You choose the 5 dishes you want to learn.  After your market tour, you will learn how to make coconut milk and sticky rice.  Complimentary herbal drink provided upon arrival.  Below are listed the 25 dishes you can choose from to learn.

This professional culinary school is located next to BTS Bang Chak, directly on Sukhumvit Road, very convenient and easy to find. You will be met at BTS Bang Chak at Exit 5 at the end of the elevated walkway. We meet you at either 8:45am or 1pm.  After class, it is a very short walk back to the BTS station (1 block).

From here we go directly to the Thai fresh market which is just around the corner and then a 3 minute walk to the school. You will prep ingredients, cook, and eat while in air conditioning.  Included in your half day class are ice water, hot tea, hot coffee, the meal itself, and lots of fun!

Fun & A Lot of Food

That should be no problem - vegetarian cuisines are very common in Thailand. I suggest that you communicate it to the cooking school in advance. Have fun, CRB
