        Brilliant trip, well worth booking.
Mr Thai, our guide, was very efficient and chatted freely about the history and sites. He was really helpful when it came to lunch and choosing local dishes. Would thoroughly recommend as we had the tour to ourselves, very comfortable car and brilliant driver.

        Rubbish
Just a waste of time and money, very cheaply made, can’t be called a temple even, far too many tourists being fooled that it’s a place to see. Both temples.

        Good trip
This was an enjoyable outing. I had a good time, got some good photos. Since I had the privilege of sitting next to our guide, I was able to hear & understand the points of interest she was announcing. If I were in the front of the boat, I don’t think I would have been able to hear her over the boat engine. All in all, good trip. Thank you Coco

The driver and tour guide, boon, were really friendly 5 starts for them. They did their absolute best to make us enjoy our time. However the drive is actually very bumpy and uncomfortable. My husband got nauseous. Also make sure to eat beforehand so you’re not starving later on the long drive home. Snacks provided but not always filling.

More of a nice pick up and drop off service at each tour spot.
The temples were great to visit and very beautiful. However- Very touristy and crowded. Rated 3 star because we really didn’t learn anything from our guide. I have to look up the history and read about it.

A very nice trip overall! We're so glad we got to see Erawan especially since we were staying in Bangkok. We would have liked more time at the National Park, rather than at the Museum/railway, the museum was very, very dated and small, quite run down, but important to see. Lunch was expensive and not that tasty, we would have preferred to browse the various lunch options at Erawan.
The national park itself was stunning, gorgeous waterfalls and we loved swimming at different levels. You need to pay 20baht to rent a lifejacket if you want to swim. I'd recommend hiking the waterfall first to see where you want to swim, rather than carrying the lifejacket, then hire one and go straight to the level you want to swim at.
We wished our guide gave us more information about the trip and was more engaging with the group, it was more of a charter bus than a tour. But great experience and thank you for a wonderful time! 🥰

We had a wonderful time in Kanchanaburi and Erawan National Park. It was a nice full-day excursion from Bangkok. While it’s a long drive (about 3 hours total with a few stops along the way to Erawan), it’s a good opportunity to escape the heat a bit in the mountains, and learn about a different historical topic in Thailand. This was the second tour we had with our guide, Bond, and she was kind, professional, and informative on both of our tours. Bring your swimsuit because the tour builds in time for swimming at the waterfalls. Swimmers must wear life vests, which are available for 20 Baht. The tour recommends closed-toe shoes, but I personally recommend wearing waterproof sandals instead, like chacos or tevas. It’s a short walk on a paved path to the waterfalls, and with the rocks and sand around the waterfalls, waterproof sandals are more ideal and versatile.

The waterfalls were absolutely wonderful, however I’d recommend using a different tour company. We paid extra to be picked up outside the main zone, so we were picked up before 7am however the tour guide was picked up after us and was late which left us sitting in the car waiting for him for over an hour in Bangkok. In light of this, while on the tour, he did not stop at places very long because, as he quoted, we didn’t have enough time. He was also not an English speaking guide, he had extremely limited English and could not understand anything we asked him. He also slept during the drive and did not explain anything while on the tour. There was actually no point of him being there, and we wish the tour company had simply used the driver as he was more helpful than the guide. He even ended up arguing with one of the other attendees because he directed her to go to the wrong place for pick up and yelled at her over the phone. All in all, we really enjoyed the day, but our only disappointment was the tour guide.

Secondly, on our trip to Erawan waterfall and River Kwai tour the guide did not take us to the museum which we paid for and was on the itinerary. In general what you pay for and what is on the itinerary is different to what you experience. The guide did not take us to JEATH war museum, very disappointing

It's a lot of travel for a day trip. The waterfalls at Erawan National Park are stunning and beautiful. It's definitely worth seeing but I would recommend going to the park or an area close by and staying in the area so you can spend more time enjoying the falls. The museum was small and not super informative, the bridge was beautiful and interesting to learn about but again was a very short time seeing the museum and bridge and most time was spent in the van driving and at the waterfalls.

There was a lot of driving (about 3 hours each way), but if you have the time to spend the full day (7:30am-7:30pm), I thought it was worth it. You break up the drive on the way to the park with a gas station break (bathroom, snacks) and then a stop at the Bridge over the river Kwai. The museum is small and very low budget, but between the museum and the tour, you get a good idea of some WWII history, then you drive a short distance to the bridge, which is a great photo op. The national park is very cool. There are waterfalls up 7 levels, so you can hang out and swim at the bottom, or if you want a workout, hike all the way to the top. Note "hike" is largely staircases. It's not for the faint of heart. Air is hot and humid, but water is very cool and refreshing. Fish in the water will nibble at your feet. There are places at the base of the waterfall to have lunch, snacks, buy small souvenirs. Overall, I enjoyed the excursion.

We were met by our tour guide who was easy to identify. The transport was very comfortable with free WiFi. We were given a bottle of water and frequent comfort breaks throughout the day. Our guide provided us with a full background on the history relevant to our tour. We had sufficient time at each stop to understand the importance of this history. We had 3.5hrs at the park which included time for lunch. We bought our own lunch there after suggestions from our guide. As a fairly fit couple we managed a pacey hike to the 7th level waterfall and fitted in a 15 min swim at level 2 before we had to leave. You could easily have longer swimming if you chose to see less levels, they are all a beautiful view.
There were toilets and a change/outdoor shower point at level 2 and toilets with an indoor shower in the carpark. For those people who require it there were hireable (30BHT) golf buggy rides from the carpark to level 1. To swim it's compulsory to wear a life jacket (20BHT for 2hrs) you buy a coupon for them about 5m from the area you collect them from. If you take food or water past level 2 you need to leave a 20BHT deposit with the park staff at that level.
Beware when you swim that tiny fish nibble at your legs and feet as you leave the water.
Remember to bring cash for use at the park for purchases , lunch and driver/ guide tips.
It was a lovely day out with great photo opportunities. There were only 6 people on our tour and our guide was friendly and funny. I would highly recommend this tour as very good value for money.

Very short time at the stops, guide should be knowledgeable about the topics, guide should be leading rather than just walking around, lunch was bad. The guide forgot how many people were in the group, she hushed us to be quiet in the van because she wanted to sleep and was spreading wrong information about the history. We were ushered into a bad restaurant to quickly chow down bad food before hiking up one hour and immediately down one hour as the park was closing. Waste of time and rudely treated.

Exciting adventure at the waterfalls. The bridge and the museum are great to learn about but I think it should be a separate tour just to leave more time to spend at the waterfalls. We were also charged an additional 500 baht for a boat ride to see the bridge that was not included in the description.
But overall a great experience to enrich your stay in Thailand

Very enjoyable day, hotel pickup was very convenient and on time, transport was comfortable and our tour guide, 'Tic Tac' was brilliant, very knowledgeable, very approachable and pleasent to be around. The Jeath museum was short but informative and being able to see and cross the bridge was great. The waterfalls were beautiful and good fun to treck to the top with a very forfilling final view. Shame we couldn't go for a swim due to the recent heavy rainfall but definitely still worth it.
