About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- vaziyadn20250 contributionsSuper HaLong Bay CruiseVery nice boat and excellent staff with super friendly service. Transfers were coordinated well for the 2D1N cruise. Lunch was a buffet with a lot of seafood options. Vegetarian options could also be ordered. Dinner was a fixed menu and all of the dishes were well prepared. Breakfast was great… with really tasty and hot Pho served to order. Coffee drinks were extra but beautifully presented and delicious! Thank you to Jasmine, Jimmy and other staff members for making our cruise extremely enjoyable !Written 10 February 2025
- PRASHIT20190 contributionsHalong Bay - Bucket listJasmine, Ann and the Moncheri Team. Fantastic and excellent service. Plus fantastic food & catering for vegetarian diet. Plus kayaking, swimming, cooking class, board games and cave sight seeing. And just absorbing the Halong Bay natural beauty in person is breathtaking (photos and videos do not justify it- have to see it in person). Bucket list tickedWritten 26 January 2025
- yvettem3910 contributionsA Must visitChrist Statue at Vung Tau - Private Tour Ho Chi Minh - Vung Tau - 3 hours Amazing! a must visit. The views are spectacular as is the beautiful biblical statues all the way up. The view from the Christ statue is amazing. there are 800 steps to the base of the statue and another 300 inside the statue. Be aware the access to the statue is closed from noon to 1:30pm! we waited and it was an extremely hot dayWritten 18 January 2025
- Tony E0 contributionsA "Don't Miss" While VisitingHa Long bay has become very crowded with tourists but there's a reason for that. It's one of those sites that you can't miss while visiting Vietnam. The views are stunning and every room on the ship allows you to awaken looking out at the fantastic waters and dolomites. Our crew was very kind and attentive, especially Tam, the director and "Ducky", our restaurant host. We did the one night and today Cruise but if we come back we would extend for one day and do the two night. It's a great way to relax, especially mid trip when you've been active seeing lots of sites!Written 10 January 2025
- Sulee_110 contributionsA relaxing cruise without a large crowdVery comfortable cabins and each with their own balcony to view the picturesque UNESCO World Heritage Site that features thousands of limestone karsts and islets of various shapes and sizes that rise from the emerald-green waters. Food was abundant and service from the crew was fantastic! We did kayaking during the day and squid fishing at night. Should have book a 2 night stay instead of overnight cruise.Written 9 January 2025
- CarolineS8850 contributionsNice cruiseNice cruise with great staff on board and decent food. However communication before the cruise has lot’s of room for improvement as it was quite unclear and bordering on rude.Written 8 January 2025

- Compass423544579070 contributionsBrilliant staffThe staff were the stars of the show of this cruise- not one thing was off limits to ask for. Sophie was very helpful at dinner time especially and huyên was also great. Jenney was the lead of our tour and she was informative and encouraging especially when cycling - she took pictures of us at our little stops and sent them to us by air drop . She asked our permission first which I thought was so kind as I wouldn’t be offended but know others might be. We went on few of the trips and found them interesting and enjoyable. Kayaking was offered on two days. Food was a set menu so make sure to let the staff know your dietary needs before hand they will accommodate all requests. The only negatives - I found this was a trip for us that would be weather dependent you would get a lot more enjoyment on a sunny trip but this isn’t obviously controllable by Erina cruise. Also small things like cracked cups, and little fraying on towels just take away from the 5 starsWritten 15 December 2024
- Wanderer002469142150 contributions5/5A fantastic cruise with great meals, stunning rooms with a balcony in the room with a breathtaking view. The staff smiled and created an especially pleasant espicialy -my - who was there all the time and helped with every request with a smile and care that we will enjoy throughout the cruiseWritten 8 December 2024

- Companion132459568210 contributionsGorgeous Halong Bay!Such an amazing experience! We didn’t get to do kayaking due to being told about an incident a day prior and government regulations after this. However, overall the staff and service was exceptional and it is a stunning part of the world. Shout out to Kim and Luna, wonderful people!Written 26 November 2024
- Vardit20140 contributionsGreat ship but not the promised itineraryBeautiful ship, very big rooms with balcony and big shower. Bed was so comfortable!! Food was great, they took care of us pescatarians and made us feel special. Nice warm water swimming pool as well. Now to the part why I gave it 4 stars and not 5: they advertised it as having free kayaking and when we boarded the ship they gave us a different itinerary. Took us to the pearl farm instead. When I asked about the kayaks I was told the government banned it just 2 days ago and later I heard 2 people were missing or even dead. Not sure exactly, but we did see a group from a different ship taking kayaks from the pearl farm!! So apparently there it was allowed. I expected Erina to stand by their promised itinerary and find a way to make it work. Kim, the guest services manager was very understanding and kind and tried her best to make me feel pleased. Thank you Kim!Written 19 November 2024
- juliebU1700VK0 contributionsWonderful ExperienceBreathtakingly beautiful scenery, boat is beautiful, can't fault the luxurious rooms. Staff make you feel right at home and look after your every need. Kim ( Cruise Coordinator) treated us like family and Mia and her team in the dining room were spot on. Will do this cruise again.Written 13 November 2024
