About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- birolb480 contributionsUludag Cable Car**Uludağ Teleferik** is a popular cable car system that connects the city of **Bursa** to the summit of **Uludağ Mountain**, one of Turkey’s most renowned ski resorts and national parks. The teleferik is a scenic journey that takes visitors from the city center, located at the foot of the mountain, up to the mountain's summit, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes, forests, and the city of Bursa. The ride is approximately **8 kilometers** long and takes around **20 minutes**, making it the longest cable car ride in Turkey. It serves not only as a transport route for winter sports enthusiasts heading to Uludağ’s ski slopes, but also as a year-round attraction for tourists interested in hiking, nature walks, and the breathtaking views. In addition to its main route, Uludağ Teleferik has several stations, with the last stop located near the main ski resorts and hotels on the mountain. The cable car operates throughout the year, with peak times being during the winter months for skiing and the summer months for visitors looking to enjoy the cool climate and natural beauty of the mountain. Uludağ itself is known for its rich biodiversity and is a great destination for outdoor activities such as skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and picnicking, making the **Uludağ Teleferik** an essential part of experiencing this beautiful region.Written 5 December 2024

- 834misbahk0 contributionsNot worth the moneyThis tour fell far short of my expectations, especially on the second day. The first day was pleasant, with a scenic tour of Cappadocia and its beautiful landscapes. However, the second day was a complete disappointment. I booked the trip hoping for a magical hot air balloon experience, as described—"a panoramic flight over the region’s iconic fairy tale chimneys." Unfortunately, it was nothing like that. The bus arrived late, causing us to miss the sunrise entirely. To make matters worse, we were taken to an unscheduled breakfast stop, further delaying our itinerary. When we finally arrived for the balloon ride, the location was so far from the fairy tale chimneys that we didn’t get to see them at all. Instead, the view was plain and lackluster. The schedule didn’t match what was promised, and the experience felt disorganized. Additionally, there was no "cave hotel" as advertised. I stayed in a stone-themed bed and breakfast, which was nice, but the check-in and check-out times were poorly managed. Upon arriving in Cappadocia, I had no chance to rest due to the late check-in, and the early check-out on the second day left me with hours to fill after the tour, despite having paid for the hotel. I ended up waiting at a travel office, exhausted from the tour. While the tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable, the overall experience was far from worth the price. The tour did not reflect the photos or description at all. If you're considering this trip, save yourself the trouble and book the hotels, flights, tours, and balloon ride independently.Written 7 October 2024

From start to finish, the experience was flawlessly executed, and a huge part of that was thanks to Azmi’s exceptional support and care throughout the trip. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves, sharing his extensive knowledge and passion for the region with us. Every detail, from the breathtaking hot air balloon ride to exploring the stunning valleys and unique rock formations, was perfectly arranged. Azmi's personal touch and attentiveness made the tour feel truly special. Highly recommended!Written 24 September 2024

- ricky j0 contributionsGroup tour scam Bursa and UludagVery commercialized tour. Promised to show us how they make Jam, Turkish delight and silk but all these places where shops selling overpriced jam, sweets and silk. We were also promised a puppet show for the kids at the turkish delight shop but this never took place. It was just a scam of taking us there. We could get this cheaper at shops around our hotel. This tour took 13 hours of which 6 was traveling time including the unnecessary shopping stops. Only 3 hours spent on actual tours. Go on a private tour and it can be done in half a day instead of 13 hours. GROUP TOUR IS A SHOPPING SCAM AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOUR AS A GROUP TOUR.Written 30 August 2024
- 626amanig0 contributionsAmazing tour, poor logisticsThe tour in Cappadocia was amazing and the tour guide Mr. Ali was informative, cheerful and amazing guy. The Balloon ride had spectacular views with weather favouring us throughout. I had a big issue with the transportation logistics as it was part of the package, yet from cappadocia hotel yo kayseri airport they deviated the agreed timing without flexibility and from Sabeha airport back to hotel, i had to take a taxi on my own accord after waiting for more than 30mins, the driver being a no show and text messages going unansweredWritten 27 August 2024

