Hello. As your headline I would like to start "One of the worst complaning ever" I felt pretty a lot lies in your comments. 1. There is not any special car for the tour. It has been mentioned that it will be a walking tour and you can use TAXI OR BUS whenever needed. Our guides has asked you many times if you want to use taxi or not. You just said I just dont want to walk. If you were supposed to get any car inside of old city instead of walking all around there in the historical part to explore it, sorry to inform you that cities are explored mostly by walking. Instead of adding any special transportation (which will cost any other extra cost, we just preferred to add taxi and bus). We have done this tour countless times in during last 4 years and I just understood that you try to complain only you paid a little higher amount than other tours. 2. Restaurant was one of the best in Baku. We used to have a meal in the old city. The location that you were during lunch time was far from Old city, so I requested to our guide to take you to Zeferan restaurant (which is Azerbaijani restaurant and they have Iranian food as well, like our regular restaurant Firuze which is Azerbaijani restaurant but having Mexican and Georgian food). Iranian food is close to our culture and there are huge province called Azerbaijan. I cant say anything if you ordered chichken but they serve lamb. You could change it right there in the tour. Zeferan restaurant is one the best in Baku and Definitely I will take my tourists there even after that. 3. Costs - As I said my part of complaning is about that there were cheaper tours in Viator but you choosed us according to AMAZING REVIEWS WHICH ALL WERE TRUE AND RIGHT. I will not mention all costs here it is not right from our side. We are getting big amount of money. Firstly you have to know that booking platform VIATOR is taking fairly enough percentage of the trip. Entrance to any museum in Baku starts 9 usd. Restaurant was not any cheap restaurant. And you had a guide service for full day. And many little expences that are not visible. 4. Tour is not 5 hours you just wanted to finish earlier. Next day's tour is only for 3 hours. There was not any other expence except car/entrance tickets. 5. To be honest I would even mind to answer all these issues, however to respect our former and future tourists I just wanted to mention everything for them to not to get confused in the future! 6. Sevinj (our guide) is amazing. She has done this tour so far 20 times and we had amazing reviews with her. Definitely she will be with us.
