We had a fantastic half day tour. Our guide Daisy was brilliant, she was very informative and took loads of photos for everyone on the tour. You don't get much time at each place but it is enough to get a decent taste of it all. As people have said the Big Buddha is closed and may not even re open due to a landslide. Would I recommend this tour, yes I would. We only had 3 nights in Phuket so this was a great way to see the main sites. Again I cannot praise Daisy enough she was brilliant

Good tour, excellent guide, good value for money for the amount you get to see. The only issue is the traffic. A four hour tour ended up being 7 hours due to the ridiculous traffic. Out of that 7 hours, more than half of that time was spent in the coach.

This was a fantastic way to see the Palace and temples our guide Mr Panu was fabulous, he took his time to explain everything and took so many photos for us

Phuket City Tour was prompt. They took us to three different view point’s and to a temple. Could not see any monkey and we stopped at old town Phuket for an hour to relax and shop.

Amazing trip. Would highly recommend. The awesome tour guides were very organised and took us to spectacular spots, they were very friendly and knew what they were doing. One of the tour guides knew English, Chinese & French and probably other languages too. The buffet provided was delicious. Thanks guys for the fantastic day

This was a good way to see parts of the city I hadn't seen yet. The guide was very attentive, taking pictures for me and providing me with cover-ups for the temples. She was also very knowledgeable and answered many of my questions about the history and culture of Thailand. The Big Budda is closed until further notice due to a mudslide but we were taken to places where we could see it from a distance. My only complaint that isn't "really" a complaint is that I thought we would get a guided historical walking tour of Phuket Old Town but instead, we were released to wander for an hour on our own.

Overall the tour was good. The guide was thoughtful and attentive. Since we had opted for a private tour we were expecting a private car to take us around. However, we took public transportation. The upside was that we got to experience different forms of transportation- tuk tuk, boat. There was quite a bit of walking involved. Felt a little rushed.

The views were awesome. The tour time itself was appropriate for the directive. For those of us who toured a little faster than normal, the driver was always nearby to let people back on the bus early (HOT day!). Daisy, my tour guide was informative, polite, and anthuastic. Would definitely do a different tour with her in the future!

While the sites we visited were beautiful, The guide for this tour walked and spoke very fast! It ruined the experience for us. The day was hot and we had to beg for a stop for water.

Excellent tour! Our guide picked us up from the hotel promptly and was friendly and professional. He provided history and explained key facts about the landmarks. He took photos for us and answered all our questions. Would recommend this tour to anyone.

Had a great trip! Tour accommodated our pickup out side the area. Our tour guide was wonderful. Struggled a little with the English language, but was delightful and very knowledgeable.

Efficient and timely pick up. Driver was a little early but didn’t rush. Drop off right at the door for check in. Would recommend.

Wonderful tour of Phuket and seeing the monkeys was fun. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend

This was a complete waste of money. We wish we had read other reviews before booking this trip. We booked the 10am canal and temple trip. We were messaged the day before advising a new meeting time of 9am. It transpired that we were added to a 'private' tour of the canals which worked out more convenient and cheaper for the tour operator. Otherwise, we would have been the only couple on the 'group' tour at the later time!! The canal tour was way too long, 1/2 hr would have been sufficient. The golden Buddha we were hoping to see was completely covered in scaffolding and tarpaulin, which weren't told before hand, so saw nothing of that. The tour operator was inaudible, with poor English and extremely lacking in information during the trip. The boat driver thought it was great to constantly speed up and slow down to the extent that both of us felt sick on a canal!!!! To us, it looked like the tour guide just used some random boat rather than a dedicated, reliable person. We noticed she hagled with the driver prior to boarding the boat. This might be normal, but it may have been the reason why the driver felt the need to speed up and slow down all the time. On completion of the all too long canal trip we were handed over to another tour guide for the three temple section of the tour. We have no idea what her name was as her English was appalling. To the point where we both stopped listening to her due to the lack of diction and clarity. We were taken to each temple, at one point having to board a local bus. We found the temple visits interesting but learnt very little to nothing from the tour guide. We felt it would have been just as easy catching the public river taxi and going to the temples under our own steam saving a considerable amount of money. Finally, after visiting the last temple, we were led to the public river taxi, made to purchase 2 tickets back to our original meeting point and left to our own devices. It quite clearly states that the tour starts and finishes at the meeting point. We should not have had to purchase our own taxi tickets to return to the meeting point. We felt this tour was nothing short of a 'scam'. TripAdvisor needs to get a grip on these sort of trip providers and come down hard on them and remove them from the site otherwise the TripAdvisor brand will be seriously harmed. I've read some of the responses from the trip provider to some of the other recent bad reviews. They are not constructive and do not accept any responsibility for their poor standards. Others, please be very wary of booking this trip!!!! If we could rate it lower, we would!!
