Our guide, Tiny, did an amazing job—her knowledge, enthusiasm, and storytelling truly brought history to life. She provided so many fascinating insights that made the tour even more engaging and memorable. From exploring the tunnels to cruising along the Mekong Delta, every part of the trip was well-organized and packed with great experiences. Tiny’s passion for sharing Vietnam’s history and culture was evident, and she made sure everyone felt comfortable and informed throughout the day. I highly recommend this tour, especially with Tiny as your guideWritten 11 February 2025

We had many little tastings included which was a nice surprise. Also the size of the group was perfect- 10 people. - lathamappraisal0 contributionsGreat trip!We had a fantastic trip! It was everything that was promised and then some. Our guide, Bunny, was the best! She explained the history of the tunnels in an informative and interesting manner. Bunny then guided us to our boats, lead us through the islands and answered any questions we had along the way. Thank you Bunny for making it a trip we will always remember.Written 10 February 2025
- Z6604PHtammyh0 contributionsPrivate Cu Chi TunnelsOur guide Jen and her driver was absolutely wonderful! She contacted us a day before to reconfirmed and was ready and waiting that morning. Along our drive she told us many things about Vietnam, prepared us a bit for what we will be seeing at the tunnels and answered all questions. First we stopped at Handicapped Handicrafts where Vietnamese people effected by agent orange work making beautiful pieces of art with egg shells, mother of pearl and lacquer. Many are not able to work elsewhere and this is a place for them to make beautiful artwork to still earn a living. Next stop is Cu Chi (pronounced goo chi) tunnels. Jen walked us through the paths in the woods showing hidden entrances, tunnel openings that have been set up for tourists, an old american tank and displays that showed how the Vietnamese set traps to protect themselves. They have a couple of tunnels that you can crawl through, we opted for the shortest. It amazes me that these tunnels exist and that people lived there. Thank you Jen for an incredible day and for the education on Vietnamese history.Written 10 February 2025
- Andrew Y0 contributionsGreat tour of the tunnels for familyOur family really enjoyed the tour! Bunny was a fantastic guide, and made the trip memorable. During the drive to the Cu Chi Tunnels, she throughly explained the history of Vietnam in an engaging and informative way. She is very funny and provided through explanations throughout the tunnels. Our family of four enjoyed the experience and highly recommend Bunny and the tour.Written 10 February 2025
- gloriabM8798IL0 contributionsGreat visitSuper nice and professional guide with interesting knowledge. Nice experience with a little bit of everything from this area. They show you how they make things and let you try a lot as well. Also, most of the visits were quite touristic.Written 10 February 2025
- ryandM7473MF0 contributionsA day out in Ho Chi MinhThe tunnels are a bit over commercialised but still worth visiting, provided you are not claustrophobic. The key highlight was the cruise on the Mekong delta, especially the navigation through the smaller streams with a row boat. Our guide, Bunny, was a real delight. She was super attentive and informative and she made sure that everything happened in a smooth and timely manner. Highly recommended!Written 10 February 2025
- barossv0 contributionsMekong delta & cu chi tunelsOur guide Jen was well prepared with all information, the tour was not a rush, had many experience. We had a fantastic experience with Jen and our driver. Jen was very knowledgeable about local customs and history. She was able to communicate with us clearly and answered our questions enthusiastically sometimes using local stories. She showed us a cocoa pod and how it ends up as a dry cocoa beans. We had an excellent time exploring the Mekong River and two of the islands. If we could, we would give her 6 stars.

