Gorgeous overnight cruise on the classic, were treated like royalty, wonderful staff, in particular were Peter, Mel and Emmanuel. Our room was stunning with a balcony and a beautiful big bed and bath overlooking the water. The food was beautiful and the boat was amazing. Lots of great activities that you could join in but also relax instead. We in particular loved the kayaking, the cave visit and the tai chi class on the top deck. Thanks for a great trip

The trip was very smooth, the views were incredible both from the deck and the room, and the food and drink service was excellent! The excursions through the caves were beautiful. Ms. Lilly and Smiley ran a great ship!

What an outstanding part of our Vietnam holiday, the only down side was we only did one night on board. The boat was gorgeous, our rooms were outstanding, the service second to none. The staff were incredibly friendly

Andiamo has become our 'go-to' restaurant. We are always assured of a great night out, with wonderful food and superb service. We took friends last night and were fortunate enough to be looked after by the amazing Anna. She was very knowledgeable about the food options (one of our party was gluten-free) and her suggested wine matches were right on the mark. Thanks for Benjamin, John and Anna who always make dining here this a pleasurable experience in every area.

The first (and most important) thing I'm going to say is....(unless time or money is limited)....don't go on this....go on the 2 Night Cruise as 1 Night is simply not long enough..!! That being said, absolutely loved everything about this cruise from the moment we stepped aboard until we disembarked. Tien was our host and what a host..! Helpful, friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and funny (ish). Made our group feel like we were his first ever group. The boat itself is spotless, massive and full of character. It accommodates just 26 passengers but has communal deck space for 3 times that number so you never feel on top of each other. The restaurant is 5 Star and so too are your private cabins which are bigger than many hotel rooms we've stayed in and each with their own private balcony. Activities are optional with no pressure to partake. These include a visit to a cave, fishing for squid, kayaking, cookery classes or swimming off the boat, but the one you simply must do is Tien's Tai Chi session on the upper deck at sunrise. Simply beautiful. Two nights on this boat would have given us more time to relax and enjoy the views whilst also partaking in all the activities without feeling like you have to cram it all in, buy hey...first world problems. If you do nothing else in Vietnam...do this...!

Took a trip from Hanoi to Ninh Binh - Dec 4th Supposed to be Hotel pickup => Hotel drop off but they sent a motorbike 🏍️ to pickup at the hotel (I opted to walk 2 blocks to the Van). Drop off was also not at the Ninh Binh hotel but a few 100m away. No big deal but not as advertised. The biggest concern was the driver thinking he participated in a F1 race. We were never overtaken by any other car and he was constantly weaving through traffic to get ahead. Not a pleasant ride. The Van was fine though. Comfortable enough and with working 2-point seatbelts (not the regular 3-point).

Nothing can be better than experience on this cruise,big beutiful suite rooms with balcony giving mesmrising views of Halong bay from every corner of room & bathroom.Lily Tim & specially Green were always on their foot to help us for providing vegetarian food to all of us & Green called every member by his/her name

The journey was comfortable and fast. The perfect air conditioning. Even the driver thinks he should know a few words in English.

A smll siedstreet with a super low key cafe. The food ( lamb Oggys was delicious as was the coffee. The people were delightful. Good proces. Do not miss

Most incredible experience I’ve ever had. 3 day, 2night cruise. The rooms were beautiful with big balconies, the food was perfect and fresh and so much of it and beautifully presented. So much seafood 😍 The staff were amazing, especially a lady called Sky. She was so sweet and lovely and helped my stay to be amazing. She treats you like family, she was a pleasure and the company is very lucky to have her. Also the man called Sunny, he was very lovely and helpful also. I can’t recommend this cruise enough and to be so well looked after by Sky and Sunny.

We had a wonderful experience on Orchid 2 with Mr Eddy. All of the crew were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a beautiful cabin which was comfortable and spacious, providing incredible views as the boat moved through Halong Bay and into Lan Ha bay. All the food was of a very high standard and we appreciated the advice of Ken about the choice of sparkling wine. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the wines on the list. Our server, Sky, was there to help us with anything we needed and always greeted us with a beautiful smile. She paid close attention to little details such as, helping to pull out a chair to help a guest, filling water glasses and anticipating our every need. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she is a great asset to this lovely crew. The onboard activities were great and we enjoyed a cave trip, swimming, a cooking class and kayaking. Thanks to all the crew for making our trip so memorable and enjoyable.

We were on the Classic 2 with Tien and it was fantastic. I had offhandedly mentioned we'd be celebrating an anniversary: we were upgraded rooms and they set our dinner placing for the occasion. The views were amazing; I highly recommend!! We had Smiley helping as at each meal, and we never wanted for anything. I am not a huge seafood fan and he was able to make substitutions for me. Very attentive!!

I stayed here for 3 nights 4 days, I must say it’s a great place to stay. The staff was welcoming, soft spoken & courteous.Vishu - the front desk executive helped us with smooth checkin, booking shuttle services & answered our queries.. he was kind.and thank you so much mr Mayank f&b manager

This was such a relaxing and beautiful part of our trip. While the scenery was extraordinary and the accommodations were clean and comfortable, the crew stole the show. Mr. Tien, the cruise director was friendly and informative. His hospitality was above and beyond. The rest of the staff was also excellent. Ms. Green and Sunny were attentive and efficient. We particularly enjoyed the cooking class taught by Mr. Tien. We were also very impressed with the staff in the booking office at the dock. We showed up last minute with no reservations and they were able to book us a cabin without any issues. Such a good time!
