Overpriced and not guided, do not recommend it
Very disappointed with this tour especially with our tour guide Noel. This was supposed to be a guided tour. Noel did not provide any of the information or insights that we anticipated. Instead, he solely acted as a driver. We received no explanations or background about the sights we visited. All the information we did get came from the brochures. We contacted the agency regarding this and they were completely disregarding and ignoring the issue and saying that “The tour guide asked for more free time because of other guests. Take as much free travel time as possible.” Given the lack of insight or commentary from the guide, the tour was severely overpriced. I wouldn't recommend this company if you're looking for a truly informative and engaging experience. The tour description clearly stated (and the agency confirmed) that this was a guided tour. We asked for the refund but they wouldn’t give it to us. We Extremely disappointed and DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Wonderful Experience at Nami Island Tour and Alpaca World with Alvin
Our recent trip to Nami Island and Alpaca World was an absolute delight, thanks to our humorous and engaging tour guide, Alvin. Despite the rainy weather, the tour was worthwhile and memorable. Alvin’s witty commentary and cheerful personality kept our spirits high throughout the day. He shared fascinating stories and interesting facts about each destination, making the tour both entertaining and educational. Nami Island was breathtaking, even in the rain, with its picturesque landscapes and serene ambiance. Alpaca World was equally enjoyable, as we got to interact with the adorable alpacas up close. Overall, the trip was a fantastic experience, made even better by Alvin's excellent guidance. Highly recommended!

    Good
The tour was good. The tour guide can speak English but the tour itself was mainly done in Chinese. Not everything was translated in English throughout the tour but the guide did come to me sometimes to explain some things in English so if you’re an English speaker booking this, just take note of that. Otherwise it was a good tour.

Cultural Walking Tour (5km) and Less of a Food Tour
Be prepared to walk ~ 5k (3.1 miles) and learn less about food and more about the neighborhood. I booked the tour as part of the Seoul Go Pass but felt slightly disappointed. I thought the tour could have been improved tremendously. I was expecting more information and explanations on Korean food and less on the art/cultural aspects of the neighborhood. There was not much when it came to food tasting, so don't expect much. We walked through Isa-dong, a really neat neighborhood, but we didn't get time to understand or see the food. A simple improvement could have been going into an actual tea house and having tea instead of just quickly walking through the area and looking at artwork. It would have been nice to spend half an hour tasting tea at a traditional tea house instead of looking at a menu from one of the tea houses. Our first tasting was "poop bread" at the poop-themed cafe. It was tasty, and the theme was interesting, but overall, it was immature for the audience in our group. I can see how it is funny or "instagram-able", but it wasn't the right vibe or experience we sought during a food tour. The second tasting was rice cake at a vendor. We were given an explanation of why rice cake was important, which was somewhat useful/interesting. The third tasting was fish cakes at some local street vendor. It was explained to us that this was a popular meal during the wintertime. There was no history of where it came from, the different kinds of fish cakes, and why it became part of Korean culture. The last tasting was fried pancakes, pickled onions, and tteokbokki at the "Netflix" famous restaurant. We were given a brief lesson on some etiquette at the dinner table, which was nice. The food overall was just so-so and disappointing. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this tour to a friend.

Rails and Nami for the win!!!
Amazing tour to the Rail Park and Nami Island. (1) The best part (for us) was the Railway. It’s definitely worth the money to get a private/not shared train car. (2) Nami Island was super fun. Tons/Lots of photo opportunities!😂. Also tons of trails and greenery. Only wish we had more time at Nami. (3) Finally on to Petite France/Little Italy. It’s a bit cheesy and disney-fied. But relaxing being able to explore all the little houses. FYI- they stop for lunch before going to Nami. You have to pay yourself at the chosen restaurant. You get to choose from a set menu of about 6 items. It’s was “ok”- we had better- but not bad. It was about $12-15,000 per item ordered (main dish). It was a great day with Perfect weather. Rose- our guide- did a good job getting us around.

    Nami Island/Italian Village/morning Calm - Zero
The trip is a bit rush but the tour guide Zero is fantastic, friendly and energetic. She have a good introduction of the places before visiting with good commands of both Mandarin and English. I taught Morning Calm as the name suggests to be the first to visit in the morning!😀 Zero, keep it up with your passion on helping visitors to understand Korea better with non Korean speakers. All the best to you! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Katherine was an amazing host and gave us the best day! Full of information, kindness and fun, she made the trip fabulous. We loved the Alpacas and the rail bike- Nami Island is a little bit cold in the off season bit still very pretty. Would recommend Katherine and this trip to anyone who wants a fun day outside of seoul!

We had lots of fun and it was amazing to feed the alpacas, ride the tandem bikes and visit Nami island. We do wish we had a bit more time to explore each place however it’s the best the tour could do with all the locations included

K was an excellent tour guide and this review does not reflect him as our guide. You spend more time on the bus then actual sites. Alpaca World was cool and fun I wish we had more time, Nami Island is too big to only be given an hour ish to explore, and the bike rail was the perfect amount of time allotted, about an hour as well. we didn’t spend 2 hours at each location like the listing says we would so that was disappointing. Lastly it was super annoying trying to find our way back to the hotel because you don’t get dropped off where you were picked up at.

All right, let's see a lot of things. The excursion is well organized and offers an immersion in Korean culture including meals or souvenirs offered (at your expense). However, due to the busy schedule, some Things to do like L'alpaca World are not entirely done, i.e. the full tour of the park and the various shows offered during the day is not possible. If you want to take the time to enjoy there, this may not be the ideal excursion. I recommend it anyway, it was great.

The support was efficient.
The day was intense but pleasant. And Joe Park's anecdotes about Korean life as well as his humor and kindness made this day special.
