We had a splendid time on the water at Ha Long Bay!! It would not have been possible without our amazing tour guide Toan. He was very knowledgeable about the beautiful island. HISTORY. POLITICS. FINANCE. INDUSTRY. SO MUCH INFORMATION!! Humorous and entertaining while at once being enlightening and sincere. He had excellent time management and group communication skills. The boat and included lunch were very nice. I would take Toan’s recommendation for the speed boat on the second stop. I would trust Toan with my life, as well as entrust him with my first born child. If you are vegetarian the meal is not good. Very good organization but thé guide was too loud and repetitive. Too much inxistence to buy something everywhere. The staff was nice.

Had a really nice time on this tour. I met a lot of other nice tourists and our guide, Victor, was fun and very knowledgeable. The places were a bit crowded, but the staff was organized and kind. The boat ride was comfortable and the food was good. I’m not sure why people complain about the drinks. You can bring a reusable water bottle, they just don’t allow single use plastics in Ha Long Bay. I had no problem personally. They provide water bottles before and after the cruise and my 32oz water bottle was enough for the 6 hours. Overall great value for a day trip.

Mr. David was our guide for a private tour. He conveniently met us at the cruise port at walked us right outside to the boat. He communicated well in English and was friendly and accommodating. We were able to see caves, took a bamboo boat around a beautiful lagoon, learn about some of the history of Halong Bay and Vietnam. Took a picture of a rock formation that is on their money, the 200,000 dong. Tea and a snack were provided. And we returned well before “all aboard,” which again, was conveniently located at the end of the dock next to where our tour ended. We even had time to go back to the cruise terminal for coffee, before walking back to the cruise ship. Would definitely recommend seeing this UNESCO heritage site, especially if you’re short on time and/or do not want to take the 3-hour car ride to Hanoi.

Our tour guide David contacted us on WhatsApp and kept us informed of our meeting Location. He was on time his English was excellent. He was very informative. He got us to the caves before all of the other groups. I highly recommend this tour if you’re going to Halong Bay

Great day trip to Ha Long Bay. A long day, but well worth it. The trip is well organised and all is well thought out. Toan our guide was great. He made sure all is going according to plan and took care of all our needs. And with a good sense of humour that made the long drive to and back much nicer.

We boarded the cruise for 1 night and everything was just perfect. This is the last night and also the best of our trip in Vietnam and the most memorable experience for our 3 weeks of travel. This cruise has all we could ask for and expect. Cruise staff offered the best service they could ever do. Highly recommend this cruise to everybody traveling to Halong Bay.

A wonderful 12 hours tour which included 6 hours on a nice boat in Halong bay. Our guide was nice and knowledgeable. Food was excellent and our tour guide and captain was very good; They saw the line of people queuing for the cave and they changed the plan to do other activities first before getting to the cave.

Can't thank Tony enough for his wonderful work to make our day special. Our trip could not be as good without him. The food, vehicle was terrific. The most valuable day tour ever. Just a little note that entry fees were not included and people needed to prepare cash to give the tour guide when started. This could be a challenge as it is in local VND.

Jimmy went above and beyond our expectation with an absolutely outstanding service. He was very informative, welcoming and friendly, can't hesitate to recommend him and this tour to everybody.

My wife and I were in Nashville last week and we stayed at the Holiday Inn (Vanderbilt). The hotel was clean, in a very good location and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. We wanted to recognize the shuttle drivers; Jason, Jim and Richie. All three were tremendous, providing us with great service, antidotes about the surrounding area and recommendations on where to go/eat. Thank you gentlemen!

Had an amazing trip to Halong Bay! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. We had so much fun exploring caves, kayaking, and visiting islands. Highly recommend this tour for anyone planning a trip to Vietnam. The guide was charming, incredibly knowledgeable, and the boat was fantastic as well!
