We got picked up from our hotel in a cyclo and was taken to the markers to get some fresh ingredients. Then walked to the restaurant. Chef was very knowledgeable and funny. We made zucchini flowers, sizzling pancake, lemongrass chicken and pho. It was easy...More

We learnt a few Vietnamese classic dishes, so easy to cook and they all turned out really well. The trip to buy ingredients at the market was fun and a bit of an eye opener.

I think we finished the meal and egg coffee around 1.45pm at Cyclo Resto where the class is held. As we didn’t get the cyclo ride in the morning we then were taken on a 20 min cyclone ride through local area in District 1.
