Good experience with famous Phi Phi island tour,very much appreciated of YTRI Travels that they have give us upgrade to Silver Seat in free of cost. By asking the reason of upgrade so being said that they always give upgrade to there customers for Phi Phi island of Big boat tour. Great service and trip

Amazing sunset dinner with beautiful and mesmerizing 7 island with delicious food on board. The perfect memory for our anniversary with our friends. Really got amazed with attraction. High recommended for special occasions like anniversaries.

Transportation was very smooth and on time. The Staff shows our name at airport. Even for departure transportation our guide to drop us. On Time Pick up at phuket airport. Staff was showing your name so its very easy to find them. Van was full air conditioning and very clean.

What a disappointment! The tour guide was friendly and helpful but we couldn’t hear her ,she spoke so quickly and told us the same thing over and over so often that we eventually both gave up asking questions to clarify what was actually going on and then ultimately stopped listening. We have had a nice drive around the countryside in a clean cool van but really haven’t learnt that much unfortunately. The big Buddha is impressive too… although we couldn’t find her after we had finished and wandered around looking for her for some time before eventually calling the agency number and asking them to find her. The guide may have been new or just nervous so I feel bad giving this review but if I ask myself would I want anyone else to buy this tour, I feel compelled to be honest. Don’t do it. I’m sure there are lots of great guides on the island.
