We have been to Petra and this trumps it. The vast area covered and the amazing tombs are magnificent. We had an amazing guide who really brought the experience to life. I’d highly recommend the private Landrover tour which I thought was great value. An experience that you’ll remember

it's 52 m high and totally amazing during the day and/or at night. Seating areas built in below the sand allow for comfortable viewing of this sandstone monolithic.

Really amazing trip, a very unique experience. The guide spoke excellent English. I reccomendation our book this and anything else you want to do in Al Ula in advance as it often books out.

Alula is a hub of multiple civilisations. Old town has it charm of preserving the old building with the modern Arabic touch.

We went to the kingdom towers and the signage to the bridge was not very clear. After asking a few people and finally finding the place..going up…paying…it seemed like the staff were bored , they used sign language instead of warm friendly welcomes. Went for sunset and it was really warm up there - we couldnt wait till it got dark so we left

It is nice to try henna on hennashop in old Town it fantastic drew and tattoo and the priceses are responsible try to don't miss this experience

A wonderful cultural experience. We had a lovely time. 😍 The food was delicious and in good portion for two people. Our driver was professional and polite. Some music to complete the experience would be nice.

Breathtakingly beautiful in the immense silence of nature. No blaring music, traffic congestion, rubbish on the ground. Alula is gods gift to those who sit and listen and admire nature in her greatest beauty. You never want to leave. And you must come back again and again to see what you love.

This saudi trip is highly recommendable. Great history and artefacts to be found here, it is a little gold mine of history and information. AlUla gave me a lot of insights. Riyadh museum - If you are looking at getting to know more about Saudi culture and history this is the place to visit. The staff are really helpful and respectful

We have changed our Hotel and have given the new hotel information into the Tripadvisor booking “update your pickup location”and got a confirmation, but our guide was at pickup time in the former hotel. Tripadvisor has not updated this information to the Tour operator. So we lost over one hour of our half day trip. Our guide Khuram was very friendly and gave good explanations during the tour. He tried everything to be on time at the Skybridge that we were able to see the sunset, but it was gone already. Our learning is that we will never update changes to Tripadvisor anymore, only directly to the Tour operator.

Hegra was a highlight, albeit very highly regulated by the Saudi Government. The locals were very friendly and wanted to show that they are changing and loved chatting about our experiences of their country. As a woman travelling on this trip I felt very safe, even when venturing out on my own.

Really enjoyed the trip, people very friendly and lots of interesting places to visit. Food was excellent. Saudi has so much to offer, well worth exploring.

Excellent experience of traditional Saudi dining. The atmosphere is superb and the staff cannot do enough for you. The servings are huge so don’t go overboard with your order! The cooking is faultless! You can eat western style at a table or Saudi style in a carpeted booth but I’d recommend he table option if you have children. Just walking around the place is an experience!
