Under the watchful eye of a professional chef, prepare five classic Korean dishes, enough for a full Korean barbecue along with rice and tea. At the end of the class, simply sit down and savor the spread. The use of all ingredients and equipment is included in this modern cooking school session.
What to Expect
At a modern cooking school in central Seoul, meet and greet the chef in charge of this culinary class. This intermediate-level session is designed for those who are beyond beginners in the kitchen and are confident about their cooking skills — desiring to learn how to prepare more complex Korean fare. The chef is able to tailor the instruction for beginners, however, as needed.

Discover the ingredients and flavors of Korean cuisine and learn more about the traditional dishes about to be prepared. After a safety briefing, watch a cooking demonstration as a quick introduction to the session, then prepare the meal under the supervision of the chef.

The Korean barbecue includes a seasonal salad with a dipping sauce, plus marinated, grilled and braised chicken, pork and beef. 

When the food is ready, sit down and enjoy the results along with rice and tea.

Very informative and fun class!

Had a 3 day class - Korean BBQ , Kimchi, Bulgogi, Bibimbap and Soybean paste stew Learned and had fun taking this class. Chef Taeyeon Kim was a great instructor. Looking forward to learning more Korean dishes soon!
