      Truly a great day
Our half day jeep tour of the Red River Delta countryside was truly memorable. Touring the beautiful countryside of Hanoi on a classic jeep was an exciting and memorable experience for our group. Learn about Vietnamese agriculture and farming practices, the scenery was peaceful and relaxing. The trip was well organised, the car and the driver were perfect.

Fantastic afternoon, great job Mr Le
Hi, Thank you so much for guiding us around the beautiful city of Hanoi. The sights we visited today were great; my girlfriend and I really enjoyed it. The tour guide (Le) did a very good job guiding us around; his English was fantastic, his knowledge was great, and we had a really good experience. I would highly recommend him and your company to any friends and family visiting Hanoi. Great work and thanks again.

      Recommended Jeep tour
We had a great day exploring Hanoi. Visiting the highlights of the place, discovering hidden gems, small streets and the daily life of Hanoians. Thanks to the enthusiasm of the tour guide and his knowledge, we got to know the local culture and the people who live and work there. The Jeep was a really comfortable and enjoyable vehicle, everything was well-arranged and safety was guaranteed.

      The perfect Sapa Trip
Situated at the foot of the majestic Hoang Lien Son mountain range and just 5-6 hours from Hanoi by highway, Sa Pa was our ideal destination. The beauty of Sapa is unparalleled, and this 2-day tour showcased it perfectly. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the tour guide was excellent. We loved walking through the picturesque villages and breathing in the fresh mountain air. A truly memorable experience

      A must-try experience
The HaLong Bay and Ti Top Island day tour was the absolute highlight of our trip! Departing from Hanoi, the bay is dotted with thousands of limestone islands of all shapes and sizes, creating a magnificent and different landscape from the rest of the world. A popular option is to take a sightseeing cruise with itineraries passing by places like Ga Choi Islet, Dinh Huong Islet, Sung Sot Cave, Thien Cung Cave, Titop Island... The karst limestone mountains are incredible and Ti Top Island offers a great combination of adventure and relaxation. The organization and friendly tour guide made the trip even more special.

      Great trip to the waterfall
In simple words this is a fantastic drive to the waterfalls. Things to know, Cao Bang is far from Hanoi. It takes many hours to get there so he prepared. Thankfully we knew this and was mentally and physically prepared for the journey. We opted to travel at day and not overnight to look at the views on the way. The further away from Hanoi the better the views outside your vehicle becomes. You will see local Vietnamese people going about their day. Which is wonderful as we wanted to see this outside of Hanoi. The tour is designed for adequate rest stops along the journey. The rest rooms/ toilets were well maintained in those places. Food along the way was great just like Hanoi. So you're guaranteed to have good food even at your destination. Take snacks with you so you can share between the tour group and that's a great way to make new friends. The particular guide we got that day (Yow was his name, I'm sure I misspelled it now) was a fantastic guy who made sure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of. He knew great details about places we visited and always answered questions with great enthusiasm. We could see his smile becomes big when we ask questions and he knew we were truly interested. Fantastic person he was. The place we slept for the night was clean and food was good. Basic facilities only, however for a night of sleep that is plenty. Rooms were quite big and that made us feel relaxed. Great overall. First day we visited only Angel eye mountain. Second day we visited the cave, pagoda and the waterfall. My only criticism would be that we should have done the cave the first day. That way we would have had more time for the waterfall. I really believe waterfall experience should be more as people traveled a great distance to see it. Our driver was a slow driver and maybe that's why I feel this way. He was traveling at 70km/h when the road sign was for 100km/h and the road ahead was empty, no one else in front of the road ahead. That was frustrating to look at that and do nothing. Hopefully other drivers go to speed limit. However I am giving 5 stars to the whole experience and ticking off a bucket list item with a big smile. Great work by the team.

      Amazing experience
Our day in Ha Long Bay and Ti Top Island was amazing! The boat ride was comfortable and the scenery was spectacular. The climb up to Ti Top Island gave us breathtaking views and the beach was the perfect place to relax. Thanks to John, a truly excellent guide, for making our trip perfect. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. A true gem of VietNam

What a great way to explore Hanoi's culinary culture! The tour took us to iconic and lesser-known locations, offering a taste of authentic dishes. The expertise of the guide and the thrill of riding in a vintage Jeep made this adventure fun and flavorful.

