Great support in booking our transport around Hanoi
We stayed at Awesome Home Hanoi, the accommodation also owned by Lee. He helped book us return bus tickets to Sapa for a great price as well as a taxi to the airport through private transfer. So easy. He also let us leave our bags at the accommodation and shower on return from Sapa before our flight. Perfect English, very friendly and helpful. Thanks Lee!

Amazing trip, great food and very nice and friendly guide with Hanoi Biking Travel
We had a great time on the Cozy Bay Cruise with our guide Ms Nhung and the other passengers. On the first day, we climbed Ti Top island. The view from the top was amazing but there are thousands of other tourists going up there (quite crowded). Afterwards, we had a great experience kayaking and saw wild baby monkeys :) On the second day, we were guided through an amazing cave (again many many tourists but it is definitely worth it). The food that the staff prepared on the cruise was tasty and plenty. In addition, we asked for vegetarian meals and always got an appropriate tasty replacement.

One private day tour in Ninh Binh with Hanoi Biking Travel
We booked one private day trip to Ninh Binh from Hanoi and very happy with Hanoi Biking Travel. As traveling with kids we prefer the private tour to Trang An boat - Thai vi temple - Bich Tong pagoda and Hanoi Biking Travel offer us the plan really meet our expectations. The tour is faultless and we all love the country side of Ninh Binh, tour guide (Ms Nhung) is very kind and possible to answer all our questions from our family, she knows the least touristy area and walking with us, explained the farming, countryside life..great lessons for our city kid. We decided to use their transport service to Sapa and again very satisfied with the driver. He is patient and careful driver. Thank you guys. Keep doing great job and successful.

Visa Services at Hanoi Biking Travel
Hanoi biking travel Visa Services is absolutely fantastic. They walk you through each step, they are thorough, very knowledgeable and they work with integrity. They even have someone accompany you to the post office in case any issues should arise. Every question or concern I had was addressed within minutes of reaching out. And on top the great service, they are some of the sweetest most authentic people I've ever done business with. Thank you so much!!!

Experience Hanoi by Bike with hanoi biking travel
We just finished our tour with Hanoi Biking Travel. A great experience! Chong, our guide, guided us as a master through the hectic traffic of Hanoi, even with our 2 children (14 and 11) we felt very save. Chong teached us a lot about Vietnam’s history and culture, showed us the most interesting places in Hanoi and surroundings. With his excellent English we had enjoying conversations and ton of information of Vietnam. We really recommand this tour.

Amazing guided adventure through a truly unique place
Trung was our private tour guide to Ninh Binh for the day, and he was incredible. He and the driver picked us up from the JW Marriott Hanoi, which many of the other Hanoi-based tour companies would not do. Trung was fluent in English and was able to answer and discuss many of our questions in depth, including things like Vietnamese culture, politics, and perceptions. This level of conversation was rare in Southeast Asia and we were very pleased to finally be able to talk about things beyond tourism. The included 7-course lunch was very good and featured local food, and activities included a boat ride through Ninh Binh (with an older lady padding with her feet), and a hike up 500 steps to get a view of the surrounding valleys. Trung was always prepared with cold water and an umbrella as needed; we couldn't have asked for a better guide!

    Mr. Lee Loi is awesome!
I went on a countryside cycling tour with Mr. Lee Loi and he was awesome! He picked me up from my hotel and we rode his motorbike to the big house by the river with the bikes. We were fitted and then rode off to the countryside. It took about 20 minutes or so to get out of the main downtown areas of Hanoi but soon we were way out in the countryside which was totally different. We stopped a few times for food and drinks as well as a few sites where Mr. Lee Loi explained the location, history, etc. This was a lot of fun and most of the road was flat so it was not hard at all. You do need to be careful riding around in the city since you'll be mixed in with all of the motorbikes but the guide was great in making sure that you are safe through his hand signals, etc. Highly recommended!

    So much fun!
This cruise was so much fun! It was all people around our age (21) which was awesome because they wanted to party as much as we did, the staff on the boat go out of there way to meet your needs, rooms were small but clean which is all you need cause you’re never in your room, the bungalow on the island was so amazing looking out over the water every bungalow has an amazing view, all the food was great and had a good variety.

    Must do in Hanoi
We were a group of 8 with 4 teenagers and wanted to experience true Hanoi. The tour delivered! Everything from the riding through the rice fields to the temple and finishing with amazing local cuisine was above our expectations. It was a pleasurable ride with a small amount of fitness required and our guides always looking out for our needs. Highly recommend this tour.

    Unforgettably amazing!
It was recommended to me to use Mr. Lee Loi for any tour arrangements during my recent 2 week stay in Vietnam. I truly feel as though I'd won the lottery - best advice I've ever taken. Lee ended up organizing 3 separate experiences for me and as a solo female traveler, I couldn't have been more at ease! Prior to arriving in Hanoi, I'd booked a Halong Bay cruise through Lee and he was diligent to connect with me via WhatsAp about a week before departure. Every detail was seen to and I did not have to 'shop around' for tours in Hanoi. Everything went exactly to plan. After disembarking in Halong Bay I made a decision to try to stay in the countryside. I messaged Lee and within 20 minutes he'd arranged my Rural Seaside Homestay! I was transported to Ninh Binh - Tam Coc for 1 night with an amazing boating, bicycling and trip to Hoa Lu citadel - what an experience, just phenomenal! Following that, I met Lee - he waited for me for hours as I finished my activities in Tam Coc!! This man is incredibly kind and caring, he is dedicated to ensuring his clients are satisfied and he takes personal pride in caring for others. We proceeded to Nam Dinh where I stayed with Lee's family at the homestay operated by his sister. I had the most unforgettable, authentic and community-focused experience. I ate extraordinary meals with Lee's extended family as he patiently translated for me and those who wished to ask me questions. It was one of the most fulfilling travel encounters I've ever been part of! Don't be fooled by the name "Hanoi Biking Travel" as Lee can organize tours and excursions virtually anywhere in Vietnam! I will definitely use Lee again when I visit Vietnam and I have absolutely no hesitation to recommend him to my family/friends!

Great tour, awesome value, Lea is terrific
Mr Lee met us at our hotel and paid for a taxi to take us to his beautiful location on the red river. He fitted us with Bikes and gave us a helmet. He was very careful to make sure that we were comfortable riding on the roads out into the country. He took us to many interesting locations and explained all the meaning behind it. We stopped to take pictures at the treehouse, the rice fields, the oldest Temple in Vietnam, and historical homes. He bought us a wonderful lunch at a family restaurant that was delicious. We met a lot of the Vietnamese people and they were very friendly and gracious. He gave us the option to cancel since it was raining but we are so glad that we put on the raingear he gave us and took this tour. I highly recommend it to anyone Who wants to see the real Vietnam with a local citizen

    Exceeded expectations
Signed up for a countryside tour, which was good and as expected (it's amazing how you can feel like you're in the countryside so close to Hanoi). The pleasant surprise was a mini food and bar tour of Hanoi's old quarter that was tucked on the end of the trip, including a visit to a cafe on the train line. Tour guide was great and the company over delivered in the best way possible. Would definitely recommend.
