Only reason I'm giving 5 stars is I cannot choose 12 stars. I did customized tour and went to Petra and Dead Sea. Also did tour of Amman. All great experience. Driver was friendly, guide was passionate, everyone in Jordan was nice and great. If you are reading this review, just stop it, and book a tour with JHT. You won't regret it.

We had the best trip with JHT- the communication from start to finish was seamless! Petra was a particular highlight but the whole trip from Amman down to Aqaba was wonderful! Both Aida who organised our tour and our driver, Mohammad, were excellent - great communication and amazing service, nothing was too much hassle! Aida helped add on some bird watching trips and Mohammad went above and beyond to take us to great local restaurants! Would definitely recommend to friends coming to Jordan.

We only booked transport with JHT but the seamless service from Aida and the drivers Hisham, Ashraf, Faed and Aladdin was excellent transporting us from airport to Amman, Jerash, Madaba, Mt Nebo, Petra, Wadi Rum, Aqaba, Dead Sea and back to the airport.

Both Aida and Hisham was wonderful. Aida arranged everything quickly and smoothly and Hisham was the ideal driver - kind, helpful and polite. He got me to Amman in record time. It was truly impressive driving as it didn't feel fast or scary but that I was in the hands of someone who knew the road well enough to navigate it expertly. He also went out of his way to help me during situations that could have meant I wouldn't have been able to continue with my travel plan if it hadn't been for him.

We made a great private tour to Jordan. The organisation was top. When we arrived in the airport a representative of the company was waiting for us to arrange our visa and the necessary paperwork, and after 10 minutes he went with us to our driver Saeed Al-Essa. The driver stayed with us the whole trip and spoke good english and helped us everywhere we needed him. The total trip had everything as they promissed in their itenary without extra costs. If you want to visit Jordan, don't hesitate to take this organisation.

I visited Jordan with my friend and it easily became one of the best trips I had. We booked our tour with Jordan Horizons Tour and I must say they are commendable. From the sales agent, airport assistance, tour guides and drivers — all the staff were professional and easy to communicate with. They responded to our queries promptly and were flexible in accommodating our requests. Arriving in Jordan, we were immediately assisted to get our visa, it was seamless process. We were then introduced to our Driver, Aladdin, who made the trip extra special. He was with us for 5 days, always patient and helpful. The trip was more fun because of him. He made sure we were always comfortable. I felt like he was our guardian for the whole trip. If you’re visiting Petra, I recommend Sami as your tour guide, you will learn a lot from him and will have the best photos after the tour, because he knows best spots to capture the beauty of Petra. If you’re visiting Jerusalem, Raed and Ahmed would be the best choice to give you a tour. With the limited of time that we had, Raed manage comprehensively explain the important sites and events in Jerusalem. It was a priceless experience for me. Please don’t skip visiting Wadi Rum, the Jordanians did not fail to protect and preserve such a beautiful site. Standing next to the unique, huge rock formations left me feeling in awe and at the same time humbled me. Thank you to all the staff of the travel agency for an unforgettable and surreal experience.

This travel agency was recommended to me by my friend as he enjoyed his experience with them and I can say the same. I was in communication with them the entire process and they helped me a lot and even made suggestions on how to make my trip more memorable. The sales agent, Aida, guided me with the necessary requirements and customized our itinerary to my liking and even took the requests I asked for. Our driver in Jordan, Aladdin, was just the sweetest, he has been with us for 5 days and always asked for me and my friend’s well being, he was always on time and was very easy to keep in touch with, he drove us safely so we were able to rest comfortably during the car ride, he would also point important sites to us and give us a brief explanation and he would sometimes give us tea as the weather was very cold, he never complained even though we had a lot luggage and even recommended what food to try in Jordan. Our driver in Jerusalem, Ahmed, was kind and approachable, even though we were togwther for a short time we felt comfortable around him. Our guide in Petra, Sami, and our guide in Jerusalem, Raed, were very knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions that we had, we were able to learn more not just about the places we went to but also the culture. Would definitely book them again if I ever come back and explore other places in Jordan.

Petra was a masterpiece of human ingenuity, and nothing could prepare us for the sight of Al-Khazneh (The Treasury) as it emerged from the narrow Siq. Exploring the hidden tombs and climbing to the Monastery rewarded us with breathtaking views that made every step worth it. Mount Nebo offered a serene contrast, with its spiritual significance and panoramic views of the Promised Land. Standing at the same vantage point where Prophet Moses is believed to have seen the Holy Land was a humbling experience. Karak Castle took us back to the Crusader era, its towering stone walls whispering tales of battles long past. The labyrinth of passageways and strategic vantage points showcased the castle’s historical importance and military brilliance. Visiting the shrines of revered prophets and companions added a deeply spiritual dimension to our journey. Paying our respects at these sacred sites allowed us to connect with Jordan’s rich Islamic heritage and reflect on the profound history surrounding us. Finally, a visit to the Dead Sea was the perfect way to unwind. Floating effortlessly in its mineral-rich waters was a surreal experience, and the therapeutic mud left our skin feeling rejuvenated. Watching the sunset over the lowest point on Earth was a mesmerizing way to end our adventure. Service and Tour Experience The service provided by our tour operator was exceptional. Everything was fantastic. I wanted a customized tour and Basma helped me put together an amazing itinerary. She was so friendly and easy to work with and answered all my questions. Our time in Jordan was incredible. We saw as much of the country as we could in 8 days. Jordan is such a beautiful country, so full of history, and the people are so friendly. We absolutely loved our visit here and felt very safe. We especially loved our driver, Aladdin. He is an excellent and safe driver. He is kind, thoughtful, funny, and knows a lot of interesting information about the places we visited. He was an important part of making this an unforgettable experience. Jordan, and Aladdin, have earned special places in our hearts and we hope to return and visit again.

It was a great experience of a beautiful, peaceful and safe country. Ms Basmah helped us plan the tour and was constantly in touch throughout. Mr Hisham took us around for 5 days and was very kind and helping us to take photos, suggesting sights and places to eat. Also offered us flexibility in our itirenerary as per our preferences.
