About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Dorala B0 contributionsIt was one of the best tours I have experienced.Amazing day. We saw the train go through the market and went on a little shopping spree. Our tour guide was amazing. we got us all the tasty Thai treats. We went around in a well air-conditioned car. We went to the elephant sanctuary, the floating market, and even stopped to watch the coconut sugar making process. She was amazing, and I would love to book another tour with her.Written 16 December 2024
- giggino87210 contributionsA life experienceGreat adventure to do in Bangkok is definitely the day tour of the floating markets The tour of the markets only last 2 hours (I do not recommend to buy anything since everything is overpriced) something that you can buy in Bangkok for 100 Bhat it will cost you 1000 bhat The ticket is 3,000 bhat per person for the markets only 4,000 bhat including the crocodiles 5,000 bhat including the snakesWritten 12 December 2024
- FrancescaDR850 contributionsI do not recommend this - se non volete rovinarvi la vacanza, non affidatevi a loro.Worse experience ever! I should have spotted it since the first mail exchange with Christian, not-polite, not accommodating, slow replies. Despite this I booked a customised tour with them for three days. None of the things discussed and agreed happened: the tour guide did not know about our customised tour, and I had to show all emails and texts, which made me feel really uncomfortable. When I contacted Christian for the day after, to make sure we avoided this situation with the guide, he never replied. The agency did not know that Wat Arun was closed and that Lopburi was not recommended to visit. Despite this they included (and charged us for) these stops and when we realised it was not possible to make these, no alternative was offered. Christian never replied to any email. Poor quality of the service. Written 27 October 2024

- danielemK150BM0 contributions🇬🇧 WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - 🇮🇹 PEGGIORE ESPERIENZA DI SEMPRE🇬🇧 Our trip to Thailand in early January was an absolute nightmare, and I cannot express enough disappointment. Let's start with the hotels: they were of the lowest quality, miles away from the enticing pictures we had seen online. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with bathrooms leaving much to be desired. The air conditioning didn't work properly, leaving us with sleepless nights in hot and stuffy environments. But the real low blow came with the organized tours. They were chaotic, with groups so crowded that it was impossible to enjoy the attractions. The organizers seemed totally incapable of managing the situation, leaving us at the mercy of confusion and frustration. Viviana, Alessandro, and Andrea, our travel liaisons, were practically unreachable. There was no assistance from them, and when we finally managed to get in touch, they treated us with rudeness and indifference. We spent several days without receiving any response from them, leaving us completely abandoned and unsupported. The accommodations were equally disappointing. In addition to the poor cleanliness, we were faced with a neglected and unwelcoming environment. The organizers, instead of solving the problems, seemed more interested in making us feel uncomfortable, with rude and uncooperative attitudes. In conclusion, I would never recommend anyone to go through such an experience. It was a complete waste of time, money, and energy. I sincerely hope that the agency takes serious steps to improve its services, otherwise, they risk losing the trust of their customers permanently. Written 27 April 2024
- TherealRochelle0 contributionsHunterwhite from the USAVery cool experience. Our host surina was very knowledgeable & sweet! The driver was also safe & fast. - Ulrich922230 contributionsHalf Day Excursion to Railway and Floating MarketHad dedicated car to / from Bangkok. About a 90 minute drive. Drive was relaxing thanks to the driver’s professional operation. Mrs.Joyfully, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure! Stopped at Meklong Railway Market. Wide variety market. Rather colorful. Stuff seems to be cheaper compared to floating market. If one is only concerned with a train ride and the railway market, it is rather cheap just to take a round trip ticket from Bangkok to Meklong. The train stops for 30 minutes in Meklong which is just enough time to stroll up and down the market once, or one takes the next train back about three hours later. Educational the stop at the coconut flower sugar manufacturing place concerning how to manufacture a different type of sugar. The stop at the Chang Peak Camp with Elefant and tame “tiger” although interesting was not too much of our liking due to keeping such magnificent animals in close areas although it seems they make an effort to make them as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. The floating market was certainly different. Different food and tourist stuff. Very colorful. Need to bargain a lot to meet pricing comparable to railway market. We were very happy with the non-motor boat ride. Slower, much more tranquil, quieter, more time to observe. Certainly recommended over a noisy motorized boat. Very nice experience lasting almost an hour. The excursion started with a 7am pickup and 2pm drop-off at our hotel. We /Joyfully purchased delicious fruit snacks during the day. No negative aspects or concerns of any kind.Written 13 June 2023

- 137michaelc1370 contributionsExploring the Floating Market and MoreGreat overall experience-a must do while visiting Bangkok. Pickup at the hotel was great. Comfortable transport to and from the markets. Oddi was a great guide who communicated well, helped us navigate the markets, and provided excellent information on Thai history and culture. We got an extra stop at a Coconut plantation. The boat trip through the floating market was a lot of fun. Sorry for the impacts of the pandemic as there were not many tourists in the area. The coconut pancakes are a must try. The railroad market is a busy Asian market with an interesting twist - the train drives right through the middle. It is interesting to see all the ship owners move their goods out of the way and then back again when the train passes.Written 23 March 2022
- noell9500 contributionsFabulous day and made me decide to live here and get out of the UKWe let the tour go on without us. We sat in a cafe in the temple grounds, had coffee, and as my friend is Thai, we went to speak with some of the monks. It was a fab day all roundWritten 12 July 2020

