Car Flexi are just crooks The rental car company They booked me with wouldnt take Credit cards, Debit cards or cash. I had the rent from another company. I have saked for my deposit back from htem numerous times with no reply, Use them at your own peril. Thieves

What an amazing experience! I was a bit dubious after reading a few mixed reviews about the company damaging the coral to get you a good picture, but I'm glad I decided to go for it. All I can say is, this was an amazing experience and the company were so careful to ensure nobody caused any damage and were careful to give you very clear instructions before the activity. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would definately recommend to others

Amazing! Chef tam rocks!! Yummy food. Treated like queens. Boat ride is good fun. The market tour was great and the food was good for any diet (peanut allergies and vegetarian when requested)

I booked and paid for my airport pickup through Viatar a TripAdvisor company! My driver did not arrive, I walked up and down the arrivals hall looking for my pickup all to no avail! I waited approximately 90 minutes before I got a taxi! I have tried to contact VIATAR but it’s impossible! I want my refund but I cannot contact ANYONE! C’mon TRIPADVISOR, this is really bad customer service.

All the staff were kind and made unforgettable memories. I enjoyed riding the basket boat and the food was really delicious. I want to recommend this tour to everyone. If you want to enjoy Vietnamese culture and food properly, try this tour.👍

The tour guide was not needed if we were given a map of the theme park. I was looking forward to looking at the Winery but oh what a disappointment, Just a few empty barrels and at the end of the short walk through the walk way to the wine bar. No free samples and certainly did not have a french feel with a picture of St Marks Square Italy. Would have liked to look around the gardens but was hurried to the next cable car to the the top to the theme park not impressed. I had high hopes for this trip but felt let down., More toilet stops on the way there would have been good due to medication I struggled. More for families. Disney land and still building work being carried out. Would advise not to go but go to and spend more time at Hue, I did like the views on the cable cars going up and down.

Loved the experience and would highly recommend the time to visit this unique zoo. We went primarily to see the penguins. But came away absolutely gob smacked by the tiger. What a beast! And viewed so close up. Polar bears were a bit confined though and did not have the room to move that they clearly needed.

Overrall the tour is good, For Asahiyama Zoo not all the section is open, example the reptile only open at 1500. However our next departure is 1220. Therefore unable to see the reptile.

There are many things you should know. The booking is not definitive until you receive a confirmation that could take at least 24 hrs yet the trip I booked was non-refundable unless they canceled. That was the first indication that there was an issue. The company, after confirming the excursion canceled the tour 15-min before my pick-up time. Yes, the water was rough, and it was unsafe to swim. However, the snorkeling is a small part of the trip. The company has no back-up provision when there are rough waters. The company left me stranded with no tour at 12:15 ish pm for a 12:30 pm tour, and I was only in Saipan for one day. The company's response, we are sorry. I requested a modification, but they wouldn't. Luckily, PDI came through and provided me a fantastic tour instead. Another thing that I didn't notice when I booked, the photos online show scuba divers, and the trip is for snorkeling. Snorkelers cannot go through the passage. So, the snorkeling is, in my opinion, pointless and a minimal part of the excursion. Why is the company using photos of scuba divers for a snorkeling trip? I do not recommend this company.

This one day trip helped me to explore Furano in a day, unfortunately it was winter so we couldn't see the blue pond. Snow view of the waterfall was amazing. Wish there was more time at the big lavender farm for buying souvenirs. Highly recommend their horse oil water based cream, it is so moisturizing but not oily at all! At last, thank you our tour guide Katherine for very informative recommendation. didn't regret about all the things we bought based on her recommendation. In fact, this trip has made me want to come back to Furano in summer time and cycle around.

Driving a car from new Chintose airport to Blue Pond is very convinience and spend not much time to the destination. The place is very peaceful and of course is very nice scenery. Recommend.

During the booking of this tour, we specifically selected the English tour. However, 99% of the time our tour guide spoke in Chinese, which is a foreign language to us. From the very beginning, the guide was calling for our bus number, no.7 in Chinese and we almost missed our bus because we couldn't understand. It was only when we approached the guide and asked what number is it in English that we found out it was our bus. Because of this, we were last to board. We were disappointed that the bus was almost full and my friend and I were separated. We tried asking for the people next to us if they dont mind switching seats but they refused. Maybe this would've been fine if we could understand the tour, but because it's foreign we felt isolated. We were not satisfied and did not enjoy the tour at all. So we actually decided to drop out at the first attraction, which is Asahiyama Zoo and find our public transportation back so that we can enjoy the rest of our day by ourselves. The main issue here is that we signed up for an English tour but instead got Chinese. The only English sentences spoken was "Please be on time on the bus" and "Toilet break 2 mins".

I booked the tour package online and received the confirmation the next day. We met up with the guide and the group at Sapporo TV tower in the morning and headed to the Asahikawa Zoo. Everything was well organised. We stopped at a shop in Furano for the buffet lunch inclusive with the package and the food served was good. The stop at each attraction was rather short and hectic. If you want to see and do many things in one day, this is definitely the way to go. Unfortunately, we did not visit the Blue Pond as it was frozen and closed. If you do not drive by yourself, it would be difficult to get the different sights by public transport as they are rather secluded and far apart. On the other hand, driving in snow and unfamiliar terrain of the mountains would pose as a challenge for some.

The tour itself was rather rushing and lunch was disappointing but the tour guide was great and entertaining and informative.
