This was a terrible experience. I was humiliated and harassed by the guide Day. She had asked me to pay an extra fee for a hotel pick up “out of her area” when she arrived at my hotel. I agreed thinking it would be charged through Trip Advisor like the tour was and once she learned I didn’t have cash on me proceeded to demand I use my credit card at the ATM which didn’t work because I couldn’t remember my PIN number. The entire time she was leaning over my shoulder and watching me at the ATM. It was very inappropriate and intrusive. She then told me that she saw I only had a balance of 300. I don’t know if she meant US dollars or Bata but it doesn’t matter because a credit card does not show a balance like an ATM card. I’m a very successful real estate agent in the United States and have more than enough money in the bank. She then told me she was not going to bring me any further if so didn’t have her payment of 200 Bata. I was dropped off in the middle of no where and didn’t even get to see the Big Buddha which was the entire reason for me wanting to take the tour to begin with. Apparently it was closed due to a recent landslide, which is sad but if this is something that’s going to be ongoing I feel that they should have updated their tour accordingly. I can see that this has been going on for some time from some of their other reviews, and I feel that this was false advertisement. I would really appreciate it if TripAdvisor would refund my tour.

Just returned from a great trip, unfortunately we didn't get to visit the Budda due to the landslide damage which we knew before we booked. The views were lovely, saw some small monkeys (added bonus) and visited the temple and some other attractions. Kwan and driver very friendly, great hosts and gave regular water bottles when it was needed. Thank you

Me and my wife took Phukett city tpur with them and our guide was Rose. She came to pick us up on time and even communicated twice before that she'll be coming at what time. She was very energetic throughout the trip, very helpful and explained everything very well. She was with us every step of the way. Me and my wife really enjoyed and I think it was because of Rose that our tour went well.

Very good guide. We enjoyed our ride. We really liked the temple. The guide also helped us taking the photos and also informed us about the places where we visited

Trip was organized for half day and lunch was not included in the package. The Guide and Driver was courteous. Only disappoint was not able to see the Big Budha statue due to landslide and road closures 😔. Overall the experience was great and 🙏🙏🙏

Good cover up of the Phuket city. Big Budha has been closed owing to a landslide but is visible in the day from most parts of the city. Katie from Travstore has made the tour fun and interesting. Thank you!

Booked the half day city tour unfortunately big budda closed due to landslide which we knew before we went but I think that would be highlight of tour. Mawin the guide was excellent full of fun and very informative took us to 2 viewpoints over the city taking pictures for us and giving you the right time at each location. Monkeys at one of the viewpoint are always up to no good tipping bins and dropping Coconuts out the tree to visitors below 😂 Old town and market are stunning along with visit to the temples. Well worth the money and gives you an idea of the city. Picked up on time and mawin kept in contact with what’s app for your arrivals and departures.👍👏 Pity some individuals don’t appreciate what work these guides and drivers do and don’t show any appreciation when finishing the trip especially if it’s excellent Same individuals every time and quite frankly it’s embarrassing.

The beautiful lady Rose is an amazing guide. She is very humorous, funny and took care of through the whole tour. The tour was really good. The arrangement of pick up and drop and tour was very organized. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Good for sightseeing and taking pictures. You get see whole Phuket city from above and get a panoramic view of the coast line and city

Well organised, explained everything clearly. Using a catamaran, instead of single hull certainly helped the sometimes bumpy ride. Views were great and went snorkelling three times. Visit to 'The Beach' was very crowded but awesome place to see.

Views were good. Didn’t see Big Buddha as it’s closed so was disappointed but not the tour’s fault. Good way of getting around a few different places at a good price. Would have been nice to stop at Karon or Kata beach rather than go to the gem museum which is a sales pitch.