- DanielasQ598OKP0 contributionsThe worst tour everI like traveling and also doing tours This was by far the worst: Grand Palace and temples in Bangkok half day. Not due to crowd or heat but due to the tour guide: unprofessional, making cheap jokes insulting different people and cultures such as Jews, Muslims or Japanese and expressing his limited belief regarding gender or sexuality Such a pity! To be avoidedWritten 26 December 2019
- Lewis D0 contributionsThe Temple of the Golden BuddhaThis is one of the most magnificent and majestic images of the Buddha in south east asia. The temple's architecture is simply astonishing and presents a stellar enshrined place for the Buddha. I highly recommend enthusiastic tourists to visit this awesome temple.Written 25 December 2019

This is a magnificent place, full of all the expected gold and glitz. Things to be aware of though, you won't be allowed in with knees showing or shoulders and wrapping a scarf over your shoulders is still not acceptable and they'll nab you to buy a tea shirt, and change (area supplid) at a cost of THB 250! The audio guide costs THB 200 and they only allow an hour and a half which isn't long enough by the time you fight through the crowds etc. They need some deposit of either passport or credit card and if you're late back you will be charged a further THB 200. Some of the inner palace rooms were closed so the audio kind of tells you what you could have seen!!

Joy took care of all our needs during this fascinating tour of the major attractions in Bangkok for first-time visitors, despite our age and some minor mobility issues for me! She also suggested adding a canal tour, again for us alone, which provided some cool respite mid-tour. Our only disappointment was that the floating markets, once a feature of city life, have largely disappeared - a factor influenced by both the pandemic and dwindling custom, and certainly no fault of our guide! Door to door service also removed a potential barrier to access for us - we highly recommend this tour with this local lady who guides well in English. She also helped out by taking photos of us at all the major points of interest, and her knowledge of the relevant culture and history was very good.

Warning: You must dress respectfully or be denied admission. Men- pants, no hats. Women- no bare legs or shoulders. The numerous couples in our group who did not plan ahead were forced to buy proper clothes from nearby street vendors. The elaborately detailed golden architecture will leave you with your mouth open, a visual extravaganza in sharp contrast to the number of poor people in this country.

The temples of Bangkok with the various Buddha statues (including the impressive recumbent Buddha) have left a lasting impression on us: incredible architecture, elaborate figures, Buddha in different sizes, colors, positions. It's like being in a country of your own within Bangkok.
Our guide Sunny was a sunshine, full of energy and joy she guided us through the temples and the Grand Palace and told us lots of interesting and interesting things, accompanied us, photographed us.
The Grand Palace was just packed with tourists. Nevertheless, the emerald Buddha in particular was incredibly impressive - not exactly large compared to some other statues, but no less impressive. During the tour we had enough time to visit everything, it was designed very individually, which we really loved. For our 11-year-old son, however, the impressions and wealth of information in the heat were a challenge. We were therefore incredibly happy to have booked a private tour with Sunny!

The various Wat’s were absolutely amazing
This is a definite must do experience
It was hard to find the Queen Sirikit museum….but most worth doing. The gift shop at the end of this museum had wonderful silks for sale at very good prices. I was glad my purchase of silks would benefit the craftswoman that made them.

Wonderful to be picked up at our hotel and dropped off. Driving was excellent and the guide organised the car to pick us up at convenient places as it was very hot. Our guide was rather difficult to understand so we did not get much information which was disappointing . Was worth going to the temples as it is quite spectacular

This place is truly stunning. Visually there's a lot of gold leaf and other exquisite decoration, and it's very photogenic. There are statues, stupas, palaces, halls etc all bounded by a great wall. Within the site there is so much to see and admire. Ideally you need a local guide, because there's not much in the way of info boards etc, although there is a very helpful leaflet in most languages, which describes all the major buildings.

We had a very interesting, informative and, above all, fun tour of the Grand Palace and the beautiful temples, thanks to the excellent insider knowledge of our tour guide Sunny. Sunny is very friendly, in a good mood and knows every perfect photo spot. She lovingly calls herself "parrot" because she likes to talk a lot and wants to share her knowledge with the tourists. A very warm person. 😊 We definitely recommend this tour!!!

Bangkok's number 1 tour. The Royal Palace is certainly the most beautiful and unmissable tourist spot in the city. Try to arrive early to avoid queues and escape the heat. Remember to bring water because there is nothing for sale there, and you will need at least 2 hours inside.

Organised through our tour operator TUI we went on a small group tour which is definitely worth paying the extra for. Fantastic organisation with a great guide and taxi drop off and pick up always on time. Extremely hot so don't forget your hats and water (always available though) but the sights are simply stunning, unforgettable excursion.

Sir I'm planning for a holidays at Thailand for 4 nights, which is the best place to stay with a family in Thailand ( bangkok / Pukket / Pattaya), and then which is place for main tourist attraction

The Grand Palace tour will show you some incredible Buddhist Temples. It is also across the street from the royal museum…..both are wonderful to visit and should be on your list. You do have to register for tickets to the Grand Palace

You have evening tours but you cannot get into the temples, you can visit from outside. If you are really interested then early morning tours are better. Most of statues are inside the temples. Good luck. Be careful with pick-pockets.

I am flying into Bangkok to take this tour and wanted to know where would my meeting point be. I won’t be staying at a hotel

You can ask the tour guide where to meet you. Give them you location and they will figure that out. Usually they will suggest a place close to public transport terminal. They will contact you a day before your scheduled tour so no worries.

I am staying closer to the Survanabhumi Airport because I am only in Bangkok a few days before heading to a different part of Thailand but would be interested in doing some sight seeing. I figure it is not on the pick up route but wanted to know what part of town is so that I could see if I could get there on time one morning. Thanks!

Depends how far away you are from the Palace, but with Bangkok traffic, typically an hour there, an 45 minutes in the Palace and an hour back. Half a day.