That hapoend to be the only highlight, waste of trip. And believe me you,,,, very very long ride.definately dont reccommend for families with young childeren. I suggest people who are visiting and want the local tours than prebook all trips online.and do take note of other peoples views.Written 29 July 2024
- Sonia12310 contributionsAvoid BookingAvoid booking this tour if possible. Very disorganised and we were left waiting for long periods of time, several times. Tour guide did not give any clear instructions and there were several unnecessary stops. Worst bit is the fact we paid to be collected and dropped from our hotel driver dropped us off fifteen minutes away on the way back meaning we were left to find our hotel at midnight by ourselves which was very scary especially if you do not know your way around. Not a good experienceWritten 18 May 2024

- Alex W0 contributionsThis is a scam. Avoid at all costs.Genuinely the worst “tour” I have ever been on. - Three different pickup times, locations, no airbnb pickup, lied about nearby hotel pickup, made us walk 10 minutes away to meet up with the “tour” bus - No explanations given by the “guide” about anything - Had to wait an hour and a half for “English speaking bus” in the middle of a random intersection in the city - Basically no English spoken by the “guide” - “Tour guides” rude and dismissive; wouldn’t answer any questions - The bus is hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable; forced us to move seats to sit in back row (including one member of our group who was the only black man on the “tour”); the bus driver drives like a madman and everybody got motion sick; had to ask many times to turn on the air conditioning, which didn’t really work - “45 minutes” at scam atv place/shopping center was actually 1.25 hours at a dirty playground with terrible and incredibly overpriced food (not included in price of “tour”). This was not a scenic atv tour, just ride through random side of highway area - “Turkish delight factory” was just another overpriced scammy store on the side of the highway under an apartment building they force you to stop at for “30 minutes” (actually took an hour) - no English explanations of anything. Another kickback here. - “Lunch” is at 4pm - Not really a bursa tour, just a forced trip from scam to scam so you are captive and pressured to buy things so “guide” can get kickbacks. - Didn’t actually take a ferry -Turkish delight “factory” was just a random store off the highway. -Everyone on the bus was angry and complaining to the “guide” - he threatened to kick someone out of the “ tour”because he was complaining that six hours into the “Bursa tour” that we still weren’t even in Bursa - Another scam stop at a scammy, overpriced tourist trap store before the green mosque. Only 30 minutes allotted for the green mosque and mausoleum. After 2.5 hours at scam stores. - No information given on “tour” by “guide”- they just dropped us off in the mosque area. The small amount of information he gave was not even accurateWritten 3 March 2024
- 207ismailg0 contributionsUnlist this pleaseBad experience, left half way. “Guides” don’t know english, they dont communicate, they dont teach anything (they called Sultan Mehmed “Sultan Muhammad”—wrong and perversely arabicized) In the morning it was chaos, nobody would tell us what was going on. We found out way later that the reason we didn’t couldnt go on the ferry was bc of fog (which is very reasonable!—but they literally did not communicate). This is basically just a group charter bus. The worst part was going to “turkish delight factory” that was a nasty shop on the side of the road. The “cultural” shops that they take you to have very few people that speak turkish OR englishWritten 1 March 2024

It wasn’t a hotel pick up. It was a meet and greet and then walk to transportation. Tour guid wasn’t very helpful or much of a tour guide. He showed to the islands and then just left us there after the first island it was lunch on the boat not in a seafood restaurant like advertised, which wasn’t told about. Well I say lunch it was a chicken drumstick a scoop of rice and a scoop of pasta no soft drinks available had to pay for. At end of tour when got off boat had to ask what transport to get on.
The islands themselves are very beautiful

