Overview
Take advantage of your layover in Bogota with this guided sightseeing tour of the city that can be customized to fit your flight schedule. Choose the locations you’d like to visit based on your interests and connecting flight times. Experience some of the capital’s most popular sights, including La Candelaria neighborhood, Museo Botero, and Monserrate Sanctuary. Or you can grab lunch at a local restaurant.
What to Expect

After your guide picks you up at El Dorado International Airport during your layover, head to the La Candelaria neighborhood with Spanish colonial and baroque architectural styles to start your customizable tour. From there, head to Bogota’s Plaza de Bolívar to check out prominent landmarks, including the Presidential Palace, the Primatial Cathedral, and more. All entrance fees are included with the tour.

Next, choose either lunch at a Colombian restaurant or a visit to the mountaintop sanctuary of Monserrate. If time permits, stop at the Botero Museum. Depending on the option you choose, shop at a local mall or visit the Zipaquirá Salt Cathedral before returning to the airport to catch your connecting flight.