A lovely private day trip for a couple wanting a more relaxing experience. We were picked up by our guide Jen right at our hotel in Zone 3. The ride was comfortable with good leg room. We stopped along the way at a rest stop which had clean washroom facilities. We toured a brick factory and Jen explained the process of making bricks and the materials used. Then we walked a short way to where they process coconut for different purposes. We walked another short distance (the walks are very easy)to board a boat (large boat with a canopy that can hold maybe a dozen people)and traveled up the wider part of the Mekong River to a family’s business of making coconut candy. Next we boarded the same kind of boat and went up river some more to a landing and we walked a short distance to a place where they weave grass mats. From there we rode a tuk tuk ( which is a canopied trailer attached to a motorcycle) we went down a narrow windy road which was densely forested to where we boarded a long tail boat ( a narrow wooden boat driven by a motor with a very long shaft) We went down river to a restaurant in the jungle where we were served a wonderful traditional Vietnamese meal of deep fried banana flower, soup and a fried elephant ear fish. From there we had an enjoyable ride back to Saigon. Total time about 9.5 hours. Was a great day, highly recommend.

It provided a peaceful break from the bustling city, and the trip was meticulously organized by the operator, who went above and beyond in catering to dietary restrictions by inquiring a day in advance, which I found to be very thoughtful. Our guide, Tu, displayed impressive knowledge, a friendly and outgoing demeanor, and a remarkable ability to foster a sense of inclusivity among our group. This truly made us all feel welcomed. In summary, the entire experience was outstanding and took us away from the typical tourist destinations! A perfect 10/10.

From my experiences, this tour was notably less commercialized than others I've been on. Other tours took me to crowded stops en route to the main destination, packed with tourists, which I didn't appreciate. However, with this one, we got to relax in an authentic local cafe where there wasn't a tourist in sight - just our group. The coffee was delightful and affordably priced. Our tour guide spoke fluent English and was impressively knowledgeable. He kept us entertained with his wit, ensuring there wasn't a dull moment even on the long journey to the Mekong Delta. Activities like cycling and a visit to the brick factory were engaging, offering insights into the unique brick-making process.
I thoroughly enjoyed this tour and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends.

This tour was a delightful experience. Our guide, Anna, was well-informed about every spot we visited and always eager to answer our questions. She was fantastic. The tour covered more ground than I expected. While I'm not usually a fan of chocolate, the salted chocolate I tried at the chocolate-making demonstration was possibly the finest I've tasted. The process of brick-making was equally captivating, and the homemade meal was a treat. If you're in Ho Chi Minh, I'd highly recommend this tour.

We went with Le and he was absolutely amazing with our asd daughter and our neurodivergent children. He constantly made accommodations for us like moving us to quieter areas, making sure we were by ourselves on transport and engaging in a gentle way with our children that made us all feel safe and happy. The tour itself was great, the food fantastic and was not rushed at all. My daughter, who can be very hard to win over, felt safe with Le, so much so that she kept on asking where he was at lunch because she wanted him around. I would definitely recommend the tour and Le for groups with children.

The heat was intense, but it only added to the experience. Our tour was filled with memorable moments, especially during the lengthy boat ride where we were treated to fresh fruits and delicious coconut juice. I particularly loved cycling through the village, which gave me a closer look at the local way of life. Lunch at a local home was an exceptional experience, allowing our group to savor genuine Vietnamese cuisine. All in all, it was a refreshing escape from the city hustle. I would wholeheartedly recommend it!

Excellent private day trip to the Mekong. Ni was an amazing guide. She spoke perfect English and explained everything in detail and with a great sense of humor! This tour avoided all the hustle and bustle of other tourists and was a nice escape from the busy streets of Ho Chi Minh. We learned about the local trades, brick making, coconut candy and matt making. We had two rides in a motorized boat and one by row boat as well as a tuk tuk. Lunch was delicious. Highly recommend this tour!

Really lovely tour guide named Bunny, who provided a lot of really interested information about the Mekong Delta area, and Vietnam as a whole. Very personable. The tour itself included visits to a pagoda, a coconut candy manufacturing house, seasonal tropical fruit with live traditional folk music, a short small boat excursion down a canal, and a very generously sized lunch. Recommend to all!

The experience is surely less touristy than others and fully private. The place is great and interesting but the main problem was the quality of the English of the guide. The guide seemed to be knowledgeable but we could understand maybe 20% of what he said to us, also the attitude was not the greatest and not much empathy either. Too bad.