This tour was so so. In fairness to the tour company, this tour took place on a very big national holiday with increased crowds which may have attributed to some of the issues.
First, the driver arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up, so promptness was a positive. But then, we spent the next 60-90 minutes picking up others switching from a smaller van to a bigger one in the process. Maybe just having hotel guests from certain areas meet in a central location would have been more efficient. Again, in the tour description under duration it does state 1-2 hours for pick-ups, so they are truthful.
The boat ride was on the public ferry—hot and crowded. One island was skipped because of the holiday of which we were notified the day prior. Upon arrival to Büyükada, we waited about an hour for the public electric car tour of the island. The guide was upfront about the wait time, but honestly it wasn’t worth it. Your time would be better spent walking around and exploring. The driver of the oversized golf cart drove at break neck speeds and used his horn liberally as we watched him nearly mow down several bikers and pedestrians. This driver was NOT employed by the tour company, but was a driver of the municipality. But again, not worth it.
Lunch was fine. Quick, efficient, and the standard choices of most Turkish restaurants were offered.
After arriving back in Istanbul, after a very long, hot, exhausting 8 hours, there was one more surprise stop to a leather and fur store. Okay, this one was definitely not in the tour description. The minute that I walked in there I knew what it was and I said to my husband, “No way.” I quickly checked to see that our hotel was close and we left and walked home.
This tour probably would have been okay if it wasn’t for the holiday crowds, but the classic Turkish “sell stop” at the end really was too much.

The pick up from the hotel to the departure point took 2 hours when it should have been a mere 30 minutes. Communication was poor as to why it took us so long to pick up all the guests en route. The guide was unenthusiastic and shared very little information about the island , The lunch was also very average.

First of all, we would like to thank you for your valuable comment. Since your hotel was outside of our transfer area, we had to pick you up early and we did not reflect this on you, normally we only take you to the island in half an hour.

Dear Friends, In the beginning, we had problems with gathering passengers, but that is certainly not the fault of your Agency, but of irresponsible passengers. As advice, we suggest that in the future, you assign such passengers a 15-minute wait from the agreed date, and if they do not show up, you will automatically charge them for the service as if they had shown up. In order not to please responsible passengers. After that, everything went very well organized with a great guide, beautiful weather conditions and above all with a beautiful destination we visited. We will return to this destination for sure a few more times. Best Regards,

The advertised trip, to include a fabulous boat, to take you to the three islands was a perfect storm. They pick you up at the hotel at 830 am. You arrive to the port, at 930 am. Then they leave you there in the sun, with the promise, the boat is going to be here in 20 min. The the van leaves, and comes back two time while you wait, bringing more people with the same promise. Then buses come, at least 6. And then everyone has to wait, by 1130 am the boat shows up.
No apology, no explanation.
Music blaring, it’s k.
Then they offer snacks and water for pay….
A complete rip off.
Don’t pay a cent to this company. They all blamed each other.
We had a great time on our own at the Aldabra island. They have great restaurants. There is no need for your operator. Just on your own, take the ferry at Kadikoy, 30 TL, each way, then lunch about 300 TL per person.
And save the 45 euros for whatever you want. You will be there on time, and come back, with no disappointment.

It is a well organized tour, nothing went wrong. You can imagine having almost 40 people on the boat and everything went smoothly. By the way, you actually visit 1 islands on this tour. (it was enough to either sunbathe on the beach, or walk around the island/visit cafes). The second island visit it for 1 hour so you can walk around to take photos, have desserts etc. After the tour was over, they carefully looked for every passenger in parking area and put us in the buses back home. By the way, the lunch is sufficient and enough even for someone who likes to eat generously. If you are wondering about its size/contents (we had a big plate which included: fries, rice, fried chicken leg, some pasta and vegetables too).

Just take the ferry, costs nothing and is exactly the same. The hotel pick up was a joke. We were the first ones to get picked up so we rode two hours in an old bus just picking up other people. If we had taken a taxi it would’ve still been so much cheaper. This trip was worth 10$ max. We were scammed.

I was told to be at the meeting place by a certain time. It was an address of a hotel 5 minute walk from where I was staying. I waited outside the hotel and no one came. I called from there to see why they are not here. I was told the guy came to pick me up but I wasn’t in the lobby. I said I was not told to meet in the lobby and why didn’t he text me to see where I am . Then this disgusting company will not refund my money, not believing I was there and taking no responsibility for not texting me. I will never use them again and warn others.

Bus was late, guide’s English was hard to understand, boat was weird, staff were not helpful and food was bad. Lowlights include a parrot onboard and a surprise fashion show at a shop that was sprung upon us - and was mandatory to try and make us buy leather. They then took a long time to take us home, leaving guests on the bus to wait for ages before leaving us not that close to our final destination. Use a different company!
