The tour was excellent, a perfect guide and a nice boat. Food was great too. Halong bay is really beautiful and the drive via the highway was very smooth.

The shops by the train were amazing to see. Our tour guide,Mai , was very sweet and helpful. The school and story of the students and their success or failure was interesting.

Had the most amazing day in Hanoi. Loi could not have done anymore for us. Saw so much, had beautiful food and even got to see a train passing. Our driver Duy was also fabulous. Would highly recommend this tour .

Wonderful tour! Our guide met us promptly & led us to our boat. The captain welcomed us aboard & our guide Onah told us stories & gave us history about Halong Bay as we cruised. The scenery was beautiful & exploring the cave was incredible. Our guide was so nice, answered questions, went at our pace & took lots of photos for us. Highly recommend this tour!

Full of natural view. The biggest cave in halong bay, lime stone mountain, fighting chicken mountain, and many things to explore.

Before I review; I would like to note that the tour guide, drivers, and staff were all great. The experience itself is a tourist trap waste of a day. The off boat activities include walking shoulder to shoulder with hundreds of tourists to see mediocre views.

Extra stop over at oyster shop and looked at pearl harvesting. We were also given an option to go on the speedboat instead and was charged 200,000 VND pp to change from the kayak or bamboo boat option. Weather was good on the day so we got to see great views of the islands.

We had an incredible private tour of Hà Nội with Tommy, and it was truly a highlight of our trip! We visited the iconic Temple of Literature, the historic Hà Nội ‘Hilton,’ and the mausoleum. One of the most unforgettable moments was our coffee break, where we had the chance to sit just inches away from a train passing by – it was surreal! Tommy’s knowledge and passion for the city made the experience even more special. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hà Nội!

The boat ride and caves were amazing. Hueyen is an excellent tour guide. We really enjoyed our time with her. Cave are beautiful and well worth the trip.

Our day with Tung, our guide and Unog our expert driver not only met but greatly exceeded our expectations. Tung could be described as a gentleman and a scholar. Highly recommend this team if you want to see Hanoi from the perspective of locals!

Price was much the same as via the ship, although our driver used the new expressway which cut the journey to 2 hrs from cruise port to Hanoi. Our guide (Garvin) met us in Hanoi and was happy for us to tweak our itinerary and still see the main sites, but the day can feel rushed in order to avoid rush hour and get back to the ship in time.

Ha long bay was great to see and the tour guides made the journey on the coach and ferry very smooth. The kayak and hiking was good, but would not say spectacular. Very busy but to be expected and nothing the tour guides can do about that.

Our guide Victor was super fun. He opened our bus ride with some ice breaker questions. Asked us where we are from and what is our country known from. The latter one was hard and I wish he would’ve asked something easier such as how to say “it is nice to meet you” in our language. Everything was planned nicely and I didn’t feel rushed at all. We took a 20 minute break between point A to B for bathroom and snack break which was nice. We took the bus to climb 500 steps and were given free time to look around the beautiful place. Next up was cycling and food. We were given an option not to do the first one so he took us to the buffet place. Place was very clean and fancy. There was food for a simple taste palette and Asian foods. My fiancé got his French fries with ketchup and chicken whilst I got every Asian food option. The food was tasty and you could fill up as much as you want to. Next top was the temple which was simple and educating. We moved to the place where you can board the boat. It was incredibly beautiful and we were even give a possibility to row ourselves. My fiancé and I took the most of that possibility. Victor was a lovely guide , fun and outgoing. If we were to ever return he would be our go to guide ANYWHERE. Victor, if you see this, PATATA!

Guide was really good, but the "bamboo boat" is actually just a fiberglass boat. Definitely go for the kayaking. The food wasn't great, no sauce in the dishes, just veg and meat. And the Cave is absolutely rammed full of people

The tour guides were funny and ushered through the crowds with ease. The entire experience was thoroughly prepared and seamless. Lunch was great and Halong Bay was better than advertised. Highly recommend