      Prefect experience on the trip
The Jeep ride through the Red River Delta was a unique experience. The itinerary was well planned, with stops to learn about local crafts and traditions. The scenery was stunning and the off-roading was fun. Booking the trip was quick, the staff were helpful, we had no problems booking the trip and the experience was absolutely great.

I chose the option to transfer from Hanoi and bungalow for the homestay. This was overall a great trip. The weather wasn't always on our side but I still had a lot of fun.

The departing bus was a bit late and chaotic duting boarding, which is expected for traffic in the city. The itinerary for the rest of the trip was on time and smoothsailing, though.

My group consisted of 5 people which is a huge plus since smaller groups make for easier coordination. I joined as a solo traveler but was able to connect with others and felt safe throughout the tour. Our tour guide was May who is awesome. She's super friendly, accommodating, and knowledgable about the places we saw along the trek since she's a local.

It was super foggy on the first day which blocked so many good views but we were able to see more on the second day. Keep a close eye on the weather forecast and choose to go close to harvest season if you wanna see the picturesque rice terraces. In my case the views felt a bit more bleak due to the season but it was still beautiful. Be sure to bring shoes with traction and which you don't mind getting dirty, since the ground can get really muddy. There were some locals trying to walk with us to sell stuff. If you don't want to buy anything, just firmly say no at the very beginning so they hopefully won't keep following.

Also, food and homestay were all good. I don't eat meat and there was always something for me.

A great 2 day trip! Vu was a great guide and tried her best to make sure we were all safe during the hike. As it is currently rainy season, it was quite slippery and I recommend purchasing the boots in the town before starting the hike. Otherwise be prepared to get muddy! The bus driver was also very professional and drove safely. However, the bus lacked cleanliness (seats were dirty and most seats did not have functional recliners for the long drive. The bungalow was very nice and the food was delicious. A nice hot shower is possible and don’t forget to turn on the heat blanket but turn off before going to sleep due to risk of fire. There is also the possibility to rent boots only for the second day hike through the bamboo forest from the bungalow for 50k dong and I recommend if you use your own shoes / hiking boots to use the bungalow’s shoe washing and drying service for 60k dong.

Transportation via sleeper bus was ok, but 6-hour long bus (Strongly recommend anti-nausea meds for curvy roads, pack everything in your under-the-bus bag bc there is NO storage in the bus, and bring along some food to eat bc food/bathroom breaks every 2 hrs didn't have reasonably-priced food. Would be tough for tall people bc sleeper beds are for 5'8" or shorter. Also, take a pic of your bus, so you get back on the right one). We were greeted at bus in Sapa by our local guide, who brought us to a local restaurant for good lunch. Our bags were transported to our homestay and we went on a lengthy hike through the rice terraces (bring good shoes. If it's been rainy, it will be slippery and muddy). Local ladies were a bit demanding when it came to 'helping us' on the trail, and then very pushy that we buy their well-overpriced handicrafts as we parted ways. Our guide was great - knowledgeable and a great command of the English language. The homestay wasn't quite the personal experience I expected (in someone's actual home). It was more like a hostel. I wish we had opted for the more expensive, private on-site bungalows - cute! The food (more of a restaurant than someone's home) was excellent and abundant, and we enjoyed our fellow travelers. We enjoyed the hikes through the area, which would have been perfect, if not for the heavy fog :( This location had a bit more noise, so I would consider a more remote location for a more authentic experience. I wish we had stayed another full day in Sapa area, and had time to do the cable car to the top of the mountain, though fog most often obscures the views, so there is no guarantee of the tremendous view. Overall, we enjoyed Sapa and the unique rice-terraced region.

This was my last trip in Vietnam and boy was it worth it! I have heard that Sa Pa is too touristic and although the main city has is tailored a lot under tourists the hike through the valleys is a breathtaking experience!

I highly recommend doing this tour as part of your itinerary in Vietnam. The cost of thr tour includes meals, cottage or dorm accommodation, and hiking with a guide. All that for a cost of a on night stay in a hotel in Sa Pa! You really get your moneys worth with this trip.

Our guide Khu has been an amazing guide teaching us about the culture, local way of life, and making sure that everyone is safe whilst hiking. Great communication skills and friendly approach. Thank you for making this tour so enjoyable Khu!

Please do not skip this tour. You won't regret it.

