About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- 48sallah0 contributionsScammy - stay awayI booked a private temples tour + grand palace with a stop for lunch. I booked with them again because I thought it’d be good. I even requested the same guide as last time and was given a rude response. This time we had an elder woman who had some very uncomfortable and xenophobic views. At the end of the tour we were taken to a jewellery store and pressured to spend money. Such a scam honestly. And a betrayal of our trust as tourists under their care.Written 10 December 2024
- Theroaminghaggis1230 contributionsRelaxing way to see the highlights!Relaxing way to see the Highlights, beautiful temples at a leisurely pace, sail along the river on a heritage ship taking a moment to feed the fish and watch a life Thai dance before being taken to dinner. No hassle, good driver, good van with an aircon, small group size! Definitely recommend :)Written 10 December 2024
- Fearless556258819690 contributionsAmazing Experience on the Tour!I really enjoyed the tour! It was great to see all of the sights my favourites were the Buddha Mountain and the Sanctuary of Truth was amazing to hear to stories and meanings from the guides there as well. Our tour guide Noh was really friendly, bubbly and had a great attitude! He was super helpful and kept to moral up for the group during the day! Overall would highly recommend this tour for sightseeing Pattaya!Written 30 November 2024

- BLUEMOOM0 contributionsUnique Museum encased in a marvelous structure. This is a fascinating complex impressive for the copper structure containing exhibits on the history and culture of Siam and the Buddhist philosophy explained. It’s beautiful and unique and one could easily spend hours here.Written 25 November 2024
- howardb3760 contributionsMy tripI didn’t care for the gem place? I’m a guy and all I saw was jewelry for women. That part of f the tour just didn’t appeal to me at allWritten 23 November 2024
- V8691FFangelae0 contributionsExcellent TripExcellent trip with our very knowledgeable guide Rach. We enjoyed all the different components of the day - Jeath Museum, long tailed boat trip to the Bridge (not included in our trip, but it was in some others, but able to pay when there), train trip ( worth upgrading, which we did), walks on railway lines both at end of train trip and over River Kwai bridge. Excellent buffet lunch at restaurant with stunning views. Also visit to war graves, which was very moving. It was a long day, made longer by road accident on way back, but welll worth it. An added bonus - Rach took photos throughout the day and sent them to us all. Came away with a much greater understanding of what it took to build the bridge. Thank you 😊Written 20 November 2024

- summerexplorer0 contributionsBeautiful trip, slightly misleading advertisementThe trip was great. Our guide, Jom, was very nice and knowledgeable. I was worried about the heat, but we got there in the afternoon, saw one temple, did a breezy boat ride, and then saw another temple after dark that was beautifully lit up, so it was all very comfortable. I have no complaints about the trip, which was efficiently managed and interesting, but I deducted one star for the advertisement, which is wrong. There are more templed advertised than we actually saw/it‘s misleading, because they count the ones you see only from the river. We went inside to only two temples. Again, I was happy with everything in the tour, I would have just liked the advertisement to be a little clearer. I also expected to get a meal since the text said we can choose a veg or non veg meal, and there was no meal at all included. Additionally, on the boat there is a part when you feed the river fish some bread, but apparently bread is bad for fish and causes them digestive issues, so I would appreciate it if they could switch that to fish food.Written 11 November 2024
- 406pepperw0 contributionsPretty but a long driveWe spent most of our time in the van. We also were not offered to order food. We loved the boat ride and the dancer. We would have liked more history.Written 9 November 2024
- Della K0 contributionsLong but worthwhile day tripIt was like a private tour for my family (4 of us). Paid extra for pick up at our hotel at 7am. Our guide, Jira and the driver were very on time. The minivan was clean and comfortable for the long journey to and fro. Bottled water was provided. Buffet lunch was nice with a view of the river. Special mention to our guide, Jira who was very knowledgeable and spoke good English so we could understand her well. She shared a lot of interesting information about the places, and also ensured that we got the best seats on the train. She walked along with us at the small stalls after lunch and helped as translator to the shopkeepers when we were buying souvenirs. We got back to the hotel at almost 7pm but it was a good day trip, worth the money and time.Written 5 November 2024

At 200 THB, the entrance is not cheap and so are other things at this place - clothes, food etc. The ticket includes a 40 minute guided tour tour in english and some other languages. Mr Thompson was an american who settled in Thailand, collected a lot of antique artifacts including Buddha statues, painting etc. These are on display in the house - and 4 other small structures. There is small lush green garden by the side of a canal which has active waterway transport.

Lucky was a phenomenal guide. She had great knowledge of Thailand's culture and history. She was also very accommodating to minor request. Very patient and pleasant overall!
As we walked through the museum, she explained some of the religious aspect of some of the pieces as well as the relations between other nations.
The Jim Thompson House tour was nice as well. Learned about his connections with various distinguished people and the architecture of the house.
We also went to the Gem and Mineral museum. There was a video the beginning, a walk through of the jewlry creation and shopping. They have a good range of quality items.
I enjoyed my time and appreciate Elle's aka "Lucky" patience and desire to make sure we had a great experience. I hope to see her again on my next trip to Thailand
