I was in Cairo for 24 hours and Sayed Mahmoud and Islam arranged a quick city tour for me. Picked me up at the airport and gave me a detailed tour. Sayed knows the history very well and also good spots to take pictures. Islam kept us on track by his good driving and guarded my luggage. I never had to worry about anything

We are a family of 5 with 3 young children. We had a lovely tour day to see Museum, Giza pyramids. Sayed Mahoud is our guide. He is knowledgeble and very honest man. He was trying to make the best of our day considered that we lost 3 hours due to flight delayed (we booked flight seperately with Egyptair). Sayed consulted us which activitivies we should do and how in our limited time to make the most of the day. Also he helped us to avoid local sale people at the sites and even get some love local food to eat while waiting at the airport. Definitely recommend! I'll book with Emo tour next time we come.

We had a lovely trip today with our guide Sayed Mahmoud. We visited the pyramids and the Cairo museum. Our flight was delayed 2hrs but Sayed was still waiting to collect us a the airport. Sayed is very knowledgeable and friendly. We all had a lovely day. Thank you for giving us good memories.

I have no words to express the bad experience I had with this agency. I will limit myself to telling what happened and to strongly advise against taking a tour with them, there are more valid agencies in Egypt, which I then contacted later. I took the day tour from Cairo to Luxor. On the way there, the driver and the agency representative left me at the wrong terminal at the airport, luckily I had the Egyptian sim so I called them back and made them go back, even though the representative insisted that I was the one in error, in the end I made a terrible rush not to miss the plane, but a person older than me would have missed the plane. Before boarding for the return flight I wrote a message to the agency to make sure they would come and pick me up at the right terminal upon arrival in Cairo. Surprise, there was NO ONE waiting for me upon arrival. I called the agency representative (the same one as in the morning) who told me that he would be there in 5 minutes. Finally he arrived after 40 minutes without a driver, first saying that the driver was in the parking lot, then that he was sick. Finally at 1 am he put me in a car with a driver who only spoke Arabic and I returned to the hotel alone at 2 am. Terrible experience

Mr sayed Mahmoud gave us the best experience ever. He took us to explore the pyramids and explained the how everything works and the meaning behind it. We really had the best time thanks to Mr sayed Mahmoud. Will definitely recommend him to anyone

The tour was amazing. We had the best time and the most professional guide and Driver. We saw a lot of attractions and our guide, Mr Sayed Mahmoud even helped us with our fussy baby. He made sure we were okay and comfortable at all times. The Driver opened our doors and was always on time to pick us up. They were a very exceptional duo. 100% recommend.

Excellent service provided by Sayed Mahmoud on an all-day tpur of Cairo. Sayed facilitated our tour with ease, provided useful insights at the pyramids, Sphinx, and Egyptian Museum. We felt very much in great company all day. There were a few stops for shopping for local products (essence oils, papyrus) that included demonstrations, but there was no significant pressure to buy anything. Lunch was buffet style at a nice restaurant. Highly recommend this tour, especially if booking with Sayed and our driver, Mahmoud.

Sayed Mahmoud was a brilliant guide, he showed us around the museum, the highlight of which was the Tutankhamun exhibition, Rita has wanted to see this for many years, it was wonderous. Rita has learning difficulties and Sayed was a model of patience with her, answering her questions and listening to her when she shared the knowledge she had of Tutankhamen. The tour delivered everything we wanted, and more. Sayed was a wonderful guide and when I requested not visiting the market, due to the stress felt at these places he agreed to remove that option, for which I was very grateful. Thank you Sayed.