Our guide Cat was very helpful and friendly, and the locations we visited in Sa Pa were beautiful. Unfortunately there was heavy rain while we were there which curtailed a few of the treks, but Cat kept us safe and well informed throughout. The homestay itself was well equipped and very picturesque and the food at the restaurant was tasty. For booking this tour you should know that the part from Hanoi to Sapa is not guided, so make sure to get Google translate or another translation app on your phone to make sure you understand the rest stop instructions (e.g. toilets) and to communicate with the driver if needed. Also if it is raining make sure to pack your belongings in rain covers as otherwise they will get wet, there isn’t anywhere to leave bags out of the rain when transferring initially from the small to the large coach in Hanoi. All in all, this tour was excellent and good value for money despite the rain throwing some curveballs, and the location is well worth visiting with its beautiful rice terraces and mountains.

Sapa was beautiful and the trekking was an experience not to miss. The home stay was actually more a hostel but we did have our own room and bathroom. Unfortunately, the tour package was a terrible shambles. The sleeper bus that took us to sapa was dirty, we had to pack our own luggage under the bus, we weren’t greeted nor was any part of the journey explained. When we stopped in the middle of the night we weren’t told how long we would stop for nor did the driver make any attempt to count passengers before he left the stop so bad luck if anyone was left behind. There was no wifi on either bus (as advertised) and charging ports only on our return journey. The worst of it was arriving in sapa at 5am to a bunch of taxi drivers asking where we were going. There was no one from the tour group to meet us. We had no idea where to go or who to ring at that time in the morning. In desperation, we rang our previous hotel ‘La Siesta Classic’ on Hang Thung in Hanoi, who were just amazing as always (see separate review). At a coffee shop in Sapa we finally had wifi and were able to make contact our tour company Vietnam Travel Top. Com
A young tour operator then met us at the coffee shop and told us the tour guide would arrive at 8 am for our departure. There was no apology or explanation for our situation. The return from Sapa was also a shambles which had us walking through rain and mud in streets of Sapa to the bus stop to wait in the rain for each passenger to be checked on the bus. The driver never smiled or spoke to the passengers, once in either direction. When shown a broken seatbelt, the driver shrugged and walked away. It was actually difficult to stay on the bed without a working seatbelt as you slide off the vinyl going round corners. We were given one bottle of water over two days, we had to purchase all other water bottles- not as advertised. Over all, go to Sapa but avoid this tour company. We paid $266 for 2 people with one night home stay and return sleeper bus- too much for what we got. A local travel agent would have secured a better deal with a more reliable company.

The trip was great. Not too difficult when it's dry.

Our tour guide was Su she is really great, she professionally guided us though sapa. It was mostly a way down from the sapa to the village in a valley. Such a great experience be sure you take mosquito repelent and watch out for poop on your way.

We stayed in a loop homestay it was really nice here a bit more expensive for vietnam. When we went from sapa city, ladies selling things went with us, they were really nice and they helped us in some places, but in the end they upsold us not homade things, I would be so happy to give them some money for help or more money for homemade things, but these were bought somewhere, so be prepared for that. You will also be followed by kids or other ladies selling you other stuff.

This trip was incredible. We were taken from our stay in Hanoi to Sapa Town via a very comfy sleeper bus, which made the travel feels seamless. Once we arrived, our guide, Sú, greeted us warmly. Our entire experience was incredible end-to-end. The hotel was immaculate with full facilities, all meals were paid for, and the hikes were incredible. We were accompanied by locals to help clumsy people like myself stay upright on some of the slippery parts, and the towns had well priced local goods. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has 2 (or more) days to spare in the north.

Went on the first tour after reopening from the damage caused by typhoon Yagi. Despite this, the tour was organised superbly, with no issues or changes in the transport or itinerary. The areas of the trek that were affected by landslides were navigated safely or provided an efficient detour. The tour guide, Khu Sapa, was very helpful with providing information along the way and answering all the questions that were had. The Homestay was very clean and comfortable and the reopening celebration with the members of the tour guide company in the evening was a joyful experience.

We had May Ly as our tour guide during the last two days and she was very professional, on time, impressive with her knowledge and passion in her town. The tour was great value, the bungalow was comfortable and the local foods provided was delicious.

The only fault is the bus ride over and back. It is not big enough, feels very crammed and not very clean. Especially if you are on the bottom floor, I can see dust, rubbish and debris everywhere.
