was so that I could see the sea life. What they did company do instead? They took me a random beach, with no sea life, no corals, absolutely nothing at all!!!!!! When I called the owner/manager, he acknowledged that I should have been taken out on a boat to the sea and then snorkel over there, not at a random hotel's beach of all places!!!!! Despite the acknowledgement, when I asked for a partial refund, they very conveniently disappeared and then refused to give me my refund! Incredibly disappointing and unreliable company. Please do not book this and save yourself the tears.

Mr.Ali is a very reliable and honest Taxi driver in Cairo who owns a Private SUV. His car is clean from the outside as well as the inside. He is safe, and polite and guides you well. the driver arrived 3hours later. No communication at all, l had to find an arabic speaker to call the driver many times, each time he said he was almost there and we just kept waiting for almost 3 hours.
