    Highly recommend!
Missed our flight so we didnt get to make our original booking but we messaged them hoping to go the next day. They were extremely responsive with emails when i explained our situation, and even notified us that there was a cancellation since the next day was said to be fully booked. Our tour guide justus was informative, funny and friendly. Highlight of our trip, would recommend this tour!

    #Taiwan-derful experience
The trip to the place where the queens head is was extraordinary for me a visitor. If you are looking for a place u can be with wonderful creation to reflect and make meaningful retreat, this is the best place to go. Also the waterfalls are amazing. The trip was made even more beautiful by our guide Tina Wang. Very friendly and approachable. She's the best. Will definitely choose her bus to visit this wonderful again Also, the place where the windmills are located is breathtaking. It's a good place for rtreat as well especially if u ride Justin's bus.. like Tina, he's very friendly and shares a lot of information. He loves kids so if you're a traveller with kiddos, choose to ride with Justin. I will surely go back to these places, this time with my family.

    Beautiful but extremely crowded
It's definitely a great tour with a varietu of cool activities to take part in. But I have to say that Juifen has to be one of the most dense tourist areas that I've visited thus far. It may be well worth it to find a private tour that get there before the other thousand.

I'm a Travel Agency owner here in the Philippines. I highly recommend MyProguide. Excellent service! To our Tour guide Paulina Lin for Job well done and to Felice Chen for your assistance. It was a successful tour from our group of 32pax, Sept.1-2, 2019. More power MyProguide!

    Hidden gems of Shilin market
We took this tour few hours before heading to the airport during our short stay in Taipei. We realized we couldn’t stay for the total duration of the tour and informed our guide. She did her best to accommodate our request to see the market in half of the planned time. She showed us all the hidden gems and underground paths of Shilin market that we couldn’t figure out about if we didn’t have a guide. Our tour guide Lin was extremely friendly and knew everything about the food and where to find the best of each. We will definitely take the same tour again in our next trip, hopefully with more time to try all the food.

    An thoroughly unpleasant experience
When I arrived for my tour, Echo could not find my name on the list and didn't want to deal with me in any manner, dismissing me and essentially telling me her tour was full and to "go away", ignoring me. When I was able to bring up the confirmation email stating that I was in fact in her tour, she begrudgingly let me join, but informed me as a single traveller that I would not be able to do some of the activities on the tour that were, in her opinion, meant for couples of families. She referred to me throughout the tour as "the single lady". As though being, first, written off as a problem she didn't want to deal with, and then second, being treated like a misfit that didn't deserve the same tour experience as others because I was a solo traveller, wasn't enough, she talked on and on in incomprehensible English for the six hours of the tour. I managed to salvage this tour despite the tour guide, not because of her. No tourist should be submitted to such dismissive and degrading treatment.

    Excellent service!
I booked this tour just to try out the famous night market during my 8-hour layover in Taipei. Due to delayed flight and technical problems, i went to the meet-up point way later than expected, and both the tour operator and tour guide were still waiting for me (i did inform the tour operator about the delayed time). Cindy, my tour guide was very friendly, helpful and enthusiatic. She took me around and did not mind to spend more time helping me discover the night market completely. She also helped me get back to the airport on time. Booking this tour is a right decision and very worthy! I'll definitely come back! #thanksCindy#youareawesome

Experience the history and traditional culture in Dadaocheng
It was my first time join the waking tour with my classmates. Although I have been Dadaocheng many times before, I never knew its history background or visit the local tea shop and museum. As well as seeing an event that was held in front of a temple! All and all, this was an interesting and informative learning experience~

Numerous tours around Taipei/further a field
I joined a few tours whilst here. The first was the tour of Jiufen and Shifen. My guide, Coni was lovely always giving recommendations, giving detailed explanations and going the extra mile to ensure everyone in the group was enjoying themself. I learnt a lot and had plenty of time to absorb the sights and food of the areas. Both Jiufen and Shifen were incredibly busy with many tourist groups, as expected, but I was still able to enjoy myself immensely and I highly recommend that you visit these places whilst in Taiwan. I also took part in two walking tours of Dadaocheng and Longshang Temple on the same day. I was incredibly fortunate that I was the only tourist there that day so I had effectively a private tour with the wonderful, Sylvia and Felice. Both tour guides were so friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole afternoon. I really enjoyed talking with them over the course of the tour, if anything it didn't really feel like a tour but a walk with friends. I learnt a lot about these areas and will be returning to them the next time I'm in Taipei. Having the opportunity to walk through markets and into shops or museums that I wouldn't have known existed without my guides was an amazing experience, and one I won't forget. So if you would like to explore places a little bit off the beaten track these tours are for you. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

    Private Tour in Taiwan
Wonderful experience. We requested an English speaking guide as my boy does not understand Chinese at all. Our tour guide, Cipher is super knowledgeable of the areas we picked to spend our day- Jiufen and Yehliu Geopark. She picked us up from Marriott Hotel Taipei in a very comfortable sedan and moved us safely from point to point- she is a really good driver! She is also warm and outgoing and a really good photographer. My 15 year old boy and I really enjoyed having her take us on this trip. On a practical note- you must wear super comfy shoes, there’s a lot of walking and at times on steep paths. We also found our little umbrella useful as it randomly rained a couple of times. Also, make sure you bring enough NT cash for food stalls, gift shops and tip for the tour guide. This was a good experience and I will definitely use MyProGuide again!
